Now being I know the audio field pretty good, I know of the big name shops in town. Yeah I pulled a santa Claus. I made a list, followed by quotes, narrowed that list, and made one decision. That choice I made has been great! I would make it again, and again. If you like to be treated well, and not feel like they just want your money, come to premier audio. Now I had premier audio install a Viper alarm/remote start prior to the setup of the appointment without any problems, they accepted the task and made my day good. About a week after I got the remote start installed my starter on my car went out. Being I was new to the alarm deal I thought it was a fault in the remote start system. At the time Premier Audio and myself went through all the steps to help me figure out what the cause was. I'm no mechanic but I was pretty sure what the cause was after getting off the phone with Premier Audio and entirely disabling the remote start. My car ended up getting towed and sure enough it was my starter, just like I suspected, not the remote start. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier! As someone who's extremely particular about their vehicle, I was determined to do my due diligence. After a days of scouring reviews, I narrowed down my options to a top five list. Tintify stood out to me for many reasons. 1. A flawless review record - not one single bad review. 2. Armando and his daughter Amaya are a family duo, and I love supporting small businesses with a personal touch. 3. Armando took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. 4. Johnson window films are a reputable brand, and I was impressed by their brand quality after doing my research. 5. He doesn't remove door panels, which was a huge plus for me. I opted for the Johnson IR supreme window tint film, 45% around except for the front window, which was 70%. I wanted a super ceramic tint that would provide excellent heat retention without being too dark. And let me tell you, the front windshield tint was a game-changer - it's an absolute must-have for resisting heat. I will say that after driving all the way out to Marysville, my front window was a lot bigger than Armando anticipated. So he had to order a bigger roll, and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make it right. He even came out to my house to finish the job - talk about dedication. After a couple of days, I rolled my windows down, and the cut lines looked like they were laser-cut by a machine. At first, the windows seemed a little darker than I expected, but after a couple of days, they lightened up beautifully. Dropped it off Saturday at 2pm, told pickup would be Sunday afternoon. Sunday afternoon came and went with no update. My husband checked at 5pm, no response. At 7:30pm the owner texted asking to keep the car another day because it was not finished. We were already on the way. When we arrived, nothing was done. My car sat there 2pm Saturday to 8pm Sunday. The only work was stripes applied to just the trunk and part of the bumper, and they were off center and not straight. Then he removed those stripes, which was wasteful, and handed me my emblem. Owner said he needed a machine to fix the stripes and we would have to come back. That was months ago. Since then my husband has messaged about scheduling to finish the stripes and PPF. Not to mention my car emblem is still not on my car. All we get is runaround or no response. We have given more than enough time. Later, after the tint had time to settle, I started seeing issues. Bubbles and debris under the film. Terrible workmanship on the tint too. He wasted 30 plus hours of my time, removed my emblem and never reinstalled it, applied then removed crooked stripes on the trunk and bumper, botched the tint, and will not finish the job or communicate. That is not nice to do to someones brand new car. I would NOT recommend Tint Vision 614. Unprofessional, destructive, and disrespectful. If you value your car and your time, go anywhere else.

They quoted us accidentally $100 than what the price was but knocked off money as a sorry for the wrong quote which I loved. The down side was the mess after. It was clean when it was dropped off, but you'll see on my photo the whole side was stained with what they spray on the tint to make it stick. Zoom in to see how dirty they delivered it. It would have been amazing if they delivered it the way we dropped it off. The worst part was they left scrap tint on my hood and left it outside like that leaving a stain on the hood. I took it straight to the garage and said you left this on my hood. Overall, looks nice tinted, but leaving tint scrap on the car hood and not cleaning up what stain or mess you made is very disappointing. I actually do feel bad leaving a bad review. I didn't notice the mess and trash until after we paid and was about to leave. As I mentioned, I shouldn't have to clean the car that was already clean and pick up their trash left on my car that was sticking to it and staining it.

The only critiques I have are after the windshield was replaced the seal on the outside of the windshield (where it meets the molding) does not look like a factory seal on one side. That is probably my attention to detail and it doesn't appear to hurt anything. Drivers side is perfect, passenger side is not flush, and with a slight fold down by the wipers as well. Also, there was a slight noise vibration around where the dash connects connect to the interior trim by the windshield by the inside lower passenger side. For the record, that noise appears to have gotten better and no proof that had anything to do with the replacement windshield but had not noticed anything like that prior. I am 95% happy with the job and really like this shop and everyone I came into contact with. I made an appointment to have some windshield chips filled and ended up just going with a replacement. I previously had one or two chips filled last year and there ended up being around 5 more that needed to be done. Had a great consultation and realized it was the better option. Something I thought was really cool, the tech even placed my oil change reminder on the new windshield for me. I like that little detail and it was appreciated. I don't know everyone would have done that. Upon leaving I was told not to wash the car for 48 hours and they would call in a couple days and check in. The call or check in never happened but that is ok, I still recommend this business. In summary, the service was good, techs and representatives were friendly (the people make the difference there), and the replacement looks good, it works just fine.
