I know quite a bit about car audio myself, so when calling a place about an install, I want it done right or I would do it myself. Now being I know the audio field pretty good, I know of the big name shops in town. Yeah I pulled a santa Claus. I made a list, followed by quotes, narrowed that list, and made one decision. That choice I made has been great! I would make it again, and again. If you like to be treated well, and not feel like they just want your money, come to premier audio. Now I had premier audio install a Viper alarm/remote start prior to the setup of the appointment without any problems, they accepted the task and made my day good. About a week after I got the remote start installed my starter on my car went out. Being I was new to the alarm deal I thought it was a fault in the remote start system. At the time Premier Audio and myself went through all the steps to help me figure out what the cause was. I'm no mechanic but I was pretty sure what the cause was after getting off the phone with Premier Audio and entirely disabling the remote start. My car ended up getting towed and sure enough it was my starter, just like I suspected, not the remote start. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Premier Audio to all my friends and anyone I hear mention they need a shop to go to.

Armando and his daughter Amaya are a family duo, and I love supporting small businesses with a personal touch. 3. Armando took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. 4. Johnson window films are a reputable brand, and I was impressed by their brand quality after doing my research. 5. He doesn't remove door panels, which was a huge plus for me. I opted for the Johnson IR supreme window tint film, 45% around except for the front window, which was 70%. I wanted a super ceramic tint that would provide excellent heat retention without being too dark. And let me tell you, the front windshield tint was a game-changer - it's an absolute must-have for resisting heat. I will say that after driving all the way out to Marysville, my front window was a lot bigger than Armando anticipated. Extremely Disappointed With Ziebart and Regional Manager…read more I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with Ziebart - especially with their regional manager, Connor - deserves to be documented so others are aware. I brought my truck in for Ziebart service, expecting professional results. Instead, the work was rushed and sloppy. They globbed the Ziebart product all over my paint, and I had to bring the truck back because the job was so poorly done. That alone was frustrating, but unfortunately it got worse. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, I noticed a new dent that was absolutely not there before. Ziebart immediately claimed it didn't happen in their shop, yet they never completed any prior-damage paperwork on my truck when I dropped it off. No walk-around, no notation, nothing. If they're going to deny responsibility, the very least they should do is document vehicles properly -- but they didn't. Trying to get answers from management was just as disappointing. The regional manager, Connor, was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the situation, he was dismissive and refused to acknowledge their mistakes or the lack of documentation. For someone in a leadership position, the attitude and lack of accountability were shocking. I expected a reputable company to care about their work and their customers. Instead, I left with extra hassle, a dent that wasn't there before, and zero responsibility taken by their management. I would strongly recommend doing your homework and thinking twice before trusting this location with your vehicle.
