Auto Additions consistently responded; which made them very easy to work with. The building is in an industrial area but very clean inside and out. I've been to tint shops that were "holes" but this was not. It gave a good impression of the e quality of service. Service was good and they got me in at my appointed time and done at a good time. My only gripe is that I wasn't aware of the price until afterwards. The job was flawless, nonetheless. First time I've ever had a tint job where I didn't have to go back. Service and promptness were stellar the bed liner product is pure trash compared to others I've had in the past. Bought a truck from Jeff Wyler who outsourced the bed liner to be sprayed by auto additions. Service and work looked to be great. First time using the bed to haul landscaping material as I've done many times before with other trucks and peel two separate parts of the liner up. Should have been told that their bed liners don't hold up like the other brands and utilizing garden tools will peel the material up easily. Attempted to ask about warranty and advised my fault so no warranty - fair response. Except the fact that I've owned two other trucks with spray on liners and beat the living crap out of them including dropping bricks and other heavy stuff and all help up well. Went up to see how much to repair the two spots and told nearly half the price of what I paid for the whole bed or they could do the two patches for a bit less. Overall, it's not their problem or fault which is the three star but the product they use is ding-worth, pun intended. As a consumer looking for a bed liner product if you utilize Auto Additions prepare to buy the rubber mat on Amazon as well. read more

So I bought a brand new truck. I went to Auto Additions to have a spray in bed liner installed. It took them 6 days and 5 appointments to get it "I Think Right". I thought this before only to be disappointed. Their customer service tells you "Yes we will get i right this time!!!!!! Nope!!!!! The bed liner is fine , but I am left with a dent in my tailgate now! Their service is horrible their integrity and honesty comes into question as they told me some half truths and straight out lies! I need to take my truck back for the dent they put in my tailgate. I am not happy at all!!!!!!!! They straight out suck ass!. read more

I did not give Auto Additions 5 stars because I was shocked to see that they do not require their employees to wear masks when they are inside. When I arrived to drop off my truck the first employee I encountered was sitting behind the reception desk completely maskless. No mask in sight. He seemed unfazed by me wearing a mask. I kept mine on the entire time while I was inside their waiting area, but I still felt uncomfortable with the employees not being required to mask up while inside with customers. They did take care of my truck quite quickly. It was finished prior to the quoted time. Which I was happy about because that allowed me to leave. I was happy with the work they did, but I was unhappy that they were not following Governor Mike DeWine's mask mandate. read more

Worst experience, ever! I was referred to Auto Additions by a body shop that had done some collision work on one of my vehicles. The body shop told me to ask for Nate. When I arrived at Auto Additions, I was greeted by the rudest person in the history of customer service, Nick was the name on his work station. I asked if Nate was available? He didn't answer my question. Instead he start asking questions in the dryest, most condescending tone that he could muster. I answered his questions, but he didn't answer mine. I asked again, is Nate available, because his tone was nasty that I couldn't stand it. Finally, he replies, Nick is busy. At that point, I just told Nick that I would not be using their services. The place is just rude! If you're looking for good customer service, this is not the place for you I can't comment on their installation skills, because there is no way I would let them touch my car. I would give 0 stars if possible. I Had cablights installed on my 2019 f250. They literally placed the cab lights in the wrong places, about 3 inches lower then factory. Offered no solution to fix the problem. There reasoning was because recon tells them where the placement for the cab lights should be? Why would I want cab lights on my truck that don't match a factory truck. After 3 days the cab lights all have moisture on the inside. Thanks for ruining the roof on my 70k truck. read more

I had this place install a POS aftermarket auto start on a newer pickup truck I just purchased! As I am waiting on the install a salesman comes out to tell me my air conditioner will not work while in auto start mode, only the heater will work! so I asked him why not? Is it just this type of brand? Auto mate or is there another model or brand that can make air conditioner work and he told me no it is the vehicle that I have and it's in the computer. I guess I am going to have to except this as I have a auto start that works 50 percent only in winter and believe the sales man. As I got to do some research, a few days later, there is a auto start system called Compustar and It will work The AC just fine. This brand is actually rated number one in so many classes, and actually it's cheaper in price also. So why was I lied to? Just to make a sale? WOW! I am really pissed that I waisted my time and money at this place and was going to buy more accessories from them. read more

I bought a new car but the one feature the car did not have was cruise control and as much driving I do, i wanted it. My dealership had told me that they use Auto Additions for all of their aftermarket add ons and so I gave them a call. They gave me a price that although I admit was more than I expected it was the same as all of the other places I called and so I set it up. I was quoted it taking 3-4 hours to install. I arrived for my appointment around 1250pm for a 100pm appointment and was driving away by 145pm. The install is clean and looks as original as an aftermarket unit can look, and it works flawlessly. My dealership out sourced the installation of a rear view mirror back up camera. The camera works fine. I left my car unlocked in a park near where I have class. They were suppose to pick it up at 9:30 am. I called at 10:30 am and it had not been picked up yet. I thought my car would only be unattended for 15 minutes. When I scheduled the appointment I was told that they do not leave keys in the car for pickup due to liability reasons. I called at 4pm to check on the status of my car and was told the driver had already left with my car. The driver just left it there sitting in the park. So much for liability. I was never contacted to tell me they were bringing my car back. It was just left in the park unlocked. read more

Well this is who Buckeye Nissan recommended, and for this reason I will review Buckeye Nissan again and tell you what they did to remedy this situation. Well I guess it's best to take it from the start. Well a couple of months ago i purchased a key starter and I repeat Buckeye Nissan told me to come here. The guys went over the different products (I thought) and recommended this remote which was suppose to be the next level down from the one you use from your cell phone apps and would have been an additional 300 plus dollars. So I decided to spend about 350. Well when I arrived at my destination and turned the car off and walked away. Yikes it starts itself. So that worried me for varies reasons but to simplify the story i didn't have to worry long for within another month it simply stopped working altogether. So I called them and asked them to service my car, and was told no problem Mame. Well that was Tuesday and on Friday no part and no service. So I attempted to set them up for the following week through Ira and everything was inconvenient for either him or me. At this point I was upset but of course I didn't scream... even when I said I'm a yelper that for him was no helper. Ira said concerning yelpers in my situation it would be true, cough... but the rest you shouldn't believe. Why what is he talking about? There is only one other review on his site. So my car tells me it is time for a oil change and I call Buckeye Nissan and tell them about these guys they recommended. Next thing I know Mike Ryba calls back and says he can fix even this. For your info the service department recommended Auto Additions not Mike Ryba Sales. So the next thing I know he says they will pick it up and fix it, and you know what I said okay. Anyway, I called Mike at 1230 that Tuesday and said they had not called me. So he had them call me immediately. They picked up the car on Thursday and did the repair and the other upgrade. Now there was another upgrade another customer told me about it and the price was 299. Like it was a better model and more convenient. So I asked why didn't they recommend this product to me and why did I have to pay more than this customer. No satisfactory answer to any of my questions. So the bottom line is if you use auto additions you may have to go through your dealer. Now for the killer, now my radio doesn't work right after I got in the car. Well I'm going to Buckeye Nissan tomorrow for the oil change. They said they will look at Auto Additions work hummmmmm. read more

So rare to see this level of excellence in business these days, so when you find a diamond..you gotta share. I ended up at Auto Additions on the recommendation of the dealership (Byers Toyota) who sold me my new Tundra. Leather, seat heaters, suspension lift, tint, wheels/tires, audio upgrade...a list of stuff. They estimated my build at about a week. My truck was (loosely) due back last friday...but that didn't happen. No worries, I get the process. They told me yesterday that the shop owner was just not happy with it. There was a slight vibration they could not shake. Figured out it was the tire / wheel combination I had picked. Apparently BFGoodrich KO2's (one of my favorite tires) don't always get along so perfectly with all XD wheels. They gave me other options, but recommended Nitto Ridge Grapplers. He said that's what is on his own truck and it runs very quiet. After a fast google search, I went with their advice. It was nice to hear that they take such pride in their work. They could have just delivered precisely what I asked for, even though it wasn't optimal, but they didn't. You don't see that level of care and true pride in craft with many businesses these days. They honestly probably could have had it done on Friday and moved onto their next project, but they didn't. They spent the extra time...didn't stop at "good enough". Tuesday the truck arrived, and it's a gorgeous beast. To say they delivered is an understatement. In a world of crappy shops, Auto Additions is a rare gem. I came into the Auto Additions Inc. in Westerville OH. because the sunroof on my car stopped working when it was halfway open. I did not want to replace any parts just get the sunroof shut and sealed. Another place quoted me at 145 dollars for a full hour of labor since they wouldn't be using any parts. Auto Additions quoted me at 75 for the hour's worth of labor. When I got there they were very polite and brought my car into the shop immediately. They promptly brought my keys back to me in all of 15 minutes. I would have happily paid the 75 dollars but wouldn't you know they didn't charge me a thing!! My car was not even at this place, it was next door at a repair garage. Well, one of the 'fine young' mechanics that works there decided to take a customers Mustang for a joy ride, crashing it into my care 100 yards away. Turns out, area businesses have witnessed this activity a lot. the mechanics taking the cars (yours) out on the private road and 'hot-rodding' them, while other mechanics and supervisors stand out and cheer them on, luckily they will be signing affidavits to this. Why? Because the insurance company for Auto Additions, Motorists, has decided they are not responsible for damage done to your car while it is being worked on at Auto Additions. Keep that in mind. So, long story short, I am suing, as I have out-of-pocket expenses of $700+ and nobody wants to pay. So if you want your car 'hot-rodded' to the amusement of other Auto Additions staff, and not have their insurance cove r your car while in their possession, by all means, take it here! BTW, I had to pick 1 star to get posted. that's 10 too many! read more

Explore other options. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND. The customer service is terrible and their product knowledge is questionable. No one in the build would own up to anything. Finger pointing. If you decide to go with this company do you homework. Do not expect them to know anything. I recently had a moon-roof installed and in addition to the moon-roof my car was delivered with dents in the roof. They didn't take ownership of the damage but offered to repair the dents. I left my car there an additional two days and they were unable to nail down a time for "their guy" to come in a repair the dents. They also sold me a grill that didn't fit my car and eventually had to refund my money after tearing my car apart trying to install a grill that didn't fit my car. Take picture of your automobile before you get the work done. If they request to keep your car longer ask to see it before making a decision. I lost 2 days of my time and money dealing with this company and I still have the dents in the roof of my car. I decided to just take care of it myself because I didn't want them to touch my car again. I gave one star because I haven't has any problems with the moon-roof. I have my fingers crossed read more
