Dorito half beef, half cheese k dog combo.
    Nina Z.

Grabbed some K dogs while taking my niece shopping a couple days ago. Ordered a couple different things: Korean bbq wings, hot Cheeto cheese dog and a dorito half beef half cheese dog. We got combos so they came with fries and lemonade. Everything we got was tasty and fresh. We ordered in person although they also have a kiosk. Food came out fast and we found a seat fairly quickly. Definitely would come back again if I were shopping at Pentafom City again.

Came here on Saturday to get a Korean Dog and I must say I love them so much. The potato dog was a hit I got half cheese and half sausage and it was the best of both worlds. I'm restaurant is located in the food court of pentagon mall. My daughter got the hot Cheetos dog but was unable to taste due to my dislike of mayonnaise. Will come back to try other flavor soon.

Visited from out-of-town and was pleasantly surprised to see that this Korean hot dog chain offered sweet potato and chicken sausage! So that's what we ordered--one Sweet Potato Dog with Chicken Sausage and sweet & sour and mustard on the side. It was a HIT with my husband and me; they really loaded the amount of sweet potato all around the dog, and though it was deep-dried, it was not greasy whatsoever. The dough all around the chicken hot dog was pillowy and soft and the sweet potato squares gave it the dog the crunchy texture. My husband and I thought this tasted better than the Korean hot dog chain in our city.

My kid and her friend wanted to try out Korean corn dogs and this place was all over the internet. My kid got a rainbow corn dog with mozzarella in it and a churro corn dog with mozzarella in it. Her friend got a hot Cheeto corn dog with mozzarella in it and a potato corn dog with mozzarella in it. My kid loved the rainbow corn dog and said she would definitely come back to get it again. The churro corn dog was not her favorite however her friend liked it. Her friend loved the hot Cheeto corn dog and the potato one. The service was excellent and the wait time was short. The look of the place is very pleasant and looks nice. They would both return to this place to try different corn dogs.

The service here was efficient and w e didn't have to wait long for our food. We tried the sweet potato churro dog. It was cool that they had chicken option for the sausage. The sweet potato churro coating was really good. It was soft and flavorful. I don't specially liked that it tasted fresh and was hot, but not greasy. They also had drink options. I didn't get any drinks but my friend got a strawberry machta drink and she said it was really good. She said it was $9 for her drink but would def. get it again:

I've had a Korean hot dog before, and it was honestly mediocre. However, I wanted to give it another try, and I'm glad I did. I ordered from Kong Dong since it was close by, and got a half-mozzarella/half-beef dog covered in potatoes, and I also got the spaghetti dog which was fully beef. Both of them were pretty good, and I realized that I prefer the beef dogs over the mozzarella dogs since the mozzarella doesn't have a whole lot of flavor. The spaghetti dog was my favorite, as the batter was nice and chewy (almost like spaghetti) and had a nice tomato sauce. I definitely plan on trying this place again.

I got taro bubble tea, the pearl itbshould be chewy but some are undercook and still hard inside like a bead still cheawable but too dry and can't eat it. The drink made from taro instant powder, taste was OK but not like fresh taro. Fast service, nice ambiance.

It was surprisingly better than I thought it would be. I'd have never stopped here on my own so I'm glad my girlfriend wanted to taste something different. I'm officially adding corn dogs to my fast food diet. Some of the more adventurous flavors on the menu will be reserved for others but I'd definitely come back here to try another original dog. I thought the sugar would be overwhelming but it was just fine and not smothered the way the pictures on the menu suggested it would be. It's a little excessive that you don't get at least one dipping sauce free with your dog purchase. I had to pay 55 cents for a honey mustard and also a spicy chile, both of which added unique and tasty enhancement to each bite. One important thing however is to make sure that they pay attention to what you order. We were given a choice of different dog options, beef, pork, chicken, and I'm pretty sure we said either beef or chicken and then when we bit into it, we got pork. Considering that you don't know what's under the bread until you go for it, that could be a pretty huge problem for a lot of people. The people behind the counter seemed pretty apathetic so service is a bit meh, as is kind of expected in a mall.

First time trying a Korean corn do. I got the original and the hot Cheetos. I really enjoyed the hot Cheetos with the spicy mayo on top. It has much more flavor than the original. The original I did half cheese and have beef dog and it pair quite well. I added some ketchup it was a bit bland but I would come back. The menu choices are nice. There are about 8 different choices and you can choose the fillings whether you want sausage or cheese or both. They have different sauces to compliment the dog. It was pretty fast only took about 7 minutes even though there was a line. Also got a mango lemonade. It was refreshing.

We tried the half beef half cheese dog with sweep potatoes. It's pretty good for mall food court food! Nothing super fancy but was solid. It came out hot and their were lots of options on what to get!

Visited here twice in less than 2 weeks. That alone should tell you it's good. This fairly new restaurant in the food court of Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. There are numerous choices of how you can get your corn dog. You can get it with hot Cheetos batter or fruity pebbles batter. So far I have stuck with the original batter. The inside of the corn dog have 4 options- chicken sausage, beef sausage, mozzarella cheese, or half cheese half meat of your choice. The original kong with chicken has me hooked. The chicken tenders with fries are really good too. The spicy mayo sauce is tasty. Definitely recommend try out this new fun version of a corn dog.

Kong dog is great! It exactly what you'd expect for a fast food restaurant in a mall food court. This is by no means a Michelin Star experience, but the staff are friendly and the korean corn dogs are delicious. I made a special trip here a few weeks ago when I was craving something different from typical DC fast food (ie. chipotle, &pizza, etc). Kong dog fulfilled my cravings! There are several vegan and vegetarian options on the menu - though the vegan sausage is extra. This is great stop while you're at the mall or even a fun diversion if you're in the area.

The visit was unique, the story is unique and the food is unique! Let's do this! Established in 1950 or 1954 (reports vary but the sign on the building says 1954), Weenie Beenie was a modest hot dog stand serving hot dogs and beans. It was started by two brothers, Carl and Bill Staton. Bill happened to be an incredible and ultimately famous traveling pool player who went by the name... you guessed it... Weenie Beenie! He won 27k in Arkansas (which is a LOT of money in the 1950's) and used the money to finance the hot dog stand's growth! He appeared on television, played hustlers across the country, and backed other hustlers while living the pool and entrepreneur life. During the 50's, a period of entrenched segregation in Virginia, Weenie Beenie distinguished itself by hiring black employees on the same terms as whites when most white‑owned businesses would not hire blacks at all. This made Weenie Beenie a rare example of early workplace integration in Arlington and a meaningful employer within the historically Black Green Valley community. Its reputation for fairness became a very important part of its legacy, remembered along with the food and its very colorful founder. We popped over and found a 70+ year old walk-up stand with a colorful, diverse and engaging set of customers and friendly service. In faded letters on the front wall to the left are the 10 commandments! No breaking any divine rules at Weenie Beenie's! We all chatted and I learned the one guy comes every day! The old man in the suit was very polite and reserved. The younger Latin and black clientele were fun and engaging and we joked around quite a bit. Another older man was as 38-year veteran of the armed service! Thank you sir! I heard some stories... Of course, we ordered half-smokes! They are well-seasoned half-pork, half beef, smoked sausages that are truly incredible. Weenie Beenie's are unique and delicious! Life is good with a historic, unique, fun and respectful half smoke.

I think next time I'll try a rice cake dog or a mozzarella dog for more novelty. My only wish is that the dog tasted more like a Kirkland hotdog from the food court! (Take notes, Oh K-Dog!) My friend got an egg toast and she loved it! This place is always empty and it's obvious why The burger patties have very little in terms of a crust, just a generic slab of meat with very little flavor. I see people referring to this as a good value but the burgers cost $16 and they charge you an extra $5 for a side (including fries). It would cost me $16 to get a way better burger that comes with a side from Rhodeside, All About Burger would give me a better burger for $9 and at dinner time I'd be able to get a full combo for $10. Lyon Hall, which is a much fancier place, charges you $20 for a burger and fries. This is one of the more expensive burgers you can get here and they seem to actually be the most expensive place in the area to actually get a burger and fries. I ordered a side caesar salad and it was really bad. The cheese tasted like something out of a bag, the croutons were by no exaggeration the worst and most boring croutons I've ever had. Also, the dressing was given on the side, when I eat in at a restaurant I don't expect to dress my own salad and it gave me more of an impression that the food comes in premade. One member of the party got the spicy cheese curds which just seemed like small (not very good) mozzarella sticks. This place tries to be everything and has no identity because of it. They are going for a country sports bar vibe and they're named "burger district" yet they have a wine menu. They have a bunch of random wraps, appetizers, fish and chips, even waffles and spaghetti (for kids) on their menu! I count 15 different types of burgers +3 types of smash burgers.
