Dropped it off Saturday at 2pm, told pickup would be Sunday afternoon. Sunday afternoon came and went with no update. My husband checked at 5pm, no response. At 7:30pm the owner texted asking to keep the car another day because it was not finished. We were already on the way. When we arrived, nothing was done. My car sat there 2pm Saturday to 8pm Sunday. The only work was stripes applied to just the trunk and part of the bumper, and they were off center and not straight. Then he removed those stripes, which was wasteful, and handed me my emblem. Owner said he needed a machine to fix the stripes and we would have to come back. That was months ago. Since then my husband has messaged about scheduling to finish the stripes and PPF. Not to mention my car emblem is still not on my car. All we get is runaround or no response. We have given more than enough time. Later, after the tint had time to settle, I started seeing issues. Bubbles and debris under the film. Terrible workmanship on the tint too. He wasted 30 plus hours of my time, removed my emblem and never reinstalled it, applied then removed crooked stripes on the trunk and bumper, botched the tint, and will not finish the job or communicate. That is not nice to do to someones brand new car. I would NOT recommend Tint Vision 614. Unprofessional, destructive, and disrespectful. If you value your car and your time, go anywhere else.

I went to Chris from these google reviews after a bad experience with a regular wrap on my TWO brand new Teslas. Speaking with him and his wife Jennifer, they assured my husband and I we'd have ZERO issues. He showed us around, they spoke with us on my ideas for my 24 Tesla Model 3 Performance, picked a color and a flake then I paid my deposit. We setup a date for drop off and was given a timeframe for pickup. A few days prior to drop off I checked in to see if my color/flake came in and he asked for more money "to buy product". As a business owner myself that has unexpected expenses sometimes, I was hesitant, however, I agreed. Drop off day came, I explained NOT to drive my car as I have winter tires on it and my insurance won't cover it. No biggie! Gave my keycard and he gave me a timeframe of a week then off we left. He spoke to my husband a few times who informed him we'd be going out of town the following week and we'd need the car back in the timeframe given. Unfortunately, that's when ALL my car issues begun. Pickup changed multiple times without proper communication. I was asked to send more money day of pickup so he could "buy sand paper to do a slight sanding for the flow coat process". I reluctantly sent another $50 (+tax). I sent a text when I was 2hrs away from pickup asking for the pictures he promised and making sure the timeframe would be fine still. AGAIN, it changed! Then I was asked the next day to "bring my charger and have a chat". My husband called him & he informed us "it looks super bad". We told him NOT to touch it any further & we was heading to him. Upon getting there we seen the MANY issues. However, he INSISTED he'd fix it & the new timeframe for the 4th time would be acceptable. Let me not forget he asked me to pay the remaining amount before he told us how badly it looked! Finally, enough was enough. I called Tesla & sent them the pictures I had of the car. They informed me to take the car back before he "completely ruins it" & costs me $10k+ to fix. I picked the car up and seen he hadn't even touched it for the 3 days between us seeing it & picking it up. Saying he was "waiting on my color to come in again but, it would for sure for sure be ready in the now 3 days away". At that point I was over it. I picked up my car explaining I needed to take it to Tesla. Which wasn't a lie! I drove it to Tesla & by the grace of luck, he in fact did NOT put a permanent paint (that it was supposed to be) on my car. He did however have paint in areas that should've been draped off and I do have a rear quarter panel that IS ruined. So, as you'll see in these photos I lost my cool on him. As anyone would've probably long prior. Throughout all of this they told us about their baby being taken from CPS for "suspected child abuse", then how they BOTH relapsed on METH! Now, I'm not one to judge someone from their past. However, I am one to care about MY situations. He trashed talked the other company the entire time he had my car & did worse. He kept taking other cars without doing anything to mine. He continuously asked us to hang out with him & his wife for "drinking, bowling or anything else". We constantly told him NO as we're too busy. I explained over & over all he had to do was communicate with me. I should've taken my car back long prior to when I did, however, I was 10+hrs away by time I found out how bad things was. Even day of pickup he had a new car in working on it instead of mine. There's so much more but even TODAY he's threatening ME when HE was the one that VANDALIZED my car. Almost all these reviews are FAKE or from people that had simple jobs and before he got back on meth again. Also, threatening with a restraining order from someone ONCE asking for a refund is WILD behavior. At this point it is what it is. I make GREAT money and he'll never be on my level. This is the 4th car…read moreI've taken here to have the tint installed, I will say they are pricey but WERE worth the cost. The initial 3 interactions were very professional and hassle free. Showed up, they walked me through what I wanted and how much it would cost, I left, there were done in 2-3 hours, I paid, that was it. Great experience. This last time was not. I dropped off my 2026 Acura Integra Type S (which had less than 800 miles on it) off, informed the guy I wasn't interested in paying so much like last time, ($640 for the step above basic tint) and was wondering if they could work with me on the price, they couldn't, oh well. And like the other times I drop my car off, they're done within 2-3 hours and I come to pick it up. The first thing I notice is the car was filthy, I dropped it off spotless, salt shot up the sides of the car like it was doing highway speeds. I go into pay, get my keys, come out to the car and start it up, Every light on the dash that could be on, was on. Not to mention my alcantara seats were dirty. So I drive off and immediately call them, they explain "this happens all the time just drive it." I drive it at all speeds for 30 mins and the lights still are on. I call them back again and explain, and tell them "this only happens when the battery is deep cycled". Long story short they let my cars battery die, and said they could reset the light, they had some guy from the shop drive my car (it's a 6 speed manual) trying to reset the light which didn't work. They explained it was completely normal for this to happen because they need the car on they just forgot to hook up a battery charger, so I had to take it to the dealer to have the battery "charged and reconditioned and have basic settings parameters set". The owner or whatever he was maintained complete deniability throughout this whole thing and stuck to the "this is completely normal it happens all the time" script.
