I have been going to this location for years. I have had many trucks done before this current disaster. This time I took my brand new 2025 RAM into have the windows done. After 3 attempts they still can't seem to do the job right. 1st attempt there was some kind of fuzz in the tint, second attempt there were dried up bubbles in the tint and you can see where they cut it wrong and the tint didn't cover the entire window. The end result of their 3rd attempt is what looks like scratches in the tint between the glass and the film. Again, this is a brand new truck. (pics attached) After dealing with Rex and Connor I even emailed their corporate office. Well, this is an independently owned franchise, corporate forwarded my email and pics to the owner and the shop offered me a measly $50. Yeah, that's what Ziebart has come to. Low quality work. They said I was asking for too much, I paid for a professional job, not a hack job. They even left their drink in my truck on the last visit and didn't put the window trim back on right. After dealing with Conner's condescending tone I told him to keep his pathetic $50 refund, I will find a better shop that can do it right. read more

What a waste of my time and money in this business! I dropped my car for what they called IG Inner Gard - for detailing my Honda Accord interior at 11 am and back at 3:40 for pick up. When I checked my car, nothing looked cleaned; rather, it looked just like someone touched it to fake he/she had cleaned it. Even there are parts they didn't touch at all (See the pic below). They lack honesty and ethics. They said it took them more than 4 hours to clean it, but that is a complete lie. After I complained, they offered me to come back the next day to do it again, but I didn't want to waste my time again. read more

They did a decent job on the undercoating I got done. But they got the tar that they put under the vehicle on my rear license plate sticker. I found this out after almost getting a ticket, thank god the cop got a call while speaking to me or else I'd have a ticket thanks to this business. Did have them fix this problem the same day but if you have work done by them have it looked over by another company or take full review of their work before pulling off the lot at all. This could've got me in big trouble because of their minor mistake. read more

When I needed the evidence of smoke removed from a rental car, I turned to Ziebart to get the job done. Enterprise would have charged me $250, but I paid just half that getting it cleaned myself. The manager is a bold barefaced liar. I dropped my Lexus off the night before to have the windows tinted. He called me the next day and said the tint had bubbles in it and needed to be redone. I picked up my vehicle and saw my carwash pass and parking pass still on the glass I knew he wasn't being honest. This caused me to check my Lexus Enform app. It turns out my car was never unlocked, started, or moved. (The app tracks all such information and is 100% accurate) I don't understand why the manager told such a cowardly bold face easily proved lie when he could've just told the truth. I do not recommend this business because of poor business ethics and lack of and character. read more

First time user of this service and it certainly won't be my last. I took my wife's Mercedes in for window tinting and these guys did a wonderful job. The service was on sale so I got a great price. Reasonable price and Mercedes seemingly don't belong in the same sentence. But it does at Zeibart. First the negative...The building looks a little dumpy and the office looks a lot dumpy. But I wasn't going for the looks of the building. At the last minute wanted to bless my boss and his wife when they came home from a business trip. Her car was gross (3 kids, pets etc) so I quickly called and zeibart was able to do a detailing that day. And OMG what an amazing job they did. The SUV looked like NEW. We purchased a used black vehicle and it was getting extremely hot inside during the afternoon. My husband and I decided to get the windows tinted and get our truck detailed. They were running a fantastic special at the time which made it extremely affordable. They had it all done in one day, and it felt like I was driving a new car! The Windows look like they were factory tinted and they were able to shampoo some coffee stains out of the seats that were there when we purchased it. The salesman are not pushy whatsoever. They didn't try to up-sell us on any product. They did such an amazing job, that when we purchased another black car we instantly made the appointment to get those windows tinted too. The guys that work there are knowledgeable about their products. Oh, and did I mention they give you a lifetime guarantee on the window tint!? If there is any discoloration over time, bubbling, ect, they will fix it! Just don't lose the warranty paper! read more

Take a peek at my review from last week... Here's the follow up. I bumped it up 1 star solely because of their store manager, Bob. I called back the next day and he handled the situation well. He offered to allow me to bring the car back and have it re-done and this morning when I dropped it off, we went over the things that I saw as an issue. Unfortunately when i came to pick it up, the two primary issues, the paint chips and the dog hair, are still issues.... but no longer the biggest issue. Out comes Scott Leaver, the general manager of the area locations. He initially tried to lay on the charm, but quickly became accusatory and defensive. He was upset about my yelp review but not because he was being accountable (like Bob was), but because he felt I was too harsh. I pointed out that there were still many chipped paint spots all over the car and he just said that it couldn't have been them unless they sprayed the power washer too close and hit and nicked it. He was defensive and relentless. I was then told it was his decision that they wouldn't take care of the paint chips. Bob never let me know one way or another whether or not they could. Although he did say in general that they could take care of "all of it". That's when I stopped being polite. I called out that there was still a plethora of dog hair built up in the back windshield area. I was told they tried and tried but they "didn't know where it was coming from". Scott told me he'll never promise a customer that they can get all the dog hair out of the car. Well there was more than a little bit left today after the 2nd try. For somebody who runs a business that does "detailing" Scott doesn't seem to care too much for attention to detail....I mentioned that I found out after rain the next day left dry water spots all over my car that they either skipped or did an awful job on the waxing and at this point I was just ignored and Scott opted to leave shortly after because I wouldn't listen to his excuses and defenses and let him off the hook. All that and I'm left wondering if I should bump the stars up 1..... maybe I won't on the google review... read more
