I ordered the "tacos de birria con su juego," which includes three birria tacos, rice and beans,…read morepico de gallo, and guacamole for $15.  Right off the bat, I was pleasantly pleased because three birria tacos are mainly priced at +$20 without including any sides, so it was nice to feel like you're getting your money's worth.  Inside the tacos, there was beef, onions, cilantro, and surprisingly no cheese, which was refreshing because most places have been stuffing their birria tacos with an absurd amount of cheese to compensate for the little amount of meat they offer. Seriously, who wants a taco that's just a ball of greasy cheese?  These tacos had an excellent amount of good-quality meat. The broth tasted notably different from any other I've had, but not in a bad way. If I had to describe the taste in one word, it would be "authentic," which can be a good or bad thing based on your preference. I also liked how nothing was overly oily or greasy. As for the sides, they tasted well but nothing crazy. They didn't leave a huge impression, but I did enjoy how I was able to alternate between them or even add some of it inside the tacos. I hope more Birria places begin to add sides because $20 for three tacos alone is unreasonable. You need around six tacos to truly satisfy your hunger.  Overall, I'm excited to go back to satisfy my birria cravings and to check out the rest of their menu.  If you're interested in more of my reviews my instagram is @miamifoodreviews_

I have his number so I called just to make sure and low and behold it was true. My tummy began to rumble with excitement. We couldn't decide what to eat for dinner so once we knew he was definitely open we drove over there and ordered like we were starving. We ordered 2 fried conch platters and 2 conch salads. Yeah, I get greedy, not about that sharing life when it comes to conch, LOL. Let me tell you how the fried conch is huge and not overly battered, nor greasy every bite was an orgasmic experience I tell you and the conch salad, every spoonful had so much conch. I was in pure bliss. Every bite was more than satisfying. Both dishes were seasoned perfectly, and had an abundance of conch. This is definitely a perfect spot for my quick conch fix. Kev also let's you pick what you want in your conch salad to. I love the way he makes it but if you prefer more of a certain vegetable or less, or more lemon more seasoning no onions or no vegetables at all he has no problem making it just your style. He's always smiling and in a good mood to. Just a cool small conch truck that's truly satisfying. You have to hit him up. I took a picture with his number showing just in case. But I'm telling you if you live conch like I do you will not be disappointed.
