Monty's Lighthouse - Montgomery, Texas…read more This was my very first visit to Monty's Lighthouse out by Lake Conroe, and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. I decided to have a lunch date with my son, and the entire outing felt peaceful, relaxed, and exactly what we needed. The ambience was lovely, the weather was perfect, and the lakeside scenery added that extra touch that makes a meal feel like a moment. I ordered the Seafood Ravioli -- cheese raviolis covered in a rich crab bisque cream sauce with sautéed crawfish tails, shrimp, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan. It was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, worth every bit of the $21.99. My son had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with applewood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, and Cajun honey mustard aioli. He enjoyed it completely, and at $15.49, it was a great portion and value. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was genuinely good. For a first‑time visit, Monty's Lighthouse made a strong impression. I definitely plan on going back and exploring more of the menu while enjoying that beautiful lakeside view.
