    Tuscan Chicken
    Julie R.

I'm a solo diner and like to sit at the bar. Nicole is usually the bartender when I come in, she's awesome and I love chatting with her. Tonight I had great service from JC. I usually get the Tuscan Chicken or Shrimp and Polenta. Tonight I had the Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop and it was wonderful but the Tuscan Chicken has my heart.. Food is consistently good and I love that they serve half size salads so I can enjoy a salad before my dinner without it being too much. 10/10 recommend

We stopped by for a late lunch and were impressed by both the service and the food. Everything was incredibly flavorful, especially the short ribs--which are on the bold, well-seasoned side. If you prefer milder flavors, you might want to skip them. The space itself is charming, thoughtfully decorated, and adds to the overall experience.

We stopped into Kin on the Windsor Town Green and, even though it was a full house, sitting at the bar ended up being the best decision. My boyfriend and I wanted to try something different, and everything--from the cocktails to the salad and the main course was absolutely spectacular. The flavors were phenomenal and truly melted in your mouth! The bartender who took care of us was incredibly professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance is casual but still gives an elevated, warm vibe. Definitely a must-try, and I'll absolutely be back!

I ordered the kale Cobb salad and it was delicious. My mom had the shrimp and polenta and that was also yummy! We went here to celebrate my Mom's birthday and we had a great time.

Wow! My wife and I really enjoyed KIN. The food was amazing! We had a few appetizers the hummus was so flavorful. The calamari was fried perfectly and had a nice dipping sauce. My wife liked the beet salad and the juicy KIN burger I had was the best burger in the North Bay. We were seated in the bar area with numerous screens to watch your favorite sports. The ambiance was upscale casual. The service was friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back:)

First time here, and it was amazing! My friend and I came for the first time, and it was the best food in town. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, roasted beet salad, and ribeye steak everything was absolutely delicious! The server was very nice and kind, and the environment was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Our server this evening was a very pleasant woman named Tiffany, and it's more than obvious why she's been here for fourteen years. She had me at "hello." All done as they should have been. We'll see ya again soon. Thank you for the experience.

My party sat down at the bar and it did appear the majority of the people at the bar were also eating. The Bartender and At this point our server also was incredibly. She was so busy every single one of the bar seats was taken, and she did a fantastic job balancing all of it. Overall the food was an exceptional experience. For starters we got the truffle fries, and A Minestrone soup. The truffle fries were delicious, and had a bit if a kick to them so if you dont like spicy keep that in mind. The Soup was delicious and a great size for the small soup portion. I ordered the Lasagna with meat sauce and its light delicate layers were delicious, and perfectly balanced with the cheese. The server was helpful and informative and told my friend about the Mushroom cream sauce for her ravioli that if you love mushrooms you'll love it but if you don't then steer away. And we LOVE mushrooms and the ravioli paired perfectly with the heavy mushroom cream sauce. We also got the Steak and ordered it medium rare, when it came to us and it was closer to blue/rare the server/bartender didn't hesitate to apologize and in a flash take it back. The cooks remade it and it was perfectly medium rare with that nice browning on the outside and a small bit it pink in the center. We were very satisfied and it was such a lovely touch the manager did come out before the end of our meal to ensure we were satisfied and apologized for the discrepancy in the meal. The fact it was busy every single table full and the bar also being full and the manager still coming to ensure our satisfaction was what true hospitality is all about!! 100000% recommendations for this place and will be coming back!

Service is good! Had plenty of staff check in on me and make sure everything was going well. Pastrami taco was really good! Surprised to see it paired with kimchi but a pleasant surprise and gave me a bit of kbbq vibes. I'm Korean so I think the kimchi could have more bite or be more fermented but it's totally fine. Korean chicken thigh taco also super good. I think it'd be better to have this taco and the pastrami one switch their veggies but the usual black eyed pea slaw with the chicken was great too. Spicy crema could be spicier but that's personal preference and still went with the chicken great. I think the pastrami taco came out on top just by a smidge so I even ordered one more before grabbing my bill. This last taco came a little slower than the others but I wasn't in a rush. Definitely recommend asking for more slaw and kimchi to go with your tacos and make them loadeddd! I'll try to be back to try their larger plates!

We've used this location in the past multiple times for gatherings due to convince when it was Charlie's. We had the small banquet room reserved - and we were shocked that on Mother's Day there were no table clothes. We ate on industrial plastic covered tables. No flowers - nothing. I believe our waitress was covering our party as well as others but not sure. Menu was simple breakfast options - omelet, eggs Benedict, chilaquiles... nothing crazy. Given the holiday we visited while waiting to order and get settled- which was quite some time. This doesn't affect the rating as we understand the demands of the day. When our food finally arrived the first people served - my brother in law, niece's boyfriend and cousin - none of which sat next to one another. Mothers should've been served first or at the very least my 101yr old grandmother- who was the LAST to be served. I ordered eggs Benedict- potato's over cooker, egg was solid / overcooked, muffin not cooked and the ham slices were cold and dry. It took great effort to cut with a butter knife - I had to pick up. It was not pleasant. My mother had the same and felt the same, sister had the Florentine Benedict and her eggs overcooked and potato's dry and over cooked. My mother in law ordered the only omelette (house) which had jalapeño s that were in big chunks she began pulling them out as it was unpleasant to eat chunks of jalapeños. She said her omelette was ok but only ate half and left her potato's. The photo posted is her finished plate My grandma ordered two eggs over easy which were also hard she got a stip of bacon and one sausage- she said her potato's were overcooked as well as her egg which was hard . $700 bill with over half the room having iced tea,/ non alcoholic beverages. I hope the owner reads this and makes changes- holidays/ special occasions should have linens at the very least. The guests of honor should be served first and acknowledged first. I can understand that one order of eggs Benedict is improperly cooked but ALL orders of eggs were overcooked. With such a limited "special" menu which seemed pretty normal- one would think the kitchen staff would be able to execute it properly. As mentioned we've used this location in the past for family events - 25-50 people depending on occasion. Such as let down on Mother's Day.

We knew immediately this was going to be a special night. We went all in with the chef's prix fixe menu, and it delivered from the very first bite. Warm, homemade dinner rolls -- fragrant with thyme, garlic, and chili flakes, served alongside pillowy whipped butter -- set the tone perfectly. We loved them so much we asked for a second basket without a moment's hesitation. The Sonoma County Organic Salad that followed was nothing short of a revelation: crisp Little Gem lettuce, Pioneer Micro Herbs and edible flowers, beautifully shaved vegetables, whipped fromage blanc, and a Green Goddess dressing that tied it all together with effortless elegance. Perfection is the only word for it. For our entrées, the Petrale Sole Meunière was a masterclass in refined, soulful cooking -- the Costeaux sourdough croutons, potato fondant, haricot verts, and caper beurre noisette working in perfect harmony. And the pork porchetta with nduja? Cooked flawlessly, bold, deeply satisfying, and utterly memorable. We paired the meal with the Valette Rosé of Pinot Noir, which has instantly earned a place among the finest rosés we've ever tasted -- vibrant, nuanced, and a dream with every course. Dessert brought the ItsNotA 'Snickers Bar' and the Almond Frangipane, both executed brilliantly and the ideal sweet finale to an extraordinary meal. Valette isn't just a great restaurant -- it's our new favorite dining destination, full stop. We'll be back, again and again.

It's a great room with good energy and although I was expecting more of a white tablecloth experience, it was casual, which was fine. Unfortunately, my entire entree (sole meunière with green beans and fondant potatoes) was uniformly bland...no trace of salt or seasoning whatsoever. The entire dish was blah. I can't remember the last time I complained about inadequate seasoning, but when it's nowhere to be found, it's hard to ignore. The beans were pretty much raw. I enjoy bright green beans served al dente beans, but raw? No. The fondant potatoes were anemic (zero golden color, zero confit). All three pieces seemed steamed, steamed unevenly, and served cold. One of the three fondants was very firm and barely cooked. I needed to cut it with a knife. The other two were fork tender but alas, cold and flavorless. Honestly, it was kinda weird that all three components of this dish were just so darned boring and lacking temperature. I had only started my meal when I told the server about my impression of the dish. He took my feedback cheerily and said he'd let the chef know for future reference, but no "How can we fix this?" It was a bummer. When eating a classically delicious dish feels like punishment, something's not right. On the bright side, the server had a very nice manner. The room was lovely and had good energy. The menu was priced lower than we expected. And the chilled english pea soup was absolutely delicious. So Valette is capable of getting some things right. I'm not sure whether to chalk it up to "off night" or poor quality control in the kitchen. I guess both, maybe.
