I can't believe I haven't written a review for this marvelous food truck. Especially that the employees already know what my order will be. The name definitely fits. Everything I have had the pleasure of eating here has taken my taste buds on an adventure of flavor. By far my favorite dish are the steak baleadas. The steak is seasoned to perfection, and as all of their food it is fresh cooked to order. I am not much of a sweets person but their fried Oreos always hit the spot.

The food was delicious! They have a very diverse menu with lots of food options for everyone. Food was served within 10 minutes and there was plenty of seating.

I have to say it's really nice that they have Honduran, Mexican, Dominican and a few more other food options here but i do have to say the food needs more flavoring... i got birria tacos because i wanted something light.. the birria sauce wasn't super flavorful and the meat wasn't super flavorful either...

Some of the best Birra tacos I've had so far. I make it a staple to come by this place once a week.

This is like El Palacio de Jugós, but better because you can eat with AC. There are also some outdoor tables, if you prefer. I have visited twice this week. On my first visit, I ate the small completa with pork, white rice, red beans and yucca. Everything was packaged well and there was a bigger completa if you are more hungry. My friend had the pizza, but there was a 30 minute wait and well worth it. There is nothing like a Cuban pizza. On my second visit, I tried the frita which comes with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. What?! I changed that to just cheese and onions with papita Julianna. Well, they come with potato sticks, but it worked. The frita was very flavorful. Not the kind I'm used to, but I didn't find anything wrong with it. It was great! I had to get a guarapo (sugar cane drink) and that was delicious! The place has a special for the day and lots of sandwiches, shakes and foods to try. I asked if they have a cantina option and was told to look for it in their website. Overall, this place is a gem. I loved everything about it including the music in the parking lot. I plan to return as much as I can.

They ran out of the Saturday special but they honored it anyways with the price. The veggies were not hot which made them not taste great. But the Vaca Frita and rice were well seasoned, warm, and authentic tasting. It was a great meal and kept me full though dinner. A solid spot whenever you're in the area for Cuban food. We sat on the patio since we had our dog and the ambiance is chill. Very causal and relaxed. You order at the counter. No issues parking as they have a private lot.

The restaurant food quality has gone to a 10! Portions are ridiculous huge! I ordered their Arroz Imperial and let me tell you there is enough for a family on this plate! Due to social distancing, I was sending friends and family Thanksgiving dinner via UberEats. I have an uncle who lives in the delivery area of this restaurant so I selected them. I used the (future delivery) option when I started putting together the orders over the weekend. Today I called this restaurant to confirm the delivery and give them my uncle's phone so they could notify him when they were close. The waitress who picked up the phone seemed dismissive, and not five minutes from hanging up I get a message from UberEats that the order had been cancelled. It left a really bad and unprofessional taste in my mouth.

On the outside it's a little unassuming even though the plaza itself is nice, but the decor inside was elegant. Our server was really friendly. Unfortunately, she di forget to bring into our appetizer. But we even forgot until after we were eating dinner so we didn't say anything (and it turns out it wasn't on the check either). We went at around 8:30 pm on a Friday night and there were only a few other tables, it they're open until 3am so we assume it is more of a late night spot. We both thought the food was incredible though. I had salmon (which was cooked to perfection) and cilantro rice. I ordered vegetables (zucchini, tomatoes, and broccolini) which were also surprisingly tasty. My husband had the mofongo. It was just different from the typical Puerto Rican mofongo in that didn't come with sauce other than some garlic sauce, but the taste was still great. He also liked the chicken that came with it. We will def be returning here in the future!

The place was pretty empty on a Thursday afternoon like 2pm. I ordered the chicken lomo and lentil soup and wow. The waiter was also really welcoming. Inside the ambiance was nice, I am sure it would be a lively dinner spot too. The menu has a variety of Latin choices and it was hard for me to decide. I'll be back! I knocked off one star because for it not being so busy the service was a tad slow but his attitude was so great and I wasn't in a rush I didn't mind too much.
