I can't say enough good things about Twins Buick GMC and the way their team handled my situation…read more The original vehicle I purchased from them ended up developing serious electrical problems. That could have easily turned into a nightmare, especially with the possibility of a long repair process or the vehicle ultimately being totaled. But Twins didn't just shrug their shoulders and leave me to deal with it. I stayed involved, asked questions, did my own legwork, and worked with them because I cared just as much as they did about finding a real solution. In return, Twins stepped up and helped make the situation right by helping me get into the Buick ST I have now. That meant more to me than they probably realize. As a disabled father with children who also have disabilities, reliable transportation isn't just a convenience. It affects my independence, my work, and most importantly, my ability to be there for my kids. A huge thank-you to Craig, Gina, Mark, and the entire finance team. Every one of them played a part in helping turn a very frustrating situation into something positive. Craig really came through for me, Gina and Mark helped keep things moving, and the finance team worked through the details to help make the ST possible. Anybody can earn a good review when everything goes perfectly. The real test of a business is what they do when something goes wrong. The first vehicle had problems, but Twins stood behind the situation and helped make it right. That says a lot more to me than a flawless transaction ever could. They earned my trust, my respect, and absolutely earned this five-star review. Thank you to Craig, Gina, Mark, the finance team, and everyone at Twins Buick GMC who helped me get through the situation and into my ST. You didn't just sell me another vehicle. You stood behind the first one and helped make things right when it mattered.

When it was supposedly done, none of the trim lined up. There were quarter inch gaps where it should have been flush. The trim had bows in it. Even though it was not like that when taken in, they had every BS excuse why it was like that now. The service department is supposed to call to schedule an appointment to fix the problem. Two weeks out, so far, NOTHING! This is not the first time there has been issues with the service department. Those crooks have tried to charge for work that was not even done as stated on the service receipt. Beware! I don't care how convenient this location is, I am done with Twins. PERIOD!

I told him that I had very little time to come to see the Mazda 3 in person today, advertised for $1,500.00, because I had a important appointment to attend, in just a couple of hours. I asked him why this vehicle, which looked very nice in the Autotrader ad, was selling for such a low price. He assured me that it was just because it was getting near the end of the month. I told him that I would come directly to the dealership, to pay a cash deposit to hold the vehicle, until I had some more free time to complete the sale, and required paperwork. I drove to the dealership, which took nearly 1/2 hour, in heavy traffic. Once I got there, a "sales representative" approached me, smoking a cigarette, and asked what vehicle I was interested in? I told him that I was there to see the tan Mazda 3, to which he said "oh, that car already sold last night". I told him that I just spoke to a phone representative , who assured me that it was still available. He didn't seem to care, so I had a few choice words for him about his company wasting an hour of my time, to come to see a car that was not even on the lot. My thoughts: The local phone number listed, went to a call center rep, who had no idea of vehicle availability. This car was listed for a price that seemed too low, and too good to be true, and was only being used to lure in unsuspecting customers. In other words, it was the oldest trick in the book, used by many unscrupulous businesses of common bait & switch advertisements, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. In conclusion, I will say that I would never personally purchase any type of vehicle from Columbus Luxury Cars, L.L.C. It seems that other people have also felt the same way about this dishonest dealership, based on their very poor customer ratings.

I asked why he said they added a paint sealer and an engine inspection. I told him the reason I'm here is it was listed for 15,994 on the website and he said we just changed our prices. I asked if he could get the keys and his response was let's go in inside and talk some numbers and I told him I want to see the inside again. He walked off and never came back and had one of his co workers come out and tell me they couldn't find the keys. Stay away from this place. The price on their website was 5,000 dollars lower than what they said it was on the lot.

They really don't want your trade-in. If you have a trade-in don't expect to be offered much for it. If you're okay with these 3 ground rules then this is a decent place to car shop. Last summer I needed a car pretty quick. I purchased a Corolla that I knew had been hit in the rear and repaired. Driving it home it didn't steer quite right. There was some leftover rear suspension damage that couldn't be seen visually but showed up plainly on an alignment rack. I took the car back to them and they made it right. Also included was a year long drive train warranty. The car has been great since. I would recommend them just understand the ground rules.

They do their own body work and do excellent work to the point that you cannot tell the car has been damaged. He can give a price break because of the depreciation the cars face over having been in an accident but because he's less expensive than everyone else, he is not generous on trade and will not come down on the price. Be prepared to pretty much pay his asking price plus ballpark of $1,000 for tax and title. He's probably going to be better than anyone else you could buy a car from.

Their automated phone system repeatedly hung up on me after long hold times -- and that was the only way I could get updates, since they never followed through on promised callbacks. My service rep, Alex, repeatedly told me he would call with updates, yet I never received a single one. At one point, he claimed he had tried to reach me multiple times, but it turned out he was calling my parents' old home number -- a line that hasn't existed for years. I have no idea how they even got that number, especially since all my interactions with them had been through my mobile phone. Not only was the communication abysmal, but the sense of urgency was nonexistent. My car sat there untouched for the entire first week because they hadn't even started diagnostics. When I called for an update, they couldn't even locate my vehicle in their system. After finally determining the car needed a new engine, I was told there was no way to get a loaner in the meantime. Then, when they said it was finally fixed and ready for pickup, the check engine light came back on immediately when they pulled it up -- right back to square one. Having no car, no communication, and then being expected to pay for something they missed in the first place is unacceptable. This dealership clearly lacks organization, accountability, and respect for its customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business to any other Kia dealership.

In attempt to purchase a car, my guy friend (who's so in cars) and I priced the KBB value of a 04 Volvo. They wanted 12, KBB priced at 7 but we were willing to negotiate. As a person with good credit (literally classified as good) and 1500+ for a downpayment we found it odd that they wanted nearly 30% of the car's asking price, switched some numbers to where KBB price matched there's, then tried to put me in cars that looked like they were on there last leg. Granted, each customer experience is different, but it's crazy how with good credit I was told I need a substantial downpayment and the Volvo s40 turbo was not an option, yet I went to Lindsay Acura and only put down 1500 with a brand new Acura TL... THE SAME DAY!
