Inside, the restaurant had a very tight setup and felt a bit neglected when it came to upkeep. The restrooms required a code and were pretty filthy. We've been here twice in some years. But yhis last time was worst. First, drive-thru is complicated. First turn might be a problem. I can see some scratches on the wall and paint from other cars. I have been to KFC several times through the years and figured it was time to write a review after eating their for lunch. I ordered a box meal. It came with three pieces of chicken, wedges, corn, and a biscuit. As a start, the payment did not work well. I started with Costco Visa and despite my best efforts and the counter person we could not get it to work (he said that is typical). Fortunately another car worked fine. The menu is kind of confusing--I remember just loving those big buckets. They have a few different coatings, but I just ordered the original. The chicken is still tasty and the original coating is very good. The chicken seems to be kind of small, but I guess it is what you can expect for the price. I ordered the white meat--which I definitely think is the better option (although I suppose that is a matter of taste). I also like the wedges--nice change from the fries in many fast food places. This KFC forces people to gather together during COVID-19 pandemic. Firstly, their so-claimed free delivery is a joke. Even with eliminated delivery fee, one still likely has to pay 35% extra fee (before tax) to have food delivered. So pick-up seems to be a reasonable option. Unlike many other restaurants (McDonald's, IHOP, etc), KFC doesn't offer drive-through or curbside pickup for online orders. They force you to come inside to pickup, where multiple people are all waiting and impossible to practice social distancing. Furthermore, they do not start preparing the order until you arrive at the counter, even that's 10 minutes after the promised ready time. Bottom-line: they force customers all gathering together at the small indoor pickup area while they could obviously avoid this easily. read more

Oh my goodness, I can't believe I just paid for this. The boy on the drive-thru intercom was rude and impatient and very sarcastic. When I got to the window he was on his phone and couldn't be bothered to look up for a couple minutes. I got my ever so tiny $9 Meal which isn't even worth half... The chicken and coleslaw were good and exactly how we remembered them. The staff at this location though? Well that was another thing altogether. The young man at the counter who took my order was friendly and professional but the woman in the back was so antagonistic and cantankerous that I felt extremely uncomfortable just listening to how she spoke to the other workers. At one point the counter person needed her to unlock the till. She took her time coming out, scowling the entire time.
