Brought in my truck to get the back window replaced. The back window looks great, but my running boards on my passenger side they stood on for some reason. Granted they wasn't very secure on there anyways. But I went there to get something to replaced and left with another problem to fix. They took no responsibility for breaking anything, but it has never been an issue before. Now I'm driving around with a running board in the back of my truck. read more

Replaced windshield and on drive home the glass made a great deal of noise. Was told that the noise would go away as the glue cured. It didn't. I asked to have the window re-set and owner denied request. Got rid of one problem only to wind up with another. Will not go back or recommend. read more

Great service and a quick turn around. I dropped it off on a Tuesday to be worked on Wednesday, they completed it that Tuesday!! Good pricing on my back passenger side window, stayed true to what they quoted me. I would recommend this shop to others. I gave it a 4/5 because my first call to see if I needed an appointment or if they had my car's glass on-site/needed to be ordered, they didn't take down my information. So I had to call back later that day to double check, then they took down my info. No worries on my end but for a busy working individual that may have caused an issue. read more

FAKE INSTALL AND TRIED TO RAISE PRICE ON MY WIFE!! A door window was shattered in my wife's car. I know how to replace windows, but I was working and needed it done quickly. Mark quoted $149 over the phone and I had my wife take the car to them. When she went to pick up the car, they had jacked the price up to $169 and my wife had to argue to pay the quoted price. When I got home that evening my wife complained of rattling inside the door. I checked it out and found 2 pieces of plastic wedged between the window and the door. I removed the door panel to find that the window was never mounted at all. It was completely loose in the door. The pieces of plastic were the only thing preventing the window form falling into the door and likely breaking again. They had removed the entire window mechanism and left it loose inside the door, which is why it was rattling. So basically we paid for a window install, and they only slid the window in loose, wedged it, and put the door back together. And the icing on the cake, they tried to charge extra for skipping the install. I was able to fix the window properly in about 20 minutes myself; but if I had not checked on this, we probably would have had another broken window. I'm glad I decided to remove the door panel to check the work. Anyone who doesn't know how to do this should beware who you trust. read more

The $49 Chip Repair is a joke. The "process" took 10 minutes and "repair" looks more obvious than before. If I could give negative stars I would give negative 5 stars to this establishment. Do not waste your money. Go to a glass repair shop that knows what they are doing. read more

Such a seamless operation! When I called, if I wanted to go to the shop they could get me in that day, if I wanted them to come to me it was a couple of days. They showed up on time. Randy was amazing! He worked efficiently and cleaned everything he touched when he was done! That's especially important now more than ever! Confession: this is not the first time I needed a windshield replaced. The first time was a few years ago. I went with Safelite and although I had an overall good experience, it was a little expensive. The second (and last, I hope) time I replaced a windshield, I had time to shop around and found Discount Auto Glass. They scheduled me for the next day for service at my house between 8-1PM. The windshield repair guy arrived at my door at 10AM, left by 10:45 and the cost was almost half of what I paid before. I am hoping with every hope I can muster that this will be the last time I need a windshield repaired or replaced but if disaster strikes me (eh, my windshield?) a third time, I'm calling Discount Auto Glass again. read more

The best experience from start to finish! We had both of our cars broken into overnight and couldn't get to work. Paul helped me out right away. Terrible.. Bad install leaked water through my convertible controls, No show to the appointment scheduled to fix the issue. I've read a lot of reviews stating that they are cheaper than safelite.. I guess you get what you pay for.. Waste of time waiting, money, and possible additional costs for electrical damage due to water running straight through my windshield into my car. read more

Honestly amazing. So my car was broken into and I needed the glass on one of my windows replaced (it was 30 degrees out so I needed it ASAP). I first called safelite and they had no availability until the next morning and I had to drive to them. They also were trying to up sell me the whole call with windshield wipers and were pressing me to give my card over the phone. I had just been robbed I just wanted them to back off, the guy was obviously just reading a script or prompts. I made the appointment and then called this place. Whoever picked up the phone was right to the point and was able to schedule me same day and they were coming to me. They were also $100 cheaper than safelite. 10/10 would recommend. One star is not low enough for this business it has been almost three weeks i have been without my vehicle due to their poor workmanship. first my vehicle was brought to the dealer for a windshield recall. They called in Discount to do the work and the tech did not seal my windshield properly causing it to leak. I again brought my vehicle back to the dealer and when the tech from this company started to work on my truck he broke my windshield. ETA for a new windshield 5-10 days. Now after waiting another 8 days my new windshield arrives and the dealer ship contacted this company to come in and install, well at first they wanted to wait another week but the service tech at the dealership was able to get them in the following day. (you would think it would be a priority and they would ensure this time they do a perfect job). Well the dealer ship delivers my truck and upon inspection what do we find. Grease/adhesive all on the fabric by the rear view mirror as well as the tech did not install the tabs to hold the molding at the bottom of the windshield.. yes three times extremely poor workmanship. Did they advise the dealer of the missing items oh of course not. do I have my vehicle back. no I do not almost three weeks without it all due to poor workmanship. so I absolutely would not recommend this place. read more

Quality work, friendly staff & great prices! Someone busted my driver side window & I needed to get the window fixed the same day. I called several shops, including Safelite and they were not able to get the car in for several days. I called Discount Auto Glass & they were able to fix it the same day! Took my car into get a quote for replacing a back window, was given a quote and a card from the guy that gave the quote. I thought it was kind of high . He explained that the cost of the glass wasn't the issue, it was the difficulty of installation. However, when I called to schedule the appointment to get the car in, the lady that answered refused to give me the quoted price. She stated that was the price of the glass alone. I know this isn't true because the sales rep that gave the quote went into detail about the installation and why he quoted the amount. I requested to speak to the sales representative that gave me the card, he isn't there... on a work day... I tried to call his personal number that was on the card. No answer. A company that won't stand by their quotes is not a company that I wish to do business or recommend. read more

The price was the cheapest that I've found & they reported back that the guy that came by to their house to fix it was very courteous and nice. By the way, you have the option of dropping your car off or they will come to you as long as you have a covered area to work in (like a garage). read more

I had to have my windshield replaced last fall (Fall of 2012) and went with Discount Auto Glass because the price was much better than anywhere else AND they offered to come to my home at no extra charge. The technician arrived at my home within the appointed time-window, did a great job and I have had no problems with the windshield. YAY! Until...another rock hit my windshield the other day. BOO ! Of course it caused a chip, and this time I figured I'd be more proactive and get it fixed before it cracked and spread. I took it to Discount Auto Glass this time - they had the job done in less than 15 minutes and even did it for no charge since it was really small and I was a past customer. I was blown away, not expecting that. I HIGHLY recommend these folks if you ever need a windshield reparied or replaced. Discount auto glass came out to my work, on short notice and fixed my hatch glass perfectly. A couple months later I thought the glass was leaking, they looked at it for free and assessed that it was actually my top brake light and nothing to do with the windshield.
