I've been meaning to update this review for a long, long time, but I'm just not that active on Yelp so I apologize! Shortly after I posted my initial review things changed and now my fiancé and I get klatch probably 3-5 times a week via pickup through the app. We LOVE the coffee here. It is so much better than the other chains out there. Always tastes fresh, is never over-brewed. If they are out of something (like oat milk, etc) they always let us know quickly and give us options. I highly recommend the Cap on Tap, it's slightly sweet but not overwhelming. The vanilla latte is also delicious if you want something a bit sweeter (it's probably my favorite "treat" coffee) but it still isn't overwhelmingly sweet and you can taste the actual vanilla beans and not a cheap syrup. I haven't tried a lot of the food, but what I have is good. The muffins are great- I just wish they still sold bagels!! :( But all that aside I highly recommend Klatch. Inspired by my foodie friend to visit here and gave it a try!! The overall experience is great and pleasant. Parking situation is good within a shopping plaza, very bright and welcoming as you walk in. Really appreciate the indoor decorations with colorful flowers and elegant floorings and countertops. ⁣ ⁣ Vanilla Bean Latte is the one I am recommended to get and I'm very impressed by its genuine taste!! If there is one thing I recommend getting, it would be the vanilla bean latte. The latte is so smooth and the hint of vanilla adds such great depth to the drink. The store is located in the same plaza as trader joes and other stores so parking shouldnt be an issue. There are large windows throughout the store, bringing in natural lighting, making it a great place to work/study. Service was quick when I visited around 10am on a Saturday morning. Great coffee and service! Customer service is always great when I stop by here. It's a great place to get some work done-- has great natural lighting, WiFi, and a few outlets for charging. My go-to drink here is the Oat Milk Capp on Tap. Their batch of it wasn't made correctly when I went today, so the baristas offered to make me a different drink and the alternative was fine. A great addition to Arcadia given the scarcity of coffee stores nearby in the SGV. Service was attentive and excellent. I came here on a cloudy Saturday morning for some breakfast. I was warmly and ebulliently greeted by a male staff. It's my first time trying Klatch Coffee. I ordered a midsize cup of hot Latte and an Avocado Toast. The latte was delightful and perfect to my liking. Similarly, my food was oozing with avocado and sliced baby cucumbers and it was simply good. They play good background music while you sip your coffee or eat your food. Service was outstanding and prices were reasonable and competitive. Staff were convivial and professional. Condiment area was neatly organized and tucked at the far back right corner of the coffee shop. Free Wifi. Parking was easy. Overall, it's a good coffee shop and I enjoyed my latte and avo toast. This is one of my favorite spot to get coffee and do work at. The have great coffee and great food for a quick bite or lunch. I ordered a matcha latte and it tasted a little light at first but you would just have to swish it around with a straw to get the flavor in as the matcha can get to the bottom of the cup. Flavor is really nice! I got a turkey pesto sandwich and a breakfast wrap. The breakfast wrap didn't have much flavor in it but it sure tasted very healthy and light. The turkey pesto sandwich was so good! It had a lot of flavor and it also came with a side of salad which also had these tangy dressing. It was super filling and price wasn't too bad either. Finally found a delicious coffee place that we will come to every morning we are in town while visiting. Have spent too many times going to every hole in the wall coffee place in So Cal trying to find good coffee. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They share the parking lot with several other establishments, so the lot does get full quite easily and quickly. Avoid coming here during peak business hours and the weekends. Great iced lattes! My friend and I came in to Pasadena for a short visit. We had just arrived from the Bay Area and needed some caffeine. We stopped by this cool coffee shop that was right on the corner with street parking & a parking lot. This was a bigger location than I expected and showed a modern catch to it. Stopped by over the weekend for a quick coffee break before heading to the Huntington Library & Botanical Gardens as it is only about a mile away. Stopped in for a latte and an americano this place is pretty clean and they have a really cute wall that has pink, red, and white roses on it. The order came out quickly and I was on my way to the library. The americano itself tasted nice and I think the staff here which was two ladies were super sweet. Overall if I'm in this area I will have to come back and maybe take a photo at the wall. I kind of regret not taking one at the time. But I was in a rush and just left. Back again to finally try their coffee! I decided to get "The Favorite" along with my coffee since I was hungry. It was pretty good. It's small but with coffee is filling. Surprised at the price as the sandwich is only $4.50 which is unheard of at most coffee shops. The coffee was good as well. The workers here are always so friendly and check in on you to make sure you're ok. It's a good place to work as the wifi is pretty fast. One of the better chain coffee shops. They got some housemade syrups such as their vanilla bean syrup. Such a good strong sweet flavor of vanilla bean mixed with their strong aromatic shots of espresso make the perfect combination of sweet and bitter. Their hot vanilla bean latte is pretty sweet, but boy oh man. The sweetness of the vanilla bean is very pronounced and perfect. Another item I got is their coffee shake! Obviously lots of sugar with some espresso, but if you're craving a blended drink I'd recommend. The store is clean and spacious, with a bright but simple minimalistic style that works well. Service was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated how the barista was willing to chat with me and answer all of my questions regarding their menu, while also telling me more about their store. I tried the creme brulee latte and it was pretty good. It's definitely on the sweeter side but that suits me perfectly given my huge sweet tooth and dessert addiction, so all the better. Lol. I was in the area and wanted to get caffeinated. I heard that the Starbucks at this location had recently turned into a Klatch coffee. I've never heard of Klatch until recently when I saw one at the United terminal in LAX, so I decided to give them a try. The staff here is super friendly, I was greeted by multiple people as I walked in. Emmett helped me at the counter when I arrived and I honestly was a bit overwhelmed by all the fancy drink names on the menu board with no drink descriptions. He was so kind to explain what all the drinks were. He was really detailed and provided equivalents to the Starbucks versions, so I could understand what they were. I ended up selecting a Vanilla Creme brûlée with homemade almond cashew milk ( or was it pistachio cashew? ). The drink was soooo good! Now I can't wait to try the rest of the menu to see how their other drinks are! I visited their website to see where their other locations were and was pleased to find out that they have 7 other locations in S. CA - and one close to me in San Dimas (their 2nd location). They roast their beans locally in Rancho Cucamonga. If you are close to one of their locations, you need to go. In fact, I've been coming weekly for it (if not more often) and I got their app so that I can order ahead and earn points. The points don't accumulate that quickly but the convenience is nice. We've purchased some Klatch beans as well and they're not bad either! The only bad thing about ordering via the app is that once or twice they've missed the large size request and I don't realize it until I've gotten home (usually because it's hidden in a couple of drinks I've picked up for the family). Still doesn't deter me from coming back but just a note to always double check your order before leaving! This is the best place to get freshly roasted whole coffee beans in the 626. The mother ship is in San Dimas which sends fresh batches of beans to this location every Wednesday afternoon. I just picked up this carbonic maceration single origin from Columbia which I am super excited about. They pull a solid shot of espresso which means the drinks here are quality. I've driven past this store so many times and have been wanting to try it, so today I finally stopped by. For an 8:30am pit stop, my coffee was served quickly and I was out the door! I ordered the Black and Tan (half cold brew and half oat milk cappuccino) instead of my usual vanilla latte since I wanted a caffeine boost. Since both were pre-made, the barista was able to quickly mix the two into a cup for me. I think I was expecting the drink to be sweeter which was why I wasn't fully satisfied with my drink. There was an interesting after taste as well. I'm no coffee expert, so take my opinion with a grain of salt! The rating is solely for the taste of the coffee rather than the service, staff, or the interior. I think next time, I will have to try something different and definitely go in without an expectations!
