Visited this location @ 9:24 on Sunday evening (05-06-2018) in the mood for some "fried chicken"; however they didn't have enough for the meal I ordered therefore they offered me grilled chicken instead. Normally I wouldn't be that offended by this; however, to not have "fried chicken" which is the basis of your business is astounding to me and to not even attempt to make some or even pretend to care. 3.5 star? I am not sure how to rate a fast food chain. My experience here was not as bad or "dramatic" as some other yelpers'. I just went in, placed my order, got my food, and left. The employee who helped me out was okay. She was not too rude but not particularly friendly either. I do remember it has a narrow drive way. I do not think you can get around to get into the parking lot to eat in if there is a line for the drive thru. I agree with my fellow yelper that fast food nowadays is not so cheap anymore. The best experiences I've ever had at KFCs have been here. Last time I had a very excited woman tell me a whole bunch of stories from the drive through. Excited and engaged staff helped provide me with information for a large order and are very knowledgeable about their offerings. Donny and Austin helped us this last time. They were smiling and excited with a bright hello and I left ecstatic about the couple minutes I spent here. I have a long moving day ahead and the friendly faces took some stress away. Now that the Totem Lake and Woodinville locations have closed, this is the last nearby KFC. I used a coupon for eight pieces of dark and white extra-crispy chicken for $8.99, and added a small pop for a couple of dollars more. If that were the normal price, not $15.99, I'd come here every week. Unless I had a serious craving, I also wouldn't shell out $6.49 for what SHOULD be a $5 fill-up, according to the KFC website. I understand that the flood of affluent hipsters, skyrocketing rents, wage hikes and other asinine new regulations have forced prices up. That still doesn't explain why Chick-Fil-A is kicking your ass, KFC. And, yes, I do think that the introduction of Georgia Gold, Nashville Hot and Smoky Mountain BBQ flavors is a good start. Yet I'd still much rather have the more varied menu and better value from a Popeye's at the same location. The service was fast and personable. Worst Customer Service Experience and pathetic follow up. Ordered a $20 fill up plus additional foods totaling $34, drive through experience seemed polite and accommodating. Had to wait an inordinate amount of time to get the food, we are talking 8-10 mins at the pick up window. Ok, at least its fresh. We get the bag, I asked if everything including the extras were in there, they responded with 'yes' have a great day. Fast forward 10 mins when I got home and I assessed the food. We had swapped out the coleslaw for Mac'n'Cheese, that wasn't there, and $11 of extra food was also not there. I immediately called the store, no answer. It looks like they just forgot a bag. I had my wife call today while I was at work and during the first call the worker was agitated and hung up! My wife called back and the same person answered and was just rude and disrespectful, trying to blame the issue on us etc... We were not asking for a replacement, simply a refund for the food that was not given to us. Instead, we dealt with an imbecile who's manners were akin to rock. Paints the business in a very poor light and also brings into question their work ethic and hygiene practices. But there was nothing in my name at the pick up area and the guy at the front was "incredibly" rube, along with his facial expression s like I owe him a million. Okay. The drive thru is narrow and twisty and generally sucks. The employees aren't exactly pleasant. This location runs out of items pretty regularly. But dude. It's a KFC. But today after they already made me pay and already made me wait a few minutes they then decide to tell me that they didn't have enough popcorn chicken for my order and asked me to pull to the side and wait 2 minutes. After waiting more like 10minutes they give me my food. But my popcorn chicken was half empty and cold as if they never made more popcorn chicken? I don't know what I was waiting for because they definitely didnt make a fresh batch like they said they would. If you're not going to make a new batch and give me the full amount why make me wait in the first place? Just refund me and let me go. I've started going to the Factoria restaurant when I have a hankering for breaded disappointment, because these guys are going downhill. I don't understand how these guys can have award plaques all over their walls. I mean, the folks working here are decent people, and the food isn't tainted or anything, but it just isn't up to my fast-food standards. Their parking lot looks like it was hit by a bomb, their eating area is always littered with wrappers and stray potato wedges, and the folks at the counter aren't particularly friendly. I'm thinking KFC is only still in business because it's the only fast-food chain restaurant that serves fried chicken around here. We were in the mood for chicken, so we ordered an 8-piece dinner for immediate pick up. It was ready when we got there and still hot when we got home. I came in on the Fourth of July around lunch time and they were short in staff. The customers were ordering but the cashier would say they could not do certain things they asked. The staff ran about super stressed out. Then a lot more people came in and the cashier had to stop taking orders to help in the back. Drive through didn't seem to be working well, so a customer had to get out of the car and walk inside to get the food. Some customers had their orders wrong and they had to come back. Well I was disappointed with both KFC and Grubhub beyond belief. On Tuesday the 12th of January I did a repeat of an order I had previously made. 8 piece fill up Original recipe. I ordered at 1:50 PM. I know that businesses have been overwhelmed. I did give them time. But when my order didn't get here by 3:50 PM, I called Grubhub. They apologized and asked if I wanted a refund. I said "No" I was still starving. They said for the trouble they would give me a discount on my next order. I thanked them and hung up. I tried to again track my order. After 45 minutes with no movement and the website saying I had no order l called back and asked if my order was still coming. She said that it was still on the way and that she was going to process for me anyway. The food actually did arrive a few minutes later. It was cold and it had breasts in it. I ordered thighs and drums. I waited a week before posting this. I have not received the full refund that I was promised nor when I was about to order again, against my better judgment, was my discount available. Very disappointed. I was trying to be fair. Last time I went there it took 30 minutes to get my order- several people were served while I was waiting. Went up to the counter and the worker had just forgotten my order. He shuffled around to get it ready, it was a pretty big order. Brought it home and it was sub-par. I watched how they prepare the honey chicken wings- they take a bottle of sauce and dabble it on the plastic container of wings. Pretty straight forward and consistent. The cashier had to do all of the work both in the front and in the kitchen which was confusing but I think they may be low on staffing. Ughh! I went here tonight and it was....interesting. I've been craving some fried chicken, and decided to "eat in" so that my food wouldn't get cold (this one is 20 mins. from my house). Well, while we were waiting in line, these big drunk guys came in and made a scene! They ordered, decided their wings were dry and then demanded their money back. They were yelling, and fighting with the employees and acting ridiculous. I was seriously scared and wanted to leave. As for our food...it was ok...the chicken strips were dry, but only on the edges. Then I paid and sat at the window for a long time waiting for my order. They must be trying to get it correct, aren't they? He finally hands me a bag, repeats the order again. It must be correct, right? I should have looked. Got home and discovered the thigh and drumstick basket is at least the correct chicken (the Georgia Gold is pretty tasty). But the tenders are Nashville Hot - too spicy for her! And *no* Cole slaw (what?!!). A least we got biscuits (no butter or honey) and pies. [By the way, the apple pies at KFC are a shadow of their former glory. I guess I will have to remember to not order them again.] This isn't the first time we've been disappointed at this location. I tried Redmond KFC drive-thru four weeks ago and had a bad experience with wrong and missing items, so I filled out the survey at the bottom of the receipt. I received a nice email apology and gift card for a free meal. I decided to give the same KFC another chance this week. I used the drive-thru and placed my order and she repeated it back to me to make sure she had it correct - good start. I pulled around to the window to pay, and I wore my face mask for safety. I was politely greeted and asked for payment by a young man, where I presented my gift card. That's when I looked through the window and saw two out of the four staff preparing the meals not wearing face masks - to be accurate they were wearing masks, but only around the base of their neck and no where even close to their mouth and nose. I asked the young man at the window if they were required to wear masks and he just shrugged his shoulders. I watched the unmasked staff prepared MY order and handed it to the young man at the window and he handed it to me and said "Thank you" and closed the window and walked away. I had to call him back to the window to ask him for my drink, which he had prepared but forgot to give to me. I pulled away from the window so the next customer could get their order. I pulled into a parking spot, looked over my order and found that they didn't give me a spoon/spork for my coleslaw and not one single napkin. They also forgot the cookie with my meal. The chicken tenders did not have the crispy coating on them, like the picture shows, more like just a basic breaded coating and were soggy, not crispy - and there were no dipping sauces. Yuck! I was still disgusted by the fact that unmasked staff prepared and breathed all over my meal so I just tossed the whole thing in the trash - better to save my life then eat a sad meal and risk dying. After a whole year of this pandemic I would think KFC would know how to follow state health and safety laws - but apparently not. Avoid KFC! read more

I'm pretty sure this is a "Corporate Store" It appears to have a new-er menu, with more "affordable" options. It's still pricey for your traditional chicken plates. They now try to offer you chicken sandwiches and a drink with plain/gross potato wedges for around $6 The food is about average, and if you eat here, it will probably cool off before you finish (it seems like there's some sort of air vent over every table) I'm not impressed, will only go when I have a coupon (My previous review was meant for another KFC) read more

A very irritating KFC experience. 1) Their drive thru is horrendously designed. Huge pain to get around that tight squeeze, and drive thru cars block cars entering the parking lot that want to eat in. 2) I'm irritated by the trend of fast food restaurants where as soon as you pull up, a pre-recorded greeting starts, and then a "real" person chimes in after you start ordering. However, usually those greetings are done well. This place's greeting was obnoxiously loud, way too long, and spoken by someone with an accent so thick and slurred I could barely understand it. 3) Service at said drive thru was very slow, and not particularly friendly.
