From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. When Jay came outside to inspect my systems wiring, he immediately noticed that the other shop had failed to secure the wire to my battery properly--it actually came undone just from him slightly touching it! Jay quickly wrote up a service agreement, and got my vehicle into their garage for the installers to give everything a thorough inspection. They properly fastened the cable to my battery terminal, checked the ground connection, and cleaned up the messy cable management left by the other shop. Additionally, they inspected the rest of the wiring to ensure there were no other issues. Knowing everything is now secure and professionally installed gives me such peace of mind. Columbus Car Audio went above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough. I am very gratefully to Jay and Columbus Car Audio installers for addressing these issue for me.

I know quite a bit about car audio myself, so when calling a place about an install, I want it done right or I would do it myself. Now being I know the audio field pretty good, I know of the big name shops in town. Yeah I pulled a santa Claus. I made a list, followed by quotes, narrowed that list, and made one decision. That choice I made has been great! I would make it again, and again. If you like to be treated well, and not feel like they just want your money, come to premier audio. Want to be given truthful advice and or help? Yeah you guessed it you're reading the right review on the right shop! Now I had premier audio install a Viper alarm/remote start prior to the setup of the appointment without any problems, they accepted the task and made my day good. About a week after I got the remote start installed my starter on my car went out. Being I was new to the alarm deal I thought it was a fault in the remote start system. At the time Premier Audio and myself went through all the steps to help me figure out what the cause was. I'm no mechanic but I was pretty sure what the cause was after getting off the phone with Premier Audio and entirely disabling the remote start. My car ended up getting towed and sure enough it was my starter, just like I suspected, not the remote start. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Premier Audio to all my friends and anyone I hear mention they need a shop to go to.

I waited for 6 hours on Friday with no communication and when I called back, he just reiterated that he would call me. The next morning I called for a simple update but nobody picked up. 6-7 attempts later over a span of 5 hours, the same front desk attendant picks up and before I can get a word out, tells me I'm calling a lot and he's doing everything he can to track down the part, is facing issues with the warehouse and is currently looking on eBay for another one. My car is a 2013 scion tc and I understand sunroof replacement parts/glass might be difficult to locate, but a courteous and professional, open line of communication would have been much appreciated over 48 hours of just hoping they call me back...absolute waste of my time EDIT:Posted this review and no more than 30 minutes later, the owner contacted me directly, apologized for the lack of communication, ordered the part and offered a much appreciated discount. I appreciate the willingness to make this experience right!

Most importantly, the level of hospitality is exceptional. You can tell right away that the people here truly care about their work. They greet you with respect, keep you updated throughout the process, and take pride in doing a fantastic job. That kind of genuine service is rare to find these days. For context, I needed a windshield replacement on my 2025 Hyundai Elantra. The dealership quoted me $1,043, and another shop in Cambridge, Ohio quoted $720 (including calibration). I had the same work done here for $485--with a much better overall experience. I'm a customer for life and will gladly recommend them to anyone.
