I called this afternoon to order ahead so I didn't have to wait in the lobby. Immediately I was put on hold and left on hold for 5 minutes before I decided try again and call back. The girl working cashier this afternoon, Aubrielle, then put me on hold again for 15 more minutes. I proceeded to wait on the phone until I was already at the Wingstop location. Once I got inside and finally placed my order, I noticed a few other calls come through (2-3) and she then placed them on hold as well. Wingstop rules. I am fairly new to Wingstop but have already been many times and every single thing I get is not only good, but great. I have tried multiple sauces and dry rubs on boneless wings and have loved them all. The chicken sandwiches are meaty and juicy and the flavor options give you way more variety in tastes than you're going to find from other chicken sandwiches. I am also very happy with the fries and cheese fries. The portions are big which I love and the prices are fair. If there is any downside it's that wait times are long if you walk-in, but I typically order ahead on the website and have had no problem picking up my order. Online ordering is easy to use and customization options are clearly laid out. To be honest the employees inside the store aren't always the most polite, e.g. you will walk in the door and they will just look at you instead of greeting you. I don't really care about that because all I want is for the the food to taste good but that matters to some people. The customer service is abysmal here. I called to place an order and was put on hold for 7 minutes. My friend called on his phone while I was still waiting on hold and they offered to take his order immediately. So, I went to the location and place the order directly. 10 piece boneless combo with fries and veggie sticks plus a drink, no dip. I was not given a receipt, not even offered one. When the order came up I made it to my car before realizing the fries were not in the bag. I went back in the restaurant and told them the fries weren't in the bag. They had to reprint my receipt, which did not show fries on my order. Then, they proceeded to charge me $2.16 for an order of fries. I paid it then realized I had been overcharged. When I ordered originally I was told the veggie sticks were in exchange for the dip I elected not to receive and the fries were supposed to come with the meal. Worst case scenario I should have paid $.89 for veggie sticks but was instead required to pay for the fries. I told them I overpaid, explained how and the attitude the woman gave me made me so angry that I didn't want to wait for $1 or $2 refund. I will never visit this location again. I'm not saying the customer is always right, but between overcharging, stalling on the phone and then treating me like garbage to my face by not owning up to their mistake, this business is definitely past it's prime. I love wing stop so I have a large room for error perspective. Our order is always two 6 piece combos to go and it usually take 15-20 minutes ... Not awesome but reasonable. We did get dry wings once but usually they're great. The service has been kinda funky though. The first time I called they had my order on record with my phone #, like most wing stops, it was fast and easy. Next time the guy says that's not a thing and I had to repeat my order 5 times before he got it. He was super unprofessional. The following time the girl sounded really unprofessional and again, it was really difficult to order. When we picked our order she was confused. The experience ended with "something is wrong. I may have accidentally charged you twice but don't worry if I did just come back with the receipt and we will take care of it no biggie." A few times we've called after that we just keep getting people who are not very bright. Higher your standards, hiring manager! read more

There is no way that the person who cooked the wings could have possibly looked at them and thought they were alright, and yet they served them to me anyway. When I got home and we tried to eat them, the chicken was so over-cooked it was literally hard. More than one of the wings didn't even have meat on it! I took a pic of one to show and also took some out of the package and took a pic of some random ones in the bottom to show you... I will warn you, it's not pretty. I come here very often being I stay at the hotel across the street, and I'm a wingstop fan. First off, the first half of the year, this place sucked. The wings were so small they couldn't help but fry them to a crisp. But all that changed when they switched wings. So you can pretty much ignore all the small wing reviews now. The wing are bigger and better. As for service, it's good about 85% of the time. A lot of the girls that work the front are very friendly, but you do get the occasional moody one. And the fries are amazing!! Unless they forget the seasoning. But that's an easy fix, just check them before you leave. read more

I frequent Wing Stop with my friends quite often late after our young adults service at church lets out. We are usually a decent sized group, never drunk, and never extraordinarily loud. The wings are usually pretty good, even if it does take a long time. Unfortunately, my friends and I have been told, multiple times, by the same disgruntled employee to be quiet and the last time I checked, Wing Stop isn't a library and she (DESIREE) isn't a librarian. This has made our experience at Wing Stop way less enjoyable; not that it was way awesome to begin with, but gracious employees could make it better. If anyone I know and love would ask me my honest opinion about Wing Stop, I would tell them to order to go and if you must dine in, don't come with friends who just want to chat and laugh and catch up.
