Very helpful and patient as I roamed around to look at clothes, home goods, what was on sale. They hand pick cute and unique items for the shop from clothes to decor and even snacks! This is the kind of shop you come to to buy the perfect little gift for a friend or family while also buying something cute for yourself. I ended up taking advantage of the Christmas decor sale and bought a few stuffed gnomes, a small baker pot with lid that I plan to use for not only desserts but soup!, and the cutest tin of cookies. I also got an adorable unique stitched kitchen towel for a gift for a friends birthday coming up. The owners go out shopping for unique finds at different trade shows and markets. I look forward to seeing what they bring out next for spring and shopping around for the next treasure I can find. Once in there I was pleasantly surprised by the few things that I may have wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the staff manages not to greet you nor do they ask if they can be of any assistance, therefore I walked out . Did not expect that from a small town boutique and size store. I will not be returning, and have crossed them off of my list of local boutiques to shop at. I will happily stick with the ones in Hyde Park, Madeira, and Mariemont. It would be sad to see a local business struggle only because of customer service.

The…read moreappearance from outside had me thinking I wouldn't be able to afford anything, not that I would have found a single article of clothing over a size 4 - but this was so not the case! Unlike the last reviewer, I had a fabulous experience! The sales girl (not the owner, I didn't meet her) was very pleasant and helpful. I was attempting to shop for Christmas gifts and asked her to try on a couple of items for me, as she was a similar build to my sister-in-law. She was more than accommodating. She also told me all about the designer, and that her studio was in the basement so most everything in her line was made on the premises. There were also several other clothing lines from small, independent designers from other areas of the country, like NY and Chicago, so everything was unique and many of the items were handmade. The store carried a range of sizes, and because the clothes are of designer quality they run true to size. Anyone from a size 0 to a size12 or 14 shouldn't have any trouble finding interesting, fashion-forward pieces that fit them. They do only purchase a few pieces of everything, so stock is limited, but I think it's nice to know you won't run into anyone else wearing the same outfit. And did I mention the prices? I expected to see $200, $300, $400 price tags but was pleasantly surprised. Now, I'm not saying theses are Walmart prices or anything, but for what you're getting, the prices were great. Many items were under $100. I looked at a Chanel inspired cropped jacket and expected to see at least $300 on the price tag and it was under $68! I also fell in love with the hand painted Picasso silk tops. I can't remember the price exactly but they were under $150, which is a great value. Amy Kirchen carries everything a girl needs to look her best (except shoes...and makeup...some of us need that too) including coats, dresses, sweaters and tops, pants and skirts, beautiful hand painted and felted scarves, one of a kind clutches and purses (leather and vegan materials), and gorgeous, statement-making jewelry. In my opinion, Amy is bringing high fashion to Cincinnati the right way - by keeping it small, independent, and affordable. I will definitely be making the (35 minute) trip out to Milford to shop in her boutique and would recommend it to everyone I know.

I was very impressed with the book selection and the friendly staff. I'll definitely be a regular here - and I hope it will encourage me to do some more local outdoorsy things. It seems like there's quite a community for paddling - either by canoe or kayak.

I have a Thule bike rack that I bought somewhere besides RRT. I won't name the store because I…read morethink they did their best but I will never buy another Thule from anyone other than RRT. And I may go in there and just buy a bunch of other stuff! I had to call Thule's 800 number after multiple attempts to unlock my bike rack with no real assistance from the place I purchased it. The customer service representative on the phone with Thule gave me RRT's address and phone number. I called and Emily was doing her "bookwork" but she walked up front and handed the "master keys" to her sales help in the store. They seemed to be expecting me when I arrived and Dalton walked out to my car with me. As the customer service representative on the phone had told me, there is a ring of 100 keys and Dalton tried every one of the them. Luckily, we found it after almost 70 different keys but I was treated so well. They didn't have to help me, I didn't buy the Thule Bike Rack from them. But this will be the first place I go in the future! According to Dalton, they offer FREE installation! It's a nice store in Old Milford and it's apparently been there since 2010. I have been biking the trail for years and I promised Emily, no more Thule from anyone but Roads, Rivers and Trails! They ROCK!!!!!!!! They also have a lot of very attractive clothing and equipment. I was looking for an offbeat sport coat to compliment a pair of slacks for a wedding ceremony and celebration. Jim took his time and helped me find what I needed and had me try on numerous clothing items. Found a perfect coat for the occasion which he is altering for my sleeve length. I also picked up a great cardigan that I have gotten numerous compliments on. The service was top notch and Jim was fun to talk to. He even gave suggestions for other clothing shops in the area.
