Went to 2 car audio businesses for a quote to install a front and rear dash cam. Affliction had the best quote plus they were not trying to sell me a dash cam--they told me to research what I like best and they would install it for me. They did call during the install process to double check my preferred placement which I greatly appreciated. When I picked up my vehicle they checked to see that I was pleased with the install. A nice bonus was that they charged me less than their quoted price since it did not take them as long to install this unit as they had projected. I used them to hide the power cord of my dashcam. Not every installer will work on equipment that they don't sell but they aren't picky about it. It was easy to make an appointment and the work was done in less time than estimated. The owner, whose name I forgot, even drove me to and from Easton to kill time. The work was excellent. I need to have a new car stereo head unit (with Sirius XM tuner, and Maestro interface to retain steering wheel controls) installed on my 2012 Buick Enclave. I admit that I went to another installer beforehand but received bad customer service from the manager when I arrived for the installation (dishonoring appointment time & price, blaming all inconveniences on his employee, etc.) with no sympathy. I left without rescheduling and started calling around. I contacted Affliction and not only was Joey very professional and patient with explaining things to me. When I asked about having a space where I could work while the install was taking place, Joey brought up that he could 'Uber' me to Easton or my home (since I live in the vicinity). My mind was blown as I was not expecting this level of customer service. This was the business I chose for the installation. Affliction honored our appointment time, and the owner (Jason) gave me a ride to and from my home while the work was being done. The work was done completely, professionally, within the time they stated, and at the price originally quoted. To top it off I had an issue at my home where I accidentally drained my battery from leaving the car on while I setup my Sirius Xm account and radio presets et al. I thought it may be the new system requiring lots of juice, so I called Jason. He could've said no, but he didn't and Joey came to my home to give me a jump and instructed me to drive around a bit to let the battery refill. The issue wasn't the stereo, but me leaving the car electrical system on (no engine running) why I took my time setting up my system. I've had no issues since. I could not have asked for a better all around experience. This is a case of the universe closing the other door because this is the door I was supposed to walk through. They installed the system wrong on my first car and I ended up having to buy a brand new battery because of it. Tried to give them a second chance on my new car but they failed. Had an appointment scheduled for Thursday at 3:30. Couldn't make it off work in time so I called to reschedule. Guy on the phone told me to come in Saturday at 3:30. When I showed up I was told I wasn't on the schedule and they couldn't get me in for atleast another week. The installation should take 20 mins to an hour so why can't you make time to make up for a mistake on your end. Workers are full of shit and will make up lies to cover them selves. Go anywhere else but here!! read more

My first visit to Affliction. I have a 2005 Ford Escape that had a total POS stereo system, the CD player has been broken since the car was purchased and the AM/FM couldn't even be heard if the windows were open. I hated it. Didn't even bother to turn it on most of the time. The guys installed the awesome Sony that came out of our dead Explorer for a very reasonable price. When I called to ask about scoping it out, would it even work, they said bring it in, we'll get it done in under an hour. It was actually closer to a half hour--and probably would have only been 15 minutes if they hadn't had to go pick up a part for it, and fight with the POS existing stereo to get it out of the dash (it took two service guys to haul it out of there) The Sony sounds so amazing --I'm hearing sounds I've never heard before and am actually enjoying driving again. The dash looks like that stereo was made for my car and you'd never know it had to be manipulated to fit. The guys were so nice in this store, customer service was top-notch and the prices were very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more
