I waited for 6 hours on Friday with no communication and when I called back, he just reiterated that he would call me. The next morning I called for a simple update but nobody picked up. 6-7 attempts later over a span of 5 hours, the same front desk attendant picks up and before I can get a word out, tells me I'm calling a lot and he's doing everything he can to track down the part, is facing issues with the warehouse and is currently looking on eBay for another one. My car is a 2013 scion tc and I understand sunroof replacement parts/glass might be difficult to locate, but a courteous and professional, open line of communication would have been much appreciated over 48 hours of just hoping they call me back...absolute waste of my time EDIT:Posted this review and no more than 30 minutes later, the owner contacted me directly, apologized for the lack of communication, ordered the part and offered a much appreciated discount. I appreciate the willingness to make this experience right!

Most importantly, the level of hospitality is exceptional. You can tell right away that the people here truly care about their work. They greet you with respect, keep you updated throughout the process, and take pride in doing a fantastic job. That kind of genuine service is rare to find these days. For context, I needed a windshield replacement on my 2025 Hyundai Elantra. The dealership quoted me $1,043, and another shop in Cambridge, Ohio quoted $720 (including calibration). I had the same work done here for $485--with a much better overall experience. I'm a customer for life and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

It being a Sunday and President's Day the next day, I was not hopeful that I would get a window before making my two hour trip home from Columbus on Monday afternoon. Fusion Auto Glass got back to me at 9am on Sunday with a quote and was able to schedule me for first thing Monday morning. They came right to the hotel I was staying at and installed it right there where I was parked. It took them less than 40 minutes and I could not be happier with the result. Cameron and Trent were extremely friendly, understanding, and professional. The price was about as cheap as I could have hoped for, especially knowing that my money is going to a small local business rather than a corporate one. I can not recommend Fusion Auto Glass enough.

These guys are so darn good at tinting, I get why there wasn't any open availability. He did his best twice to work me in, which just means exceptional customer service. I've had all of my vehicles tinted, and there has always been some amount of bubbling. ZERO bubbling here. This place is legit and I completely believe he has been doing this over a decade. Such quality work!! I can't describe how much I am happy with the work that was done. I can't recommended these guys enough! Thank you!! Vehicle is a 2015 Mazda 6 GT, all 4 windows and the back window were tinted.

Unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to ruin a businesses reputation. This is the 4th car…read moreI've taken here to have the tint installed, I will say they are pricey but WERE worth the cost. The initial 3 interactions were very professional and hassle free. Showed up, they walked me through what I wanted and how much it would cost, I left, there were done in 2-3 hours, I paid, that was it. Great experience. This last time was not. I dropped off my 2026 Acura Integra Type S (which had less than 800 miles on it) off, informed the guy I wasn't interested in paying so much like last time, ($640 for the step above basic tint) and was wondering if they could work with me on the price, they couldn't, oh well. And like the other times I drop my car off, they're done within 2-3 hours and I come to pick it up. The first thing I notice is the car was filthy, I dropped it off spotless, salt shot up the sides of the car like it was doing highway speeds. I go into pay, get my keys, come out to the car and start it up, Every light on the dash that could be on, was on. Not to mention my alcantara seats were dirty. So I drive off and immediately call them, they explain "this happens all the time just drive it." I drive it at all speeds for 30 mins and the lights still are on. I call them back again and explain, and tell them "this only happens when the battery is deep cycled". Long story short they let my cars battery die, and said they could reset the light, they had some guy from the shop drive my car (it's a 6 speed manual) trying to reset the light which didn't work. They explained it was completely normal for this to happen because they need the car on they just forgot to hook up a battery charger, so I had to take it to the dealer to have the battery "charged and reconditioned and have basic settings parameters set". The owner or whatever he was maintained complete deniability throughout this whole thing and stuck to the "this is completely normal it happens all the time" script.

My only gripe is that I wasn't aware of the price until afterwards. The job was flawless, nonetheless. First time I've ever had a tint job where I didn't have to go back. I will absolutely be using their services on my next vehicle.
