Worst worst worst location ever. Avoid this place. The staff here are a bunch of lazy teenagers trying to get a quick buck. The last 10 times I've gone and asked for a mango freeze they always say they don't have any. On my last visit 2/10/23 at around 8:35 The girl that was working the drive thru seemed beyond depressed and looked as if someone had taken away her teddy bear. No hello or thank you or anything. This KFC is great! The Taco Bell is great! It's all great! I've only ever eaten inside it once, so I can only speak for the cleanliness of that visit. It was a little rough. Other than that, they are usually pretty quick with their service. The food is always well cooked, hot and ready to go. Although I cant say anything about the employees, I do want to complain about the chicken. I went on March 28, 2022 at around 12:15 pm and I ordered a 2 piece checken meal. As I sat down to eat it, I opened the box and realised how small my two piece chicken was. I did not have much time, so I ate the 2 piece chicken meal but I was still hungry. I did mention to an employee that if their chickens where on a diet. This was the first time that I realised how super small the pieces were and I let them know. This location offers both KFC and Taco Bell. Only issue really is the long wait in line for food. I think it was 15 minutes in drive thru to get our food. The sodas check before you go bc our tasted flat. Seems like the Carbonation system was done and needs to be filled. The food always taste good and fresh not sitting in there. They did hook it up with extra chicken tenders. Guess since it was late so they can get rid of product before they close. The long wait is what kills me and the drinks besides that good food. read more

This place drives me insane they never listen and can never get an order straight. I don't know what is wrong with people not paying attention to "special orders" but get with the program people! The cashier lady is either an air head or just simply in another world that is hard to describe. Not once have I ever received a completely correct order, and I've been here many times. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment to keep going back. As others have stated, the food isn't bad, but the drive-thru takes forever and the orders are never right. NEVER! I've never eaten inside but I have ordered from inside. It's dingy and dirty. I have made several complaints about my orders getting messed up and have been offered discount coupons, but I don't think I'll be going back to this store. I'll go to KFC on Kendall and Taco Bell on Sunset from now on. Never encountered these problems at those locations. read more

Stay as far away from this place as possible... went by today, they didn't have the tortilla to make the crunch wrap or the raspberry iced tea... ok... I ordered the chicken little $5 box, the famous bowl $5 box, a small Mac n cheese, a nachos and cheese and a cheesy Gordita crunch. I opened the nachos and cheese first and was shocked to find that the tiny container was not even half way full, I obviously didn't have enough cheese for my nachos despite trying the make it last by not dipping a lot... then I go to have a sip from my fruit punch and not only was it really watered down, but the top was defective and I got soaked because it all came out from the top and sides... I finally make it home and when my husband goes to eat his chicken littles, they have no pickles, I was never asked if I wanted pickles or not and they come with them!! When I open up my famous bowl there was maybe 6 tiny pieces of chicken, no where near enough to go with the amount of mashed potatoes in the bowl, I've never received such a small quantity of chicken and I eat this all the time. So we keep eating and I forget to tell my husband about the defective lids and now he's been showered with his coke!! I reach for the bag, not a single napkin!! Today i went to purchase what I was less to believe would be a fast food restaurant with fresh quality food and customer service. I unfortunately purchased two pop corn chicken meals and only asked for two biscuits. Once the young lady at the window who took my order and confirmed it with me, then took my debit card and proceeded to swipe it, afterwards she hands me my card back and tells me that they don't have enough fries to go with both orders. She then told me what they do have available (coleslaw, macaroni, mashed potatoes) which options weren't anything I came to order or even like to eat on my own. I am very upset I had to settle for a measly made meal where the one order of fries available to be made weren't even fresh or hot. I had already paid and didn't call the employee out in the meal because she seemed very distracted listening to music with her AirPods and literally lying to me about what they had available to order and only told me the truth after she made sure she swiped my card. I wanted no argument to ensue or further disrespect and I left to her slamming the window very fast after she saw me receive my food. The only thing I found fairly decent, was the biscuits but guess what they also couldn't provide? Honey. They didn't have any honey or sauces to provide for this bad food and customer service. I know that I am rating a fast food restaurant but as far as fast food standards go this 2 in 1 sucks go to another one if you are craving taco bell/KFC. First off the wait is ALWAYS horrible shouldn't even be considered fast food when it takes 45 minutes through a drive-thru. Your order will always come out wrong. They dont give you napkins, plastic fork, straws, etc. The inside is just as bad. The employes are always screaming at each other and complaining how the others are so lazy, Maybe that's why the service is so slow. Mind you all this arguing while they are taking care of customers. I ordered 2 meals. A K5 and a K7. I paid, got the food, and left quickly (not what usually happens as the line is usually back up 20 min). Once I got home, it all made sense as to why. My chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting in that kitchen for hours. My mashed potatoes weren't hot and the gravy literally didn't move. It was in an almost solid form. My biscuit was rock hard when I bit into it. Safe to say both the meals ordered went straight to the trash. Then they tell me that they are closed for the KFC portion of the Resturant. I was ordering 2 mins before the proposed closing time. Literally horrible went and ordered a couple spicy chicken sandwiches that are made with chicken breast very good sandwhich. I go today 03/23/2021at 10 pm to order the sandwhich when I get home it was a frickin chicken tender curled up instead of a chick breast. And fricken chicken tender. Me being the Jew I am went back to get my $7 and explain. The lady tells me they decided to do that instead of telling people that they ran out of the correct chicken. Now you might think I'm crazy but that chicken breast is filling. Not like one sorry chicken tender filling. Don't you think that's like defrauding basically robbing me.
