Compared to my past KFC experiences I was happy here. The man working the drive thru was friendly, happy and quick. The food was hot.

We seldom eat fast food, never chicken, but this was July 4th and everything was closed at 9 except KFC and Mickey D. We chose KFC. BAD DECISION! The order for 2-2 piece boxes with slaw upgrade ran us $20. Not too bad if only the chicken hadn't been cut from some Pygmy line of dwarf chickens. Smallest wings and breast I had ever seen. Add that it was way over fried, dry and tasteless. We had ordered them with breast meat but one was a back or something undistinguishable. All bones and batter. It certainly wasn't a breast. Moving on the biscuit was hard as a rock, the masked potatoes, well...tasted powdered which I'm sure they were. The only good thing in the box was the slaw. This location is super slooooooow! 1 person taking orders and preparing orders at the same time. There were 4 people ahead of me and the girl at the register JENNIFER decided it's time to go home. Waited a few minutes for someone else to come to the register. That's real dedication! Then she squeezes through the customers without saying excuse me. I find this place has good grilled chicken. I mean the other chicken is good but the grilled chicken is my favorite. All I can say is this place makes me laugh too. I remember going here with my Fiance and wanting to get some grilled chicken(she likes it too I swear) and we get to the box order our food get to the window and the person tells us sorry I forgot we ran out of Chicken . We looked at each other laughed thinking it was a joke and it wasnt it was real. They really ran out of chicken. So that said its good if they have Chicken bad if they dont. ZERO STARS!!! Worst service In the whole universe!!! Workers are the worst!! Please Fire every last one of these Rude mf's!! After waiting for 20 minutes ( no choice - stuck between two other vehicles in the drive thru) and being completely ignored while waiting at the drive thru to order, a voice finally speaks through the speaker non-apologetic for the inconvenience (crazy long wait) or even cared for that matter. but instead spoke with crazy attitude after i repeated my order 5x i blew up!! uNfriggn Real!! Customer service is NON-Existent in this establishment and apparently the workers here also Do Not understand English!! Smh!! I couldn't contain my anger!! Drove up to window & my Tita-Moke came all the way out!! Went to the drive thru and ordered a popcorn chicken nugget meal. First off, $8.58 for chicken nuggets seems pretty expensive, so I assumed it must be good. Asked if I could change the potato wedges for mashed potatoes and the cashier said yes. I wanted to order 4 individual drumsticks, but the cashier said it was $2.50 a piece, which is crazy expensive. When I got my meal and drove off, I noticed that they didn't replace my potato wedges with mashed potatoes, like I asked. And since I don't eat wedges, basically I was eating a $8 popcorn chicken with a drink. Also, they didn't even give me one napkin! Is napkins too expensive for KFC to spare?? The nuggets were also a little burnt and tasted like it was sitting under a hot lamp all day and my Coke was filled more with ice than soda. It seems like, for the price I paid, I got ripped off!! I agree with some of these other reviews. The Kaneohe KFC is terrible. They left items out of my order and I had to drive all the way back to this store. They are so slow and they just take their time. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service and service. This is the last time I will come to this KFC. They messed up our order twice but we gave them 3 stars because they are trying to make it right and offered us another meal.

I went to the Windward City KFC today and ordered one of their $8 Fill Ups. Their sign states that it comes with a Medium Drink, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Biscuit, and Cookie. When I received my order the Mashed Potatoes and Biscuit were missing. The cashier said that it is not included. When I pointed out it was on the sign, she said she did not know. I asked her show me where it is not included. She said she did not know. After moments of silence she said she would get the manager. When the manager, Charlene, came out she reiterated the same as did I. She said I would have to call the main office to inquire. I asked for the phone number. The manager looked at the sign, which clearly states what is included, and told me "I think you are right". I told her from a customer service and managerial standpoint she should have just given the two sides to me and contacted her main office herself. By not doing so, this review is the result. I called the main office and left a message, but have not received a return call. Poor false advertising. In addition, I initially went to have Chicken and Waffles, but waffles are not available at this location and they said they are not sure when it will be available. read more

So I've had a few bad experiences here! A few months ago my 6 year old son had to use the restroom, there isn't one in Ross so we walked over to KFC and asked for the key for the restroom. The cashier asked if we bought something and I said no, and she told me that only paying customers are allowed to use the restroom. How funny, any other day, I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!! I could not believe that I was treated that way because I didn't buy something that day. Denny's and McDonald's are always willing to share their restrooms...AND McDonald's restroom is MUCH cleaner than KFC anyways... well fast forward to yesterday, I needed to pick up a quick dinner and decided to break my wallet at KFC. I ordered the $28 Meal Deal and paid $6 extra for an order of hot wings. I driver ALLLLLLLL the way home to Kahalu'u only to realize I am missing my hot wings... really? I called and called and called and caaaaaalled, FINALLY someone picked up. I told her that they forgot my chicken and expressed my frustration because I have a hungry family at home. She asked me for my "order number" which i could not find on the receipt... and she gave me an ATTITUDE the entire time.... FYI it's "ticket" number. So when I got there, she was like eyeing me out through the window. The young girl who came to the window was nice....but i cannot believe they made me pay $1.50 for an extra order of biscuits. Yes, they did give me a double order my of chicken but for $1.50 biscuits and my $5 gas i wasted to go there for their screw up was kind of irritating. Next time, i will walk into Foodland to get their chicken, they never screw up, are cheaper and they don't give me attitude. read more

Several times we have been here (every time they manage to screw up our order) n granted we are not a fan of the KFC on da islands (no Mac n cheese). However when we went there yesterday we had the explain our order over to the female in drive thru about 10 times. Seriously lady, what part of: one loaded potato bowl combo with a mug and a famous bowl....Do you not understand? N to think people in your line of work, ie fast food, want a min wage of $15 an hour. KFC in Kaneohe is the worst place to go! Jane the manger is so rude, unprofessional, no etiquette, and no customer service! Couple of my friends were there first and they have ordered their food. Jane was the one who took the order and said, What's your order? No, can I help you or may I take your order. When it was our turn, she had help one customer at the drive thru. We waited n waited at the counter. She didn't even acknowledge us! She walk to the back and to the front without any word to us. So, we ask for the bathroom code to use the bathroom. She said, are you eating here?!!!with the attitude. I said yes. I came out from the bathroom and my friend was still at the counter, BTW bathroom was very dirty! Toilet tissue all over the floor and toilet is very dirty. Splattered of deceased and all! she still didn't say anything! After good 10 minutes, my friend left the counter! He said, she didn't even say anything and, and no food ordered yet. I was upset! I toldJane, what kind of service do you have here. You are not trained to work her! No customer service! You didn't even acknowledge us! You didn't even say, I'll be with you shortly! You were not helping anybody at this time. I ask for your name which you kind of hide your name tag. I told you I will make a complaint and you said, go ahead! You said, you didn't care! A manager like this should not be in this industry!!She should retire or look for a janitorial job or someplace she doesn't interact with people! read more

Well for starters, I pull in the parking lot right after another car, but that car just stops so I'm half way in the parking lot and the street. The guy starts backing up into me, so I back up and I find out he wanted to back in to a spot, which I was fine with, but it would have been easier for him to just pull in. So once he pulls into his spot he rolls down his window and starts cursing at me out of no where? you could tell this person was clearly a druggy. But whatever I let it go, go through the drive thru which is what I planned on doing, so I hope he didn't think I wanted his spot. the lady on the speaker ask to take my order, I tell her I have two separate order and she says that's fine go ahead with your first order, I tell her. I didn't know KFC here didn't sell mac and cheese, weird? she tried to make me feel as if I was dumb. then I tell her my 2nd order and she starts reading it back and says a bunch of food I never even mentioned? then ended up ringing up my first order and 2nd order all together, so then we had to start all over! idk if it was poor hearing between the speaker and her but she sounded very illiterate on other incidences through it all. But anyway go to the window and the person who was cursing at me had his GF or whatever she was with him leaning over the counter screaming then comes out to the drive thru in front of my vehicle and starts cursing and flicking off my friend. idk if its just the area that's bad/ trashy but it was a unpleasant visit. also the parking lot is very small I couldn't even go around the guy in the beginning. I seriously hope people learn to stay off the drugs here, it doesn't make you look good. read more

Horrible customer service!! I ordered my food through drive through and the lady who took our order was very rude. She dropped my change on the ground and tells me that I need to pick it up. When I asked for extra napkins she rolled her eyes. There was never "thank you for coming" of any kind. I know it was late around 10:30p but come on. really? I would NEVER go back there again since that was not the first time I was irritated by their customer service. read more

My husband and I went to this KFC for lunch. We are from Kentucky so we know our KFC. The totally empty dining room should have been our clue to turn around and go somewhere else. I ordered a 2 piece meal with 2 thighs. My husband ordered a 3 piece meal. I didn't hear his exact order. He then went to the restroom and I waited for the order. The lady taking our order must just throw whatever she wants on the plate. My order consisted of a thigh, leg, biscuit, mashed potatoes and a cookie (?). Not one to complain I just took our order and headed for a table. My husband showed up, looked at the plate and said that's not what I ordered. He had ordered a breast and 2 legs. He had 2 thighs and a leg on his plate. He took his plate back to the counter and said my order isn't right, I ordered breast and 2 legs. The lady got pissed, grabbed the leg off his plate and threw it in the trash! My husband has no problem voicing his opinion. He said why did you do that! It was the only thing that was right! She argued with him. There was a gentleman behind the counter that could see that something was up and he tried to make it right by putting a breast on his plate. My husband said this is still not what I ordered! They actually turned their backs on him and waited for him to leave the counter! He was furious when he returned. I gave him the leg that I didn't order and he gave me the thigh that he didn't order. While we were eating a lady when up to order. You could hear her complaining loudly. This is not what I ordered!! The staff tried to argue with her too! While we were eating a woman came in and immediately started making a loud ruckus which was frightening. At first we thought it was a disgruntled drive thru customer. Nope, just a friend of one of the employees behind the counter messing with her! I went up to the self service drink counter for a refill. It was then that I noticed the cloud of fruit flies buzzing around. When I went to dump my trash and put up my tray, the second that I pushed the trash can flap open, the putrid smell of rotten food hit me. Do NOT stop at this KFC! The employees are rude and can't get an order correct and the place is filthy. They are an embarrassment to the KFC name. read more
