From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. When Jay came outside to inspect my systems wiring, he immediately noticed that the other shop had failed to secure the wire to my battery properly--it actually came undone just from him slightly touching it! Jay quickly wrote up a service agreement, and got my vehicle into their garage for the installers to give everything a thorough inspection. They properly fastened the cable to my battery terminal, checked the ground connection, and cleaned up the messy cable management left by the other shop. Additionally, they inspected the rest of the wiring to ensure there were no other issues. Knowing everything is now secure and professionally installed gives me such peace of mind. They did the repair and sent me on my way. One day later the newly repaired window fell down into the door and wouldn't come back up. As it was winter time, I brought my car back in, they took the door panel off, and told me that the regulator for the window had been bent and would need to be replaced. Mind you the only way to reach this piece of equipment was to take the panel off with tools, which they had just done a day before. When I asked how this could have happened, they told me "You'd know better than I would." Of course they had bent the regulator themselves during the course of their repair a day earlier. They insisted on charging me full price for a new regulator and wouldn't refund any of the original window replacement price. This effectively doubled my price of repair, rendering my choice of the cheapest shop available pointless. If this was the end of the story, I'd be likely to move on and chalk it up to a hard luck loss. Unfortunately they did a shoddy job on the second repair and the window fell back down into the car door once again later that week. I called them back, they seemed shocked, and told me to bring my car back in for a third time. I refused to pay for any further charges and they agreed. In fairness their third repair worked fine with no issues to this day. However, having wasted five hours total dealing with them, sitting in their shop, incurring an additional expense due seemingly to their negligence, and sub-par workmanship, will keep me from coming back here and caused me to write this review. Save yourself considerable hassle and added expense and take your car somewhere else for a window replacement.

I know quite a bit about car audio myself, so when calling a place about an install, I want it done right or I would do it myself. Now being I know the audio field pretty good, I know of the big name shops in town. Yeah I pulled a santa Claus. I made a list, followed by quotes, narrowed that list, and made one decision. That choice I made has been great! I would make it again, and again. If you like to be treated well, and not feel like they just want your money, come to premier audio. Want to be given truthful advice and or help? Yeah you guessed it you're reading the right review on the right shop! Now I had premier audio install a Viper alarm/remote start prior to the setup of the appointment without any problems, they accepted the task and made my day good. About a week after I got the remote start installed my starter on my car went out. Being I was new to the alarm deal I thought it was a fault in the remote start system. At the time Premier Audio and myself went through all the steps to help me figure out what the cause was. I'm no mechanic but I was pretty sure what the cause was after getting off the phone with Premier Audio and entirely disabling the remote start. My car ended up getting towed and sure enough it was my starter, just like I suspected, not the remote start. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Premier Audio to all my friends and anyone I hear mention they need a shop to go to.
