    This is a really nice Meijer. The store is very clean. Aisles are clear of clutter. Many of the aisles are on the wide side. Several employees were available is most of the sections. Even with masks on they were greeting people. Many of the shelves were full, though there were some products that were completely sold out. There are limits on meat. Even with the limits, the meat department was well stocked. The garden center deserves it's own mention. In June the center was full of health looking plants. There was a particularly large selection of tomato plants. Employees were outside tending to the plants. Various items to tend to your garden may be found in the outside garden center as well. This location has a Tide Dry Cleaners. The photo center has signs up that their photo printer is not working. No word on if this is a temporary setback. Checkout was quick and easy. Several cashiers were open, as well as self checkout.

    Had a horrible experience with customer service. We purchased a gift card for Christmas. Unfortunately, our dog ate half of the gift card. Went to the store with the gift receipt to get a new gift card or reimburse us so we can get a new gift card and Meijer does not refund gift cards at all. Even though they give you a gift receipt for the card. We have had other incidents in the past but at least Kroger and Walmart made it right when we showed them the receipts. I would definitely recommend asking a place what their policy is before purchasing gift cards.

    I really appreciate the well-stocked store with plenty of room to distance from other shoppers. Their pick-up service is valuable as well!

I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service. Horrible interaction with her nasty attitude. She needs to be in the back unboxing merchandise and away from customers. Thankfully Felisha stepped in at the right time.

It was Sunday so options were limited and, I HAD to replace the tire. All SEEMED well when I left, there was a bit of a shimmy but, it was my first road trip in this vehicle so I didn't think much of it. Made it to Atlanta and parked the car for the two weeks I was there. I had a rental for work and parked next to my truck every night. On the way back, the truck started shaking badly. I pulled over on the highway thinking I had a flat. Nothing. Checked the suspension, all looked fine. Tried to go a little bit and the truck just shook. I had it towed to Pep Boys. As the mechanic was pulling it into the garage, another guy came running out, waving his arms, yelling. My wheel, the one THIS WALMART replaced, was ready to fall off. It had two sheared lug posts and the remaining lugs were very ready to go. The wheel had been improperly seated by WALMART I had to pay for the repair AND a hotel for the two days I had to spend waiting on a new wheel. My wheel was ruined, the holes were bored out, making it useless. Not to mention the HUGE SAFETY RISK this put me in. Pep Boys got me all fixed up and back on the road. When I stopped at this location to see about them reimbursing me for the repairs, replacement wheel and lost days, they offered me $350. About a third of my total out of pocket. I told them that was unacceptable and we filled out the claim paperwork. Their claims guy called, I explained what had happened and he said he'd look into it. I have a job. A pretty good job. I was not looking to rip them off, I don't need to. I wasn't doing a "slip and fall" wanting them to buy me a house. I got REMARKABLY BAD SERVICE THAT COULD HAVE(luckily it didn't) KILLED ME!! I wanted them to make it right. That is all. I didn't ask for ANYTHING. I would have settled for just my out of pocket but, the video showed the guy torquing the lugs so, NOTHING. They claim NO FAULT AND I AM OUT ALMOST $1200!?! Needless to say, I am in the process of suing them now. If you mess up to the degree they did, SOMEBODY has to make it right. Especially when all that is being asked is what it cost me to repair YOUR BAD SERVICE!!
