I almost always have a small Mocha Chill, no whipped cream, often with an extra shot. The service is spot on each and every time, love that they ask me for my loyalty card (which they dutifully stamp and initial). The barista is always friendly, the drink done exactly right, and the experience worth repeating. Way back in the day they used to give me the empty metal coffee bean cans which I would take to my classroom for demonstrations (we used atmospheric pressure to crush them much to the delight of my middle schoolers.

Next, they really take the time to offer a wide variety of sweets and drinks. I love that they offer BOGO day old cupcakes. That gives people a chance to try a few flavors without breaking the bank. These are probably only available early until they are all gone. So many flavors. Apple, pumpkin, chocolate, lemon... Can't forget to mention that they care about customers. I totally understand not every order is standard, but as a customer you shouldn't feel awkward ordering a drink. What made it stand out even more is that I had gone to Pure Grind Coffee & Juice Bar the day before, and their barista actually asked around and tried to help make my drink the way I wanted it. That kind of effort and kindness goes a long way. I'm big on supporting local businesses, so this review isn't about being dramatic just honest. There are tables and chairs set out so that you may sit and enjoy your treats, if you so choose. We partook in their seasonal menu and got the honey lavender and cardamom lattes; both were delicious. The girls working were both friendly, kind, and personable. Side note, I know them both from Austin's Coffee Crafters and they have always provided great service with a friendly smile! I will definitely be back!
