I returned to this store after leaving because of these horrible customer service issues he had experienced in the past and it is not surprising they did this as they are hugely rude and obviously incompetent, especially ownership and management in executing a simple order three blocks away. We have been ordering pickup & delivery from this location since it opened years ago. Up until today we've always had exceptional service. I would give them 5 stars, but... Today, the 1st lady who handled the phone hung up on me 3 times & could not find my address (both my number & address are registered at the location)! She kept telling me I was out if the delivery area-I live less than a mile away. I asked to speak to someone else. Finally, a 2nd lady took over and located our address...but even though I REPEATEDLY ordered extra thin crust in both Spanish & English AND she repeated it back to me...the pizza was regular crust when delivered. When I called them about it, I got the 1st lady again who couldn't find the order-even with the order number! I asked if the owners were there (wonderful people), but she said they were not. She was rude and unapologetic & kept me on the line as she (again) tried to figure out the system & kept yelling for help. After 5 minutes of this, I finally hung up; I will visit in person tomorrow to formally complain-but only if the owners are present. I recommend that if the owners are absent, they should leave capable, professional people in charge who know the system. UODATE: An hour later they delivered a correct pizza; the delivery man was personable, polite, and apologetic. I will still share this with the owner the poor attitude on the part of the ladies handling phone orders. read more

They do have a rather impressive menu and like most pizza places you can modify what you need/want. I called and spoke with Jorge, the manager and he was very helpful, gave me information to be able to get a discount on my big order. Even called to add sauces the day before and they included them without any problem. I recently moved to the west Kendall/tamiami area so I have been exploring the dining options and found some jewels and I think I am going to add Marcos Pizza to my list. Although my review is based on a takeout order, I can only hope that dining inside will be a pleasant experience. I was in the mood for subs so I called to place an order, I had glanced at their menu online me and saw a few of them that my family and I would definitely enjoy, the person that answered the phone was very helpful and honest when I asked him how big their subs were as I didn't expect the answer he gave me but appreciated as any other person would have pushed for the foot long. He told me that because they pack their subs with a lot of stuff, he, himself fills up with a 6 inch. But I ordered the foot long just because I know my family. He advised me that these will be ready between 25-30 minutes. When I walked in to the restaurant, is a casual atmosphere, a few tables if you want to eat in and the counter to place or pick up the order. They seemed to have a lot of employees in the kitchen,maybe because it was their busy night but they were quick to acknowledge why everyone was there. My subs were ready. A suggestion I would make is to level the subs as I had to open each one at home to see which is which. The subs were nicely wrapped with a $4.00 off your online order of $20.00. After figuring out which one is which, It was time for the test. The subs were big and delicious. And the person that took my phone order was right, I definitely would have been full with a 6 inch but it's ok, we all saved the other half to enjoy today. Marcos pizza is a pizza chain that is growing in Miami. I'm a pretty big pizza lover and his pizza is not bad. It can be a little Greasy but that is because of the pepperoni. This is more of another option better than Little Caesars. They have 4 different crust topping options: Roma Crust (which in my opinion is the best), plain, Parmesan, and ranch. These options definitely give it some additional flavor. The staff is always friendly and the customer service is top notch. They have always taken care of me if there are any issues with the order. They also have a customer appreciation card that will give you your 8th pizza free (medium 2 topping). There is a special going on for 2 mediums 2 toppings for $6.99 each which is pretty responsible. You can order online and prepay before you go to the store. They also have delivery. It's a good option to change up your normal pizza places. I like to order it every couple of months. read more
