I really like their chicken tenders, they are hot, juicy, crispy, and with a lot of meat to them. Their sides are pretty good too, especially the fries which are surprisingly really great fries. This might be an unpopular opinion but they have the best chicken sandwich too even over popeyes and the others. I only wish they had some kind of specialty sauces because if you want chicken strips you might be better off at Zaxby's or Cane's but if KFC is what is closest to you then there's nothing wrong with that at all. I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for a packet of ranch i went through the bag and there wasn't any. when i asked for another ranch packet the MANAGER said it was at the bottom of the bag and i wasn't looking i dumped the bag and showed him its not in there. Placed an delivery order on-line. The order was delivered missing a combo item. I called the store and told them what was missing. The associate told me that I could come to the store and get my item, or go on-line to get a credit back on my card. The reason I ordered delivery because I can't leave the office to pick it up, so going to the store was not a option. As for getting a credit on-line, that's a joke. The KFC on-line site does not process refunds, nor can you contact anyone via phone or email I believe this is a profit center for KFC. They know there is a 50/50 chance someone will come and get their order, and making sure that corporate can't be contacted good or bad. Corporate probably gives a cut of the monies they receive for incorrect orders to the franchise owners. Great business model KFC! read more

KFC on Peoria has never disappointed. The chicken is always good. We get the original. I love the mashed potatoes and gravy with a biscuit. The service is great. I haven't tried the chicken pot pie yet but can't wait to try it. It's fast, reasonably priced and the chicken is a big favorite! If you're going to do fast food, do it here! read more

THIS location of KFC has made me a regular customer of this franchise again. I have been here 5 times in the last few months and every time the food is great and the staff is very friendly. My food is always fresh and the restaurant in general is very clean. I have tried the tenders,pot pie,Famous bowl, chicken on the bone along with most of the sides and nothing disappointed. I don't live in the general area of this location but I still make the journey because it's worth it if you don't want to take any chances. Hats off to the Colonel! read more

This is the worst KFC I have ever been in & I have been going to KFC for over 40 years... We went in ordered broiled checken brests, they had none, decided to go with a wing & a leg, The gave us a reeipt & tore the survey part off. Wanted to let someone know they didn't have the items we wanted at lunch & they said we couldn't have the survey part. Finally demanded it & after calling her manager she gave it to us. Then tried to charge for a couple of sauce packs. Decided we didn't want the food after that & asked for our money back, took another 10 minutes after another call to the missing manager. It's been a while since I've been to Brookside, but I had a chance to go shopping there today. Great part of Tulsa and plenty to do and eat. Unfortunately, I was on a schedule and had to get lunch on the rush. I really wanted to grab lunch at The Brook, but I didn't have time. Then I remembered KFC right up the road. I've been eating at KFC since I was a kid (bell bottoms were popular back then) and I've never had a complaint. Today I did. The service and staff was great, as usual, but the food was not up to par. The chicken was fine, but both sides were room temperature. Not to mention they tasted bland and stale. Maybe it was a slow time of the day (there was only one other couple in there when we were) but I would like to get my food at least warm and somewhat fresh when I pay for it. Drove thru, ordered 12 pc meal + upcharge for white meat. Got home, had 9 wings, 3 breasts. Called restaurant, after being told I was wrong, she packed it herself, a manager came on the phone. This restaurant was out of my way but I was craving chicken. I used the drive thru and was greeted with a order taker that after me asking for a moment said "are you ready yet?" I ordered and waited for 5 minutes at window at 12:45pm lunch rush. I had to ask the girl for my drink and yet again utensils and condiments. I get home 20 miles and while loading microwave notice I was shorted a mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 nuggets of a 6 pack. I called store and had rude manager. I have given this restaurant several chances at getting this right. They have failed every time. Tuesday was the final straw. I ordered $25.00 worth of food to take home to the family and sure enough when I arrived home and we dug into the food it was completely wrong. They also shorted us on our order, we got the 8 pieces of chicken but were shorted the bites one full side and only received 2 biscuits. Just as Jennifer F. said, the manager is terrible. I ordered 3 extra tenders in drive through which I didn't get. This has happened before but I thought I would give another shot. When I got to the window the manager was berating the drive thru person which I could tell made him nervous and distracted. When I called she said I could bring it all back to get my money. When I told her I saw her berate her employee she told me that I didn't know what she had to deal with in the store. First, drive thru customer service was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere snd I have lived/worked in every state in the lower 48 continental states, and I've been through a lot of drive thru lunches/dinners. That said, if the food is good enough, I have looked beyond the people at the window or counter. Specific to this issue, I ordered the grilled 12 piece bucket and it was like eating cardboard. I thought, okay the breast can be a little dried out, so tried a leg(dark meat, "moist" meat almost impossible to dry out) and it was as bad!! Guess I'll put the rest in the slow cooker and attempt to make a chicken soup out of it. I visited this brookside restaurant on Monday May 23 2016 . I was the first customer to enter the building at 10:29am. I was pleased that they opened a minute early for me! I walked to the counter and am politely greeted by a nice young lady. She asked me for here or to go , and I said to go I ordered: 2 chicken strips and 4 biscuits which came out 5.02$ and I paid with a 20$ bill and 2 pennies so my change was 15$ even. Simple math right? The cashier shuts the drawer and walks away to get my food she returns with my food and says have a nice day. That's when I proceed to say politely to her that she forgot my change. She call the manager over and tells her that she forgot to give me my change. The manager proceeds to pull the drawer and count it I ask her why she is going through all that just to give me my change it was 15$ exactly. That's when she replied yes but my employee said she already gave your change, so I have to count the draw to see if you are telling me the truth. Now I'm a restaurant manager myself so this rather irritated me I clearly heard the employee state that she had forgotten to give me my change. I stated just that to the manager and she called me a liar flat out at this point I asked for the franchise owners phone number so I could comment on the service I had revived and she refused. So I said I would like my money back and her name because I would be getting in touch with the corporate office. I looked for her name tag and it said Kevin I asked her for her real name assuming she was just wearing the tag as a joke at this time she violently slapped my refund in my hand and called me a sexist because I wouldn't believe her name was Kevin. The customer service at this KFC does not even start to exist I ordered 1 serving of mashed potatoes & gravy to go, when i got to 21st and Lewis which is several miles away i opened the container and found NO potatoes there was just some gravy ..i got back in my car drove all the way back to this KFC spoke with the manager explained what happen and he could not care less he looked at me like i was a pain in the A_ _ .... he took the gravy and put it back with the other food items as if he would resell it instead of putting it in the trash....he then handed me a new mashed potatoes again looking at me like i was not worth his time or effort ......Never said how he was sorry about my time and gas wasted in coming back to the store did not offer a refund at all....when i asked was he going to do anything for me he said no he would do nothing at all...at that point i asked for my money back he refunded my money and took the potatoes back and walked away .....not a word was said to me he just walked away...i have no ideal if he is the store manager or a shift supervisor but either way in my opinion this man should not deal with the public at all ....i have never in my 63 years of life have seen such terrible customer service as i saw at this KFC...by the way i was the only customer around they had time to deal with my issue but had no desire to even say sorry about your inconenience. read more

I liked KFC as a child in the 70s, but have only been there twice in the past 15 years. The new commercials made me think of going again, and tonight I went through the drive through on Brookside. It was late (8:30pm) and we were hungry (I was with my teen daughter). Ordered, and when I got to the window I asked, with a smile, "Is The Colonel in?" The lady looked at me nervously and said, "The manager?" I said, "No, The Colonel?" again with a smile. She said, "the manager?" I said, "never mind." I paid, and then waited. After a while she said it'd be just 2 more minutes, and asked if I'd drive up and wait. No problem. 10 minutes later I was still waiting. So I went inside. The place was a total mess. They looked totally confused. People standing around waiting for their food. Staff not nice. They looked shell shocked. I waited another 8 minutes and finally, got my food. Quality was okay but it'll be years before I go back. Terrible. read more
