    Chips and Salsa
    Zoe C.

We were driving by, the car in front of us stopped we looked over to our right and saw Komo's Cocina we pulled over and came in. It was getting late so we ordered small items. They had a taco Tuesday special one taco for two bucks. Not bad, but it was the small tiny little bitty street taco ones. It was ok for a late snack. The chips and salsa were tasty, the chips were crunchy and fresh and the salsa was tasty, not hot at all. The place was surprisingly nice inside, the waitress appeared to be new as they lacked service experience, hope it wasn't an attitude issue. Parking is not easy to find all street parking. .

Cadillac margarita before adding the caddy

OMG!! Food, drink, and service were all fabulous! I rarely order margaritas, but after trying my friend's, I had to order a Cadillac. After enjoying our drinks and guacamole, we ordered our food. There were so many yummy and unique choices that I had a rough time deciding, but with the help of our server, I decided on sweet potato fries (yes! They have sweet potato fries) and a shrimp taco. We all ordered a variety of items, and each dish was more delicious than the next. Lisa, the owner, happened to be there, too, so she came over to greet us. I was astonished to find out Komo's had been there for 11 years. The last time I had been to that location was probably 15 years ago when it was a different restaurant, all together. I'm honestly a little sad that that I did not start frequenting Komo's sooner. The staff is friendly, the dining area, although small, is bright and cozy, and the food offerings are unique and elevated . This is definitely my new go-to Mexican restaurant. In fact, I might have to go back again tonight with my husband and with a bigger appetite!

On a whim, I headed out for Mexican food and a Margarita. I ended up at Komo's in Naples, Long Beach. I was greeted warmly, as I took a seat at the bar (I was alone tonight). Quickly, chips and salsa appeared! and a menu. The bartender pointed out that it was Happy Hour and what the specials were. I ordered a Margarita and some guacamole, to go with the excellent homemade chips. Street Tacos were on HH menu, but I wanted something crunchy, so I ordered Taquitos. Everything thing was very good. Service was excellent and friendly. There was a good crowd for a week night...many seemed to be regulars. This is a nice place. I'll be back!

Two tacos lunch special with steak and al pastor

I've passed by this place a million times but hesitated to try it because it's always empty. I went there with a large group and was pleasantly surprised! They gave chips and salsa, which was good. We ordered queso fundido with chorizo, tacos with rice and beans ($10 lunch special), tequila shrimp, camarones de reyes, and a chicken burrito. We also got some margaritas. Everything was pretty tasty. Service was great.

    Tequila Tuesday!

Service is spectacular, owners heard me asking about tequila recommendations and jumped in with a couple tastes of ones they liked. They know their tequila and the space is nice and cozy and friendly. Already instantly I'm in love with the space. It may be the tequila samples talking but truly the food is delicious and the tequila selection impressive. Personally collected stack of tequila and they know them all. Once a spot emptied on the shelf they will find a replacement. Lots of unique one off bottles to try and throw in $2 taco Tuesday and I may have found a new home on Tuesday.

Wanted to try them for the first time on Saturday at 11am. The decor is clean, bright, and colorful. Extensive menu with reasonable prices. I'll include current menu pics for 2025. I enjoyed my chicken fajitas and a Cadillac margarita. My wife had shrimp ceviche and Cupcake Sauvignon Blanc, which she enjoyed as well. The server was very friendly. Two things, the kitchen was rather slow. Chips weren't ready when we got there and the fajitas took a while to arrive. Also we were the only ones in there the whole time. I didn't mind the place being empty, but makes me concerned about the business.

This is my 2nd time here! My friend Mike has a friend named Rocky who works here and she's so friendly! I met her a while back but always so good to see her again. Everyone here is nice and the vibes are always perfect for friends and get togethers. Today, we ordered taquitos, chips and salsa with guacamole and the Elote! Oooo! And spicy cucumber jalapeño margaritas! So yummy! Must try them all! Next time, I wanna try the salmon plate! Maybe I'll see you here someday!

    Queso Fundito with Chorizo

Very good food, and service. The margarita were fresh and light. The Bacon wrapped shrimp came with a chipotle cream sauce. Fundito was flavorful.

Kudos to this Hallway Taqueria! They have a LEGIT Taco Tuesday deals: - $3 Dos XX - $2 Tacos - $1 Jello Shots I came here after playing Pickleball and was delighted with the speed of service, plenty of indoor seating (especially for the size), and warm hospitality by the server/bartender T. Their specialty is tequila and they have it in abundance! They have beautiful bottles along the wall and a couple TV screens to enjoy sports. I tried 3 tacos: potato, carne asada, and chicken. They were all about a B to a B+ Parking can be rough during the weekend, so try checking out this spot during the week.

I'm so mad at myself for only recently trying this place. I'm obsessed with Mexican food and can't figure out how I didn't know this gem existed. Friendly & upbeat service, margaritas made with fresh ingredients, delicious food. Tucked away near 2nd & PCH, with lots of high bar tables and festive and airy but cozy vibe. It gives off vacation vibes and I feel like I escaped the real world for a few hours.

From out of town and met some friends that live locally here. We had Margaritas that were incredibly delicious. They had a great variety of them as well as some specialty ones. We also had some Bacon wrapped shrimp that were delicious. The staff here is incredible . They are very friendly, attentive, and efficient. Always checking to be sure we had everything we wanted. This is definitely a place we will return to when in the area. We are hoping to come back in a week or so to try their Bloody Mary's which we heard are the best around.

First time here and definitely won't be my last!! This is a cute little spot in Naples with delicious Mexican cuisine as well as friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff! Food: The Komo burrito was delicious, it had the right amount of meat, rice, and beans. The green sauce that came with it was flavored and not too spicy. As for the guacamole and chips it was delicious nothing to complain about. As for my torta, the meat was tender and filled with flavor. They do have happy hours and the drinks are definitely worth it!! If you're in the area this is a spot to stop by, just park on the corner where the old rite aid use to be.

It wasn't even close to full. They're clearly holding people outside on purpose to create fake hype, which is honestly pretty messed up. You're telling me dozens of people are stuck waiting forever while there's plenty of room inside? It's giving manufactured crowd and poor management. To make it worse, they stopped serving drinks and turned the lights on at 1:15 AM, way earlier than literally any normal bar. So after wasting hours in line, you barely even get time inside. And it somehow gets worse -- at 1:35 AM they were literally kicking people out of the restroom. We weren't even allowed to finish or wash our hands before being rushed out. That's not just rude, it's straight up unhygienic and disrespectful. Overall, completely overhyped, disorganized, and not worth the wait at all. Don't fall for the line -- it's fake.

They have a large open air dance floor that overlooks the marina as well as a smaller dance area inside near the pool tables. The decore is classy and elegant overall. On salsa nights they have drink specials in addition to the regular drink menu. Lastly I once lost my key fob there and someone returned it to their lost and found. I'm forever grateful to whomever returned it and the staff at the front door / lost and found. Overall it's an awesome place to come out and hang out and dance.

Here you can actually taste the ingredients they describe and somehow work really well together. And it's not just one or two drinks that feel unique and interesting it's basically their whole menu. Most recent time we went was when they had a guest bartender (Polo Chang). Some of the best cocktails I've had recently. I'm a huge fan of tea in cocktail his menu was amazing. We got way more drinks than we usually do that night because each one was better than the last. Only thing tho I really wish they kept their old menu. The drawings were beautiful and it had so much character while very easily communicating how each drink will look and taste. It went so well with the overall vibe of the place. But I may just be nitpicking because I have hard time reading the new dark menu in the dim light lolol I honestly would come here wayyyy more often if it wasn't for the very limited parking. Even with reservation it feels like never a guarantee we will make it there because we may or may not be able to find parking. If you are lucky to be nearby highly recommend uber.

I was able to make a late dinner reservation for Saturday night about a week prior - reservations are definitely encouraged, as the bar was full the entire time we were there. Gaining access to the speakeasy was actually not that difficult, just ring the doorbell of the ornate floral door, beneath the lone lantern in the alley behind El Barrio Cantina. Parking though was a nightmare. I only realized when paying the bill that the two establishments are one and the same, and I could have very likely parked in the designated spots for El Barrio customers. The whole bar is a mood - lighting is dim and you don't get to see much beyond your table, which is good for those seeking privacy. One thing to note is that because the dining space is so small and intimate, it does get quite loud. The appetizers we tried were all good, with izakaya flare as promised. The charred edamame was extremely addicting, smothered in garlic soy and just the right amount of spicy from chili arbor. The Okonomi corn dog was a clever spin on okonomiyaki, bonito flakes and all. Finally, both the Yuzu and Wagyu rolls were fresh and perfect size bites of their respective fishes. I wish I could have sampled their entire cocktail menu! All the drinks sounded novel and unique, and featured their specially cut crystal clear ice. My Yuzu Strawberry blended the smokiness of the mezcal with the tangy sweetness from yuzu and strawberry perfectly. And the Peated Highball I ordered as my nightcap has to be my new favorite drink, adding a boldness to the Japanese cocktail staple. Only reason I took a star off my review was the abrupt service. Our waitress was not subtle about needing our table for the next reservation, asking to clear our plates when there was still food on it, and closing our check early to the point that the bartender had to come and charge us again for our last drink. Despite that, still strongly suggest checking out Tokyo Noir. Long Beach sadly doesn't have many speakeasies, but the ones that are here are at the top of their game.

Angel's Share will be introducing a soft launch of new appetizers and I believe drinks! Not too busy of a night until deep into the evening where the crowd picked up and dishes were flowing out the kitchen. Cajun shrimp was extremely flavorful with the spinach in the middle. I suggest adding a hint more of garlic to wake up the spinach melody. Keep in mind we had no clue that the spinach was to added on top of the Shrimp similar to a one biter. Either way... it was Fire! The garlic bread was pretty good. Needed a pinch more of garlic salt and a minute longer in the salamander oven! The Cajun pasta needed a hint more of Cajun seasoning. If it's in the cards you could even elevate the dish by adding 1 Cajun shrimp on the top or spoon full of crawfish tossed in Cajun seasonings and butter! Also wake up your base with heavy cream to make the sauce dance on all the noodles. Now keep in mind there's a lot of of us who think that we're top chefs or we all like things a certain way but what I do know is that the pasta once it gets perfected I know for sure it will be a hit. The mocktails were refreshing and balanced!!I was so glad they weren't to sweet. We indulged in the Sierra Sunset, which came on a light up coaster showing off the sunset colors. And also the Lychee's & Cream, which was my favorite. I think it was the use of the kaffir yogurt that really balanced the mocktail and set it apart. The tapas we had were the Salmon Tartar, Patatas Bravas (add crispy Jamon), and Wagyu Empanadas. The citru notes in the salmon tartar really made this dish sing to me; bouncing off the creaminess of the avocado mouse and the richness of the salmon, then finishing with the crunch of the tostada. The Patatas Bravas were nice and crispy, and toped with a creamy aoil then a spicy Bravas sauce with added a nice spice and depth to the dish. However, adding the crispy Jamon is definitely the way to go if you order this dish!! Those Wagyu Empanadas were just the right ratio of meat to dough. Then those Manchego cheese cracker not only are a nice crunch, but also bring a nuttiness that balances the richness of the meat and that succulent mole sauce. Next was the burrata bowl, another favorite of mine. This must have been a whole burrata ball spread out and topped with cherry tomatoes an herbal basil sauce and crunchy kale chips. They even have us some tostada chips to dip in this delicious burrata bowl. They have a whole pallela section under the main dishes, so of course we had to try this out. We went with the Paella Negra; squid ink, gulf shrimp, clams, scallops and broccolini, and of course we added the Iberian ham. This was so decadent and delicious. Definitely recommend topping it off with a squeeze of the lemon they provide you with, it complements the dish. The corrners of the rice were nice and crispy, while the center remind fluffy. Shrimp were cooked to perfection, the dolops of aoli complemented the side ink rice. The addition of the Iberian ham really brought a smokey and salty addition to this dish. To end the night we decided to indulge in the desert trio, this included churros, an orange Mochi, torrija and ice cream. The orange Mochi was light and delicious and definitely and Instagram-able dish. But the one that stole the show for me, was the torrija.
