I think they charged to move furniture, and they left our carpet very wet. I chose Apollo from yelp.com because of the positive reviews. The two cleaners that came this weekend were professional, really nice. They were scheduled 8-12PM for Saturday, but I got a call 30 min earlier and they came right over. They were here at least 2-1/2 hours did a fantastic job, got ALOT of the water up so it wasn't soaked, and they moved the furniture back for FREE!! The snow storm that shut down most of the city didn't stop him from coming, either.
