Went in around 10pm last night. They weren't too busy, maybe 3 other people waiting for food. We ordered and after about 45 minutes went to check on our food and it turns out they never got the order in the kitchen and didn't know we were waiting! It took probably 30 minutes after that to actually get the food. The only thing going for them was that the French fries were fresh and very delicious. The manager did offer us a store credit for it taking so long, so I guess if I ever have an hour to wait for wings I will go back. read more

Bf and I eat here about twice a month. We almost always get take out, and only once have they messed up an order. Even then they just forgot an extra sauce. I'm not saying the service has been excellent every single time, but it's always decent more often than not. We haven't had any issues at all in the last 6 months. We have never been disappointed with the food - the seasoning on the fries is awesome and the original hot wings are phenomenal. Seriously we are obsessed. read more

I'm staying at a local hotel so I decided to walk and stop in to order food. The gentleman taking my order asked me for my phone number. "I'm a walk in" I told him. He said "I can't take your order unless you give me a good phone number". I asked him if my money was good enough for me to order and he told me that I would need to give them a good phone number in order to buy food. Or explain myself to his manager. Excuse me! This is a ridiculous policy. I will never spend money to buy fast food if I have to provide my phone number for THEIR brnefit. They should rename this place CheckPoint Charlie. I wonder if this is a corporate policy. Do not order food here unless you have a valid phone number they can log into their system. read more

Call in order per usual, Im a usual so I'm used to this form, (reason for the 1 rating. plus it's not far from the house, now I'm not the most easy Going when it comes to customer service, However I conduct myself in Manner that serves the company at its best. Time was off, Order was wrong, I'm not the pickiest when it comes to time because i understand the food industry, but over 45 min for the wait to had been said "18 minutes" of course i round it up to a even 25 for common sense purposes, not to add when I asked for my order, the cashier somehow caught a sense of humor about how i chose Wingstop, and there were plenty of other choices of course after having to wait for her to finish, i asked for a return & i was told my order was all of a sudden ready.. hmmm ok. We ordered our wings (40 mild, 1/2 bone in, 1/2 boneless; small garlic parmesan boneless, medium mild boneless) and arrived at the specified time. We took our food, they had already bagged it, and drove home. When we opened it, we had 40 bone in mild, and they had made the garlic parmesan a medium and the mild a small. We called and they said we had to drive the 20 minutes back, bring the food uneaten in order to get the order fixed. Very disappointed with the customer service and the fact that the whole order was messed up, not to mention having to wait longer to eat because we had to bring it uneaten. read more

We ordered 20 bone in wings with 3 different sauces. The sauces were ok but the the wings were terrible. The meat was so dry they had to have been cooked earlier and then refried to order. We waited 15 minutes at the store for our stale and desiccated wings, even though we placed our order online. I've seen happier and more energetic workers at the DMV! read more

Customer service is great I was late picking up my order and expressed my concern with it being cold even though it was the end of the night they remade me order and let me keep the old one as well great place to eat late night since tulsa seems to shut down at after 10pm read more

We eat here at least twice a week. We use the app which is amazing. Our order is always right and always ready when I arrive. The only thing is I wish we had rewards for using the app. Everyone is always so nice. Plus their ranch & fries are the best!! read more

I have been here several times and the wings are pretty good. Im not a fan of their fries but they have other sides. After you order you get your wings promptly in 9 minutes which is nice. If you're hungry and its late don't fret, they are open until midnight! read more

The food is really good and it is always fairly clean, but I have had weird service here a couple times now. They take a really long time to get the food ready, which I don't mind if it is fresh. The weird part is that more than once by the same employee, my group and I have been asked to be quieter and keep it down. The tv is much louder than we are and I really do not feel that we were being rambunctious or affecting any of the other patrons. Just an odd experience. I feel like I just got in trouble in an elementary school class and as a semi frequent patron, I really do not appreciate it. Especially as it seems to be a personal problem with one employee. I will say that she asked politely, but it does not excuse the strangeness of the experience. read more

Wingstop is so fire. I promise pull up here st 11:00 pm after a few shots or a blunt or whatever you want and your life will be changed all the way. The mango habenero wings have changed my life all the way, they're so sweet but they still have a hotness to them. Wing game on point! Had to wait a while but my fault for not calling in my order! Worth the wait

My boyfriend & I ordered our food at around 5:15 pm yesterday on the wingstop app. The app said the order would be ready at *roughly* 5:39 pm. This is a fast food restaurant, I know we shouldn't expect much. But a 2 hour wait?! They took forever to finally give us our not-so-complicated order an hour in, only for it to be wrong which resulted in another hour long wait. When we got home, we opened the bag to another wrong order. And get this- the food was cold. But this is not the end of my complaint either; your wings were SOMEHOW, after all that time, undercooked & gave us both stomach issues. But even the wait for our food exceeded the time my boyfriend spent in the bathroom. Also, they put as little ranch as they could get away with in there & honestly if I could give this location no stars or even broken hearts & empty/upset stomachs, it would only be fair. Wingstop generally is an amazing restaurant but this wingstop compared to others is like a dodge neon in a drag race, it's just sad. -10/10 & would only recommend to those who associate pain with pleasure & thrive of disappointment in order to feel anything at all. read more

they are what they say they are, wings and they have several great flavors and the French fries also have a really good seasoning to them. not the best wings in town but if you like wings they are worth a try. read more
