From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. When Jay came outside to inspect my systems wiring, he immediately noticed that the other shop had failed to secure the wire to my battery properly--it actually came undone just from him slightly touching it! Jay quickly wrote up a service agreement, and got my vehicle into their garage for the installers to give everything a thorough inspection. They properly fastened the cable to my battery terminal, checked the ground connection, and cleaned up the messy cable management left by the other shop. Additionally, they inspected the rest of the wiring to ensure there were no other issues. Knowing everything is now secure and professionally installed gives me such peace of mind. Came to this shop as I thought it was AAP, and found out it was now under new ownership. I asked for the new clear tint for the windshield and the guy said he'd have to order it. He suggested I tint the windshield to match my doors and it would cut down the heat. I told him as long as they used the BEST tint available for heat and UV protection. He said he had that shade in stock, and I told him as long as it was the best product(ceramic tint). Waited a week and he called and said they could fit me in next day. Picked up car and noticed right away looking through windshield was not the same as rest of tinted windows. He said product takes a while to set up and dry completely. Noticed no change in clarity after a week, and was told may take longer. I knew then I'd been had. Took car to three different tint shops and was told same thing, very low quality tint product. Now it's starting to bubble. I have to have it removed and replaced with a quality product I should have gotten in the first place. It will be at a better shop of course. Sure wasted my money and time here.

I opted for the Johnson IR supreme window tint film, 45% around except for the front window, which was 70%. I wanted a super ceramic tint that would provide excellent heat retention without being too dark. And let me tell you, the front windshield tint was a game-changer - it's an absolute must-have for resisting heat. I will say that after driving all the way out to Marysville, my front window was a lot bigger than Armando anticipated. So he had to order a bigger roll, and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make it right. He even came out to my house to finish the job - talk about dedication. After a couple of days, I rolled my windows down, and the cut lines looked like they were laser-cut by a machine. At first, the windows seemed a little darker than I expected, but after a couple of days, they lightened up beautifully. No excuse for treating a paying customer like that. I was asking a simple question. That kind of cocky, dismissive attitude is a red flag.
