The service at this Wingstop is amazing. They had patience when we ordered with all the questions we brought. First time to Wing Stop and manager gave us some free VooDoo Fries and they were delicious! Kids are in love with the options and the fries. read more

I mean you just can't go wrong with Wingstop. I order you from here quite often and lately I have been enjoying the size and quality of the wings. The 81st Street location seems to do a better of a job than the 21st Street location in terms of cutting the veggies in proper sizes but hey I'll still eat it regardless. I ordered a 10 piece combo with lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and then I added a five piece Cajun with ranch and veggie sticks that is my go to combination of wings read more

Wingstop - 15pc ( Cajun, LP & GP), veggies w 2 ranchs - Chicken Wings Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

i placed an online order to pick up, i got a 20 pc meal for 2 with 10 boneless and 10 classic and i also got a separate side of corn. my boyfriend and i got home and we opened our bag.. the fry's were cold and soggy, my 10 boneless were put in with 5 of his classic bone in, and the 5 other bone in were placed in a separate container, they didn't put any of the ranch i ordered in our bag, my first wing of my boneless hawaiian flavored wings were cold (it was a 8 min drive so it wasn't cold bc we went there and straight back). i called the store to let them know and the employee said "ill see what i can do" after i requested new fry's and all of the ranch's i ordered. very disappointed. read more

Total chaos. Rude staff. Terrible communication. The manager actually said we are short on staff and hung up on me. Failure to deliver food as promised. Do not even consider this restaurant. You will be disappointed. Ordered online and cannot get refund. Lesson learned. Drive the few extra miles and go to any other place. read more

I called this afternoon to order ahead so I didn't have to wait in the lobby. Immediately I was put on hold and left on hold for 5 minutes before I decided try again and call back. The girl working cashier this afternoon, Aubrielle, then put me on hold again for 15 more minutes. I proceeded to wait on the phone until I was already at the Wingstop location. Once I got inside and finally placed my order, I noticed a few other calls come through (2-3) and she then placed them on hold as well. The 20 minutes I was waiting in the store, I noticed there weren't that many people in the lobby and the kitchen was getting out food in a timely manner but that she also never got back to the phone for any of the calls she placed on hold and continued to do so. I like this location because of it's convenience but today's experience has made me reconsider. read more

Just had the Korean bbq chicken sandwich. 10/10 Highly recommend this sandwich. Saucy , juicy and tender. The sauce was portioned perfectly. The bread was as soft as a pillow and the pickles finished it off with a nice crunch. Wings stop keep doing what you're doing. You're on to something ( I bet the Garlic Parm Sandwich go's crazzzzy ) read more

Wingstop rules. I am fairly new to Wingstop but have already been many times and every single thing I get is not only good, but great. I have tried multiple sauces and dry rubs on boneless wings and have loved them all. The chicken sandwiches are meaty and juicy and the flavor options give you way more variety in tastes than you're going to find from other chicken sandwiches. I am also very happy with the fries and cheese fries. The portions are big which I love and the prices are fair. If there is any downside it's that wait times are long if you walk-in, but I typically order ahead on the website and have had no problem picking up my order. Online ordering is easy to use and customization options are clearly laid out. To be honest the employees inside the store aren't always the most polite, e.g. you will walk in the door and they will just look at you instead of greeting you. I don't really care about that because all I want is for the the food to taste good but that matters to some people. The dining area is not the cleanest looking place but the kitchen area looks fine from what I can see. read more

Cons: So we placed an online order, but they didn't make it until we arrived. I get it, this place is not in a great part of town. They were probably tired of people ordering and not paying. Chicken wings were over cooked. Incredibly dry and super crunchy. Pros: Plenty of parking, order was correct, employees were polite, clean restaurant, accepts credit cards. read more

NASTY NASTY NASTY LOCATION. Not sure how they pass a health score. Employees do NOT wash their hands. I could visibly see two of them just casually eating throughout the kitchen with their bare hands, and they proceeded to handle food with those same hands and no gloves whatsoever. Not to mention the filthy lobby, unwelcoming attitudes and improper attire. I just can't bring myself to eat here again. They didn't know what they were doing and it was just disgusting. I literally felt so sick while there and after eating the food. read more

We ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos, & a chicken sandwich. We waited about 35 mins and watched people who ordered after us get their food first. The customer service is abysmal here. I called to place an order and was put on hold for 7 minutes. My friend called on his phone while I was still waiting on hold and they offered to take his order immediately. So, I went to the location and place the order directly. 10 piece boneless combo with fries and veggie sticks plus a drink, no dip. I was not given a receipt, not even offered one. When the order came up I made it to my car before realizing the fries were not in the bag. I went back in the restaurant and told them the fries weren't in the bag. They had to reprint my receipt, which did not show fries on my order. Then, they proceeded to charge me $2.16 for an order of fries. I paid it then realized I had been overcharged. When I ordered originally I was told the veggie sticks were in exchange for the dip I elected not to receive and the fries were supposed to come with the meal. Worst case scenario I should have paid $.89 for veggie sticks but was instead required to pay for the fries. I told them I overpaid, explained how and the attitude the woman gave me made me so angry that I didn't want to wait for $1 or $2 refund. I will never visit this location again. I'm not saying the customer is always right, but between overcharging, stalling on the phone and then treating me like garbage to my face by not owning up to their mistake, this business is definitely past it's prime. If I need chicken wings I'll go to BWW, Slim Chickens, hooters, Bricktown or ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

Just the worst service. Every time. It doesn't matter if we dine in, takeout or order delivery the order is going to be incomplete EVERY time. So I ordered delivery from store #524 and they sent thru DoorDash (we couldn't tell as we ordered on the Wingstop website) and the food arrived without 1/3 of the order. I called store #524 and they said that I could come get the rest of the order. "We can't send it to you". "We can't give you a refund, you have to do it on the website". Of course, there was no link to request a refund but an email form. I am sure I'll never see that $21.59 again. Wonder how many times we'll get Wingstop again? Terrible business practices. read more

Absolute dogshit service. people wearing airpods while taking orders, mumbling, and getting mad when we can't understand.

Ordered pick up and it was almost ready when we had gotten there. Restaurant was a little dirty, but they were very busy and were working to clean it up. Got our orders correct and it was tasty! Fries were pretty greasy though. But it was a good dinner and the lady on the register was very nice. :) read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the absolute worst customer service. After taking our Togo order over the phone, the young girl had a rude attitude the entire time, didn't confirm my order, didn't tell me how long it would take and just hung up the phone. When we arrived to pick up our order, they didn't have our name correct, but assured us it was our order. We get home and the order is missing 10 wings. We called to ask if they had misplaced them, and the girl was once again rude and offered for us to come back to the store to get them. We went back and waited 40 minutes just for them to make our 10 wings, and didn't seem to care we were waiting on their mistake. Absolutely the WORST customer service. I don't know how they are in business.... read more

Just about the best wingstop location in Tulsa, food is always fresh and hot! They've messed up my order a couple of times but hey, it happens but they're very adamant about making sure my experience is up to standard. One time i'd picked up my 6 piece order and drove off, then down the road i'd realized they've handed me someone else's order! Drove back and told them the confusion and to make up, they'd given me a 10 piece meal super fast! This is the only wingstop i've been to that strives to give a good impression every time. read more

Called to make to-go order couldn't hear her and she couldn't hear me then i was able to hear her and she says "hello" super rude so i say "hi" and she then blames me for apparently hanging up and then hanged up. When i call back she seems sweet and nice and i finish my order when i go to pick it up we check are order and they missed are veggies so we go back in to ask for veggies and the one lady looks at the other and says "you forgot to make there veggies" the other lady says "oh well it's because i didn't have carrots" so then the first one walks to the back starts getting the veggies walk to the front hands then to us we'll then we tell her "we had two orders" she then says "oh trust me that's enough i put more then 10". Call in order per usual, Im a usual so I'm used to this form, (reason for the 1 rating. plus it's not far from the house, now I'm not the most easy Going when it comes to customer service, However I conduct myself in Manner that serves the company at its best. Time was off, Order was wrong, I'm not the pickiest when it comes to time because i understand the food industry, but over 45 min for the wait to had been said "18 minutes" of course i round it up to a even 25 for common sense purposes, not to add when I asked for my order, the cashier somehow caught a sense of humor about how i chose Wingstop, and there were plenty of other choices of course after having to wait for her to finish, i asked for a return & i was told my order was all of a sudden ready.. hmmm ok. I am very sad to write my first DO NOT go here review. I generally follow word of mouth to find places, so I really don't run into many bad places. Which is also good because I don't want to do not so nice reviews.... However, we moved here from Louisiana and although we loved the Wing Stop there, we discovered last night that not all Wing Stops are created equal. The best part of my meal was the ranch and celery sticks and my brother says the fries were good. I ordered 30 mild wings. The girl at the register was, "less than helpful." The food was done in a timely manner, so I will give them that. The wings though... I honestly at this point in my life never thought there was such a thing as a bad chicken wing. They are one of my absolute favorite foods, and let's be honest... a little hard to screw up. They weren't just over-cooked, they literally were BURNT. There is no way that the person who cooked the wings could have possibly looked at them and thought they were alright, and yet they served them to me anyway. When I got home and we tried to eat them, the chicken was so over-cooked it was literally hard. More than one of the wings didn't even have meat on it! I took a pic of one to show and also took some out of the package and took a pic of some random ones in the bottom to show you... I will warn you, it's not pretty. I cannot believe the amount of money I spent for these wings... So to sum this up, unless you go to WING Stop for the celery and fries... drive on and find another spot for wings! read more

I love wing stop so I have a large room for error perspective. Our order is always two 6 piece combos to go and it usually take 15-20 minutes ... Not awesome but reasonable. We did get dry wings once but usually they're great. The service has been kinda funky though. The first time I called they had my order on record with my phone #, like most wing stops, it was fast and easy. Next time the guy says that's not a thing and I had to repeat my order 5 times before he got it. He was super unprofessional. The following time the girl sounded really unprofessional and again, it was really difficult to order. When we picked our order she was confused. The experience ended with "something is wrong. I may have accidentally charged you twice but don't worry if I did just come back with the receipt and we will take care of it no biggie." A few times we've called after that we just keep getting people who are not very bright. Higher your standards, hiring manager! read more

I come here very often being I stay at the hotel across the street, and I'm a wingstop fan. First off, the first half of the year, this place sucked. The wings were so small they couldn't help but fry them to a crisp. But all that changed when they switched wings. So you can pretty much ignore all the small wing reviews now. The wing are bigger and better. As for service, it's good about 85% of the time. A lot of the girls that work the front are very friendly, but you do get the occasional moody one. And the fries are amazing!! Unless they forget the seasoning. But that's an easy fix, just check them before you leave. read more

I frequent Wing Stop with my friends quite often late after our young adults service at church lets out. We are usually a decent sized group, never drunk, and never extraordinarily loud. The wings are usually pretty good, even if it does take a long time. Unfortunately, my friends and I have been told, multiple times, by the same disgruntled employee to be quiet and the last time I checked, Wing Stop isn't a library and she (DESIREE) isn't a librarian. This has made our experience at Wing Stop way less enjoyable; not that it was way awesome to begin with, but gracious employees could make it better. If anyone I know and love would ask me my honest opinion about Wing Stop, I would tell them to order to go and if you must dine in, don't come with friends who just want to chat and laugh and catch up. Because Desiree will probably tell you to be quiet at least twice. The wings are good but the service is not great at all. read more
