Later in the day, I stopped by 2 other shops in the area (due diligence) and had awful first impressions. I also visited a local mechanic based on recommendations, and who did they recommend for anything electrical? Sound Investment. Flash forward a couple of weeks and I used them to install a security system. There were incredibly patient with me throughout the process and took all the time in the world to be helpful and explain any questions I had. Their work was excellent. Also, without haggling, they beat the price of one of the other shops I spoke to by a couple hundred bucks (and I still wouldn't have trusted the other shop to do the work). I highly recommend Sound Investment. I'll be using them exclusively going forward.

I know quite a bit about car audio myself, so when calling a place about an install, I want it done right or I would do it myself. Now being I know the audio field pretty good, I know of the big name shops in town. Yeah I pulled a santa Claus. I made a list, followed by quotes, narrowed that list, and made one decision. That choice I made has been great! I would make it again, and again. If you like to be treated well, and not feel like they just want your money, come to premier audio. Want to be given truthful advice and or help? Yeah you guessed it you're reading the right review on the right shop! Now I had premier audio install a Viper alarm/remote start prior to the setup of the appointment without any problems, they accepted the task and made my day good. About a week after I got the remote start installed my starter on my car went out. Being I was new to the alarm deal I thought it was a fault in the remote start system. At the time Premier Audio and myself went through all the steps to help me figure out what the cause was. I'm no mechanic but I was pretty sure what the cause was after getting off the phone with Premier Audio and entirely disabling the remote start. My car ended up getting towed and sure enough it was my starter, just like I suspected, not the remote start. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Premier Audio to all my friends and anyone I hear mention they need a shop to go to.

It's 11:30pm and I just came in the house from doing some repairs to my car stereo recently put in by this company. My truck blower was acting up so I found a way to fix it myself and bypass the extreme expense of the car dealer. Well, just like I thought I took the dash apart, moved my new stereo to the side and fixed my heater like a champ. Now the bad news... My microphone and back up camera didn't work for my app radio the next morning. I'm in my truck several hours a day and I NEED my Bluetooth set up. Tonight I came home and removed the dash again to fix the problem, only I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I remembered Donald emailing me late into the evening answering questions I had before purchasing the unit, and I thought I wonder by chance if he would have any idea about what's going on, and if he'd respond tonight while I was working on it. Sure enough, within just a few minutes of my sent email there was a message from Donald with some much needed assistance. Mind you, this was well after their office was closed. We exchanged about 4-5 emails over the next hour or so, and at the end I thanked him for his "above and beyond" customer service. I cannot remember another time that I have received that level of customer service. I am (and will continue to be) a repeat customer of Columbus Car Audio. Auto Additions consistently responded; which made them very easy to work with. The building is in an industrial area but very clean inside and out. I've been to tint shops that were "holes" but this was not. It gave a good impression of the e quality of service. Service was good and they got me in at my appointed time and done at a good time. My only gripe is that I wasn't aware of the price until afterwards. The job was flawless, nonetheless. First time I've ever had a tint job where I didn't have to go back. I will absolutely be using their services on my next vehicle.

This is the 4th car…read moreI've taken here to have the tint installed, I will say they are pricey but WERE worth the cost. The initial 3 interactions were very professional and hassle free. Showed up, they walked me through what I wanted and how much it would cost, I left, there were done in 2-3 hours, I paid, that was it. Great experience. This last time was not. I dropped off my 2026 Acura Integra Type S (which had less than 800 miles on it) off, informed the guy I wasn't interested in paying so much like last time, ($640 for the step above basic tint) and was wondering if they could work with me on the price, they couldn't, oh well. And like the other times I drop my car off, they're done within 2-3 hours and I come to pick it up. The first thing I notice is the car was filthy, I dropped it off spotless, salt shot up the sides of the car like it was doing highway speeds. I go into pay, get my keys, come out to the car and start it up, Every light on the dash that could be on, was on. Not to mention my alcantara seats were dirty. So I drive off and immediately call them, they explain "this happens all the time just drive it." I drive it at all speeds for 30 mins and the lights still are on. I call them back again and explain, and tell them "this only happens when the battery is deep cycled". Long story short they let my cars battery die, and said they could reset the light, they had some guy from the shop drive my car (it's a 6 speed manual) trying to reset the light which didn't work. They explained it was completely normal for this to happen because they need the car on they just forgot to hook up a battery charger, so I had to take it to the dealer to have the battery "charged and reconditioned and have basic settings parameters set". The owner or whatever he was maintained complete deniability throughout this whole thing and stuck to the "this is completely normal it happens all the time" script.

When he got there, they looked at him and his car and had no interest. They said "Well, you're not 18 so we can't talk to you." Why didn't they ask him this when he made the appointment? They are hustlers, that's why. My son is old enough to work, pay taxes and have a stereo installed at Best Buy. Tint Works is terrible.
