So once I paid that I I went back in 2019 and got my GMC Acadia DENALI!!! and babyyyyyyyy I'm so happy I got that truck! They sale really good cars and they are honest people. You have to move quick because them cars go fast off the lot! So if u want a car GO GET IT!! THANK YOU ZACK FOR ALWAYS BEING PERSONABLE AND KIND! I will always send people here to buy a GOOD AND RELIABLE VEHICLE!!!

The previous owner had a 3rd party remote system installed but removed it so mobile locksmiths couldn't make new keys. This cost me nearly $500. VGS Forgot to give me back my $50 deposit so I had to go back for their "oversight." Never sent my title work out to me so on day 45 of the temporary tags I had to drive to them, 140 miles from Kent ohio, but while on the phone they said "some titles got lost in the mail." My credit union said the same thing for a different loan. Send these documents certified you greedy jerks. It will be the last time I ever buy a car here. Not sure what to tell you, big dealerships are just as bad, if not worse. There is more to the story but you get it. Good luck if you use them. Nice people but they don't really seem to care once they get their money.

Worst customer experience ever. Not only is the owner rude and degrading once the car is sold &…read moresigned for apparently all promises made are void. My sister goes & buys a car which not only body damage but the smart key isn't working. She has to manually unlock the car and the car does start but doesn't recognize the smart key. Smart keys are expensive especially for Acura so they promised to fix both. They took the car back and after week body is done but refuse to say when they will fix the key. When called in manager says he will ask owner (who he refused to mention he was related to) for loaner & call back which no call after 3 days. When we pick up car asked about key repair His only response is "when I have time I'm a busy man" this is from the OWNER. When asked for a loaner at least he refused. Wouldn't let us get a word in kicked us off the lot with no solution. Once you buy you are nothing to these people. Beware to thoroughly look at the car & make sure it works before signing because they will not tell you the issues. The manager even had the nerve to sound irritated when obvious body damage was pointed to him after car was sold. I wish there was an option for negative stars. They say they are accredited with the Better Business Bureau but they are not. This company held our registration title until we deleted our bad review. I am now reposting this. I am sure their actions violated Yelp rules & regulations.

Bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra from this car dealer and to say I am unsatisfied is an understatement…read more He was originally asking $10,000.00 for the truck. However, it was going to need tires immediately, they didn't have the face to the radio that was installed, and the drivers mirror was shattered. So, he took $700.00 off. Turns out, he should have taken $5,000.00 off. I have owned this truck for less than 60 days and this is my out of pocket costs to date. New tires and alignment - $1,275.00 All 4 TPMS - $250.00 Complete front brake system - $1,200.00 Radio - $375.00 Left side mirror - $150.00 A/C (because it quit working less than 30 days in) $640.00 ($320.00 my out of pocket.) Transmission - $1,504.19 - Transfer case motor was bad and needed replaced. Total (with out transmission repairs yet) out of pocket cost thus far - $5,074.19. Again, this is ALL within less than 60 days. And, we still don't know what the cost of the transmission is going to be. The only positive thing is after the tires, radio, mirror, brakes, and TPMS I did call Mose Auto Sales when the air conditioning went out and he did SPLIT the A/C repairs, after I had to wait a week to get in to his mechanic he recommended. However, this is a 4 wheel drive truck, so the transmission is more than likely going to far exceed all the other repair costs thus far. This place clearly does not have a mechanical go through their vehicles they are selling to ensure their are selling the quality of vehicle they are telling you, you're getting. I fully understand that buying a used vehicle there is always the possibility of some problems. However this many problems that are this severe all in less than 60 days is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This truck has been in for repairs far more than I have had it on the road driving it. I would not recommend buying any vehicles from this dealer. Their vehicles are no where even close to being worth what they are charging. And yes, I have ALL the documentation to back up everything I have posted. So please, call me a liar. 09/06/2020 Update - I will keep updating this so others can see the issues and exactly the quality of cars this business is selling. Today, Serpentine belt sheared apart. Which when on snapped going down the road at 55MPH it snapped a coolant line, and the Power Steering Air Control Switch. Cause, the serpentine belt was improperly installed. (most likely when HIS mechanic repaired the A/C.) So, a new serpentine belt, and new coolant hose and clamp, and the Power Steering Air control switch $194.09 in repairs today. Brings a total out of pocket expenses to date to, = $5,268.28. Purchased truck less than 90 days ago at this point. 09/12/2020 Edit - This weekends issue is the rear differential has developed a leak. After some some basic cleanup around the differential there has been an epoxy found on the bottom of the differential. After removing the gear oil and the epoxy there were 3 small hole about the size of a pin hole, and a 4th hole about the size of a ball point head pen tip. So, now the truck is on it's way back to the transmission shop on Monday because there is only one way to repair this correctly and that is a whole new rear end. This is more than likely going to start pushing $3,000.00 for this repair Update to come.

BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are being very deceptive & braking the law. They're using "Bait &…read moreSwitch" & False Advertising tactics to deceive people into either coming or calling to sell cars! I was looking for a car & seen a good deal obviously found out it was to good to be true when I gave them my information & started to inquire about the car. They had a 2019 Dodge charger R/T with a sales price of $13,000. So when I asked if it was available I received a text message that the price was $18,000. I then called because of the obvious confusion and I also live two hours away from the dealership. I wish I could give you the audio to this call. I asked about the car & the polite girl on the other side of the phone just says yes that's the price. I then told her about the text I got & the fact that I'm driving 2 hours to look at this car so I wanted to double check before I leave. She then says well that's the down payment not the actual price. They informed me that the $13,000 is a down payment and the actual price is around $32,000! It's actually wild to me that these types of dealerships get away with what they do & I'm currently looking into reporting them because I don't care what loophole they're using, simply lying is unacceptable in business!
