As this is my second time going to get one of my cars done here and never had any issues. My tint was coming off and a lifetime warranty is offered for the service also I wanted to add tint to my front window so I scheduled an appointment I have a planner I wrote down 12:30 but I got it wrong it was noon I received a call from Jeff at 12:13 which I missed when I became aware that I missed the call I immediately called back at 12:15 as I was in route to the shop I live 7 minutes from the business. I was told that I was too late I asked what time was the appointment and it was in fact noon I apologized because it was my fault that I wrote it down wrong and started to ask about get rescheduled and was hung up on. I called back no answer so I left voicemail explaining that I was trying to ask a question and also to apologize again. I received a call back at 12:21p and he stated he didn't hang up on me but that he was simply done talking and hung up. I explained I was trying to ask about rescheduling he stated that once you miss an appointment you can't reschedule he's time is worth money and I need to go find someone else to fix it. In my head I'm like the devil is a lie. I stayed calm and said sir no one is perfect we all make mistakes I'm not sure if you live in a perfect world but we all have flaws he said in a perfect world we don't do no calls no shows mind I was heading to him and I just simply got the time wrong I said the only perfect person is God he said yeah if you believe in him I said wow I actually do and he's kind to all he said well I've been doing this for over 30 years and I know I repeated the appointment back to you so now you have to pay for the labor I'm not fixing it it for free mind it doesn't say anything about this on my receipt he said yeah he doesn't but you wasted my time. I'm still calm trying to get him to understand all this time we're going back and forth I could've been to you he said well you said you were five minutes away so let's see if the five minute theory is true I said sir we have been on the phone for over 7 minutes now you hung up on me I called back and had to leave a message then you called me back you told me I couldn't come so of course now I'm not five minutes away I said usually your really nice I'm not sure what's going today but you're being very rude he replied back in the rudest way yeah I'm calm my time is money. It's sad to see people in the world like this time is money but also don't value money so much that even when a person makes a mistake you turn into the devil and talk down to them and are cruel. The world is already in such chaos and we still continue to show up in a devilish manner and wonder why it's not changing.I tried to right my wrong because I got the time wrong, but it didn't matter. When you leave this earth God wont check to see how much money you have it'll be if your heart was pure and unconditionally. My son was really upset that I allowed this man to talk to me in such a rude manner and remained nice and calm I told my son that you don't have to do others like they do you let God handle that. So as time goes on things change right? Well yes would be correct. So I recently bought a new car and want tint as it is not currently and my previous car was done by Jeff. I know about professional eclipse and have since 2008. This would make my third car that would be done here, that is if I went back...... Well after making one call and leaving a voicemail and no return call with a quote or a time, I called back. So this time I spoke with a lady. Maybe his receptionist I'm not sure. My quote was $239 with $50 repeat customer discount. Ok awesome, but..... I thought about adding my sunroof to be tinted as well, so I called back in this time the quote is $239 plus $50 for the sunroof and a discount of $15 for the repeat customer. Hold on second........ $50 for the sunroof thats more than the rest of the windows and the easiest to tint. Also why did my repeat cuatomer discount drop $35? Sounds like prices are just being made up you ask me. Anyways after hearing that I thought I'll shop around before I do this. Highly doubt I will be coming back since the price can't be stable....... I came here because a friend of mine had referred me. The owner is a very nice guy and knows his stuff. Stands by his work 100% I had a minor bubble a with a corner a week after install and he was very kind and corrected it with a simple fix. He even did a quick look around to double check for me to make sure there was nothing else I missed. You can tell he keeps busy and definitely keeps his appointments. So, I needed window tinting done on my Jeep and visited another establishment. I should have checked the Yelp reviews first. It was a customer service nightmare. From the lack of appropriate customer service skills on the phone to the "facility" that was shocking dilapidated to the surroundings that made you want to lock your doors, I was a bad scene....I left. I searched Yelp and found Professional Eclipse. They have a Better Business Bureau positive rating and GREAT customer service ratings by fellow Yelpers. The owner has been in business for 20+ years and has a great deal of experience. He also happens to be very personable and clearly understands what good customer service is all about. The visit was MUCH quicker than I expected. You can drop off you car or stay and wait. Don't expect a huge facility like you would in large chain automotive places. It is small but very adequate. And, since this is a scheduled service, there is no need for a large waiting area. A nice touch, added by the owner recently, was the free wifi. I was able to check out a Hulu show while waiting. The owner also is hands-on. He is performing the service work as well and routinely stresses that he stands behind his work. Offers to fix what needs to be fixed if you notice something that isn't quite what right (my windows were PERFECT). Pricing: after talking to different shops, the prices charged here are VERY competitive. Frankly, it was priced below most. One place wanted almost $100.00 mores for the same service. I've already recommended this place to friends and family and I feel very comfortable going back. It is not in the "high rent" district (so don't go there looking for sushi and lattes while you wait) but not someplace where you don't feel safe. Just some hardworking guys getting their hands dirty providing you with great service, and a very fair deal, at a small shop. This was a good service experience. read more

Highly recommended. Professional Eclipse tinted my most recent car purchase for me, see pics. They keep a pretty full schedule so you may need to wait a couple days to get in, but it's worth the wait. The price is about what I'd expect to pay for tints, $200 for a sedan. High quality and they stand by their work 100%. Took about an hour and forty-five minutes and like any tint job still needed some time to dry. Came out perfect in the end. This owner has terrible customer service. His true colors were shown when things did not go his way. I had an appointment scheduled with him at 11, I had a doctors appointment before (pretty important day, a diagnosis) it ran a little bit long but I was not able to get to my phone bc I had younger children with me who were playing with my phone. He called the phone and was not able to get ahold of me so he decides to leave a vicious message telling me how I am a "waste of a contribution to society." But even after that I went over to his location to apolgize for the miscommuncation, and he showed his inconsiderate ass even more. If you are black or a poc I wouldn't advise going to him, he truly showed his ass today. I was compelled to write this review because I actually drove people to his business because I had work done on a previous car, now I regret ever giving him the money or the business.
