Ok, my house of 7 (multigen) eats here 2-3 times a month. Honestly, things are often missing or whatever, but we just pull off and go in and they fix it. I gotta say, our mobile orders are huge at any restaurant because we got a full house, and a few people like to complicate their orders so I never hold it against any restaurant when sh*t is little off. Anyway, we chose Jack's tonight, big order as usual, one was just my grilled chicken sammy, no bun, add bacon and Swiss style cheese. Holy shmokes. They made a beautiful lettuce wrap out of it, which I assumed they were just gonna put chicken and bacon in a wrapper...anyway I'm uploading a pic, friggen amazed. Delicious. Chicken wasn't rubbery, no weird hard parts. The rest of the order was on point except missing curly fries, but I just park and went in and they gave it to me no probs even though they were busy. Everything was fresh and good, except my mom needed to add shoyu to the fried rice, but for real why you even getting fried rice at Jacks is nuts. That is a hard no for me. Ok, but, overall this Jack's isn't terrible and typically the employees are so just...positively normal. Like people behaving normally..but also.. real-happy. I can totally tell the employees are getting along and get no negative vibes, which I really appreciate. Anyway, I think the Kaneohe Jack's might be upping their game, might be worth it to try. Remember, all the franchises out here are mostly individually owned or..ugh just so many variables but, things vary per location. Good luck. Oh, enjoy the pic of the lettuce wrap I attacked. SO ONO*** BTW for people who never eat fast food: nothing ever looks like the pictures for ANY fast food place, unless you in Japan, so just friggen eat it. read more

We have been running around all over the place and our last stop was in Kaneohe, and decided since we received in mid week a coupon sheet from Jack in the box might as well use it. The restaurant was empty and kept clean, we ordered the 2 meal set and the cashier asked if we wanted it in large or medium and said medium, so how the cashier said it wasn't accepting the coupon and called for help and after 4 other employees and manger over and told her, because it is not for a medium it is for a large order and everything worked out. The order came out and we started to eat and we noticed the French fries were on the cold side and not crispy, so my wife went up and asked if we could have hot French fries, which they agreed and apologized for the wait to get the hot fries. They all were nice and helpful, it was worth stopping at this Jack in the box in Kaneohe. The only problem was the restrooms had out of service signs and there was no hand sanitizer around and with burger and fries you need to use your hands. Hope they can fix the restroom and put in hand sanitizer with Covid on the rise it would be good for the workers as well as for the customers. read more

Approximately 1516 on SEPT. 19, 2026 at the Kaneohe location on William Henry Rd. WORST EXPERINCE EVER HAD IN MY ENTURE LIFE!!! If I had the option to put 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Manager and employees except for (2 girls that continued to work and try to help). If you can't understand English or speak it well you shouldn't be at the front taking orders and trying to comprehend a simple question "What is the difference for an Oreo shake added to a meal." Not to mention the "MANAGER" that I had to repeat the same question 3 times and still managed to not understand the question. I raised my voice to explain because it seemed like you couldn't hear now knowing it was a comprehension problem...can't help there that's a personal problem. But then to intentionally put a hole at the bottom of each of item we ordered then refuse service after we noticed something was wrong and act like the victim and after all that still managed to tell me "God Bless." IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ONE THAT YOU LOVE, because at the end of the day it's not that serious. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. This establishment CONSISTENTLY pisses me off. I don't come here often because of it. If they're not messing up my order the foods quality is a borderline health code violation. The workers are rude as hell! Today I tried to place a mobile order for carry out. I didn't have time to wait in a long DT line and when I get to the location at the designated time ALL THE DOORS ARE LOCKED!! I knocked and the worked points to the DT!! Waste my freaking time!!! read more

Been to this Jack many times, always thru the drive thru, as lines can get long , but they move most times in a reasonable time! I have never had a problem with their food, till today. Ordered online, with a specific pick up time, arrive on time food was ready packaged to go. Had to wait approximately 5 min, as 3 cars were ahead .Got home, fries were cold, from sitting in the bag to long, typical of fast food restaurants, the egg rolls were double cooked( a no,no in any business) & the taco's were just ok ( get what you pay for)! Pretty disgusting not being that busy time of the day. Quality control needs to be taken seriously! Past on Jack for a while! read more

Late night dinner in Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawaii... Knowing that there's a Free Jack-In-The-Box offer from T-Mobile this week, I reactivated the Jack-In-The-Box app on my phone, copied the code from the T-Mobile app, and pasted the code for the Free Jumbo Jack onto the Jack-In-The-Box app, then ordered and paid online. I tried to pickup in the restaurant, but it was closed at 8:15pm - maybe because they didn't have enough staff? That's why the drive-through line was long... uhg! Anyway, since I was there, I thought I should take advantage of the special: get 2 chicken sandwiches for $3. Yay for Cheap Eats! Thanks for the free Jumbo Jack, T-Mobile and Jack-In-The-Box! We were starving, but we wouldn't get those skimpy, blandish chicken sandwiches again... LOL! In comparison, the Jumbo Jack was more satisfying... but it would cost over $7 for one burger (with lettuce, ketchup, tomato, mustard, pickles, mayonnaise, and onions). read more

It's been year since I've had Jack in the box. I gave it a try for a quick brunch option and let me tell you.....never again!!! Please please don't waste your hard earned dollars here. I ordered buttery smashed jack burger and it was AWFUL! The meat smelt like wet dog food. Just thinking about it now still churns my stomach and my face cringes as I type. Ok so I had called and let them know there is no sauce for the egg roll which she was nice and let me know (even tho it was when I got to my destination when I called ) they have no sweet sour sauce for egg roll if I knew I wouldn't have ordered it .. whatever she said she put a butter milk in the bag (for my salad) I agreed seen dressing and I picked up the dressing and it's SOUTH WEST DRESSING I ASKED FOR BUTTERMILK.... No crew tons no tortilla crisp.. NO NAPKINS FOR THE EGG ROLLS OR ANYTHING. Yall lacking I will never go outta my way to this location ever again. This was an online order . I double checked I requested buttermilk ranch ... Disappoint what's the point of trying to eat this healthy salad with no dressing since I don't eat the southwest dressing So upset . read more

Ordered with their app for drive through. Sourdough Jack and large root beer. Sandwich was warm, not hot with not much flavor and the root beer drink was watery with no flavor so I drove through again and exchanged the drink and the second one (Diet Coke) was just as watery as the first one so something is wrong with their soda machine. I had already driven way so when I got home I called their phone number twice and no one answers. Just wanted to given them a heads up on their soda machine... read more

This place is a hit or miss with the drive-through line length and portion size. Sometimes the drive-through line is super busy and other times it flows fast. Sometimes you get a lot of fries, and sometimes you barely get any. I think it depends on the workers. Overall, this place isn't bad. It's a good way to get food late night when everywhere else is closed. I think their munchie meal is the best bang for your buck. I never had an issue with customer service. I just be very polite with them and they normally are polite back. I just wish they were more consistent with the portions of food. read more

I ordered about 6 meals, noticed we were missing one so we went back into the restaurant to let them know we were missing one. The manager (an older lady) who was working on 12/12/25 @ around 9pm, told us "no! I remember packing that order, you just want free food." And then in order to get the food I had already paid for she made me pay for again because that's the only way they would give it to us. Be careful doing mobile order here, they shut the restaurant at random times when they feel short staffed except i saw at least 3 employees inside. I wish there was a way for them to turn off mobile order when they decide to close at lunch time on weekends. It was closed at 1 pm lunch time on a Sunday. I placed a mobile order with no way to pick up my food. They will not come to the locked door either and stare at you and hand motion to go away. They don't even put up a sign that they're closed either. Wait until you get there and confirm they're open before placing mobile order for the online deals. I guess there isn't any way to turn off their mobile ordering when they decide to close at lunch time. read more

One of the employee named John called me "dumb" for not seeing that my order was ready after having a hard time ordering it through promo code wondering if the order went through or not on their App.. I was waiting for 15 minutes looking for the order # in my email to show him that I just ordered. My food was sitting on the rack, I thought they call out the order when its ready but he was just being rude with me because I couldn't figure the issue on the jack in the box App out. .I got defensive because you just dont call people dumb especially if you're the one working at Jack in the Box. Even the main manager got mad at me for telling them they cant just be calling people "dumb" lol go find a better job that you may enjoy instead of working at Jack in the box with the lack of customer service read more

Staff is friendly, food is good on some days, plaza parking, price is somewhat reliable, chill vibes.

Kaneohe JITB is in sketchy neighborhood, front door being replaced doesn't make to be a "inviting" welcome... Entrance and dining area was clean with a slight whiff of detergent noticed in the air, not a bad thing but had me wondering if some extra cleaning was necessary when viewed with the broken entrance door... Ordered a sausage croissant meal, the sausage croissant and hash browns were pretty decent though the sausage croissant was messily put together, but the thing that really got me was the coffee, all full of grounds! I mean how hard can it be to make a decent cup of coffee?? And it doesn't hit you until you reach the bottom of the cup so it's not the last impression you'd like to leave with. Unfortunately you're only as good as your last impression and this JITB left much to be desired which otherwise would have been a lot better. read more

Finally got to triy their Tiny Tacos. This is a mini version of the regular taco minus the lettuce. It comes with a container of guacamole lime dip. I prefer the tiny ones better. Arrived at the empty drive through, supposed to be open 24/7, when we arrived and tried to order, they basically told us they were out of everything or their machines were broken. No curly fries, no carbonated drinks, and no milkshakes? We waited to order for a while and they didn't bother to tell us what they were out of or what was broken until we started creating our order. Decided not to buy anything and just drive off but then to add on, when we were passing the drive through window, the girl working seemed to be laughing at losing customers. I hope they genuinely were out of things or their machines were broken otherwise this is just horrible service and poor work etiquette. This is coming from someone who used to manage and work at a customer service job relating to food as well. This place needs to learn how to order their food supply properly or make sure customers are aware of what they're lacking before they start ordering. If I could rate it less, I would. We only arrived around 11 pm btw, but for a business that's supposedly 24/7, it's a shame. read more

Went to this location for the first time in a while this morning and was completely underwhelmed. I put an order in their app and then drove to the restaurant expecting to pick up at their counter. Despite the signs saying the lobby opens at 6 am, none of the doors were open. The crew inside ignored my knocks and shaking of the doors. I finally decided to go through the drive thru to get my order. I asked the manager at the pickup window about the lobby and she stated they didn't have enough staff to open up inside. I asked her she didn't at least post a sign to that fact and she ignored me. I asked if she was in charge and she said yes. No apology was offered nor even a smile. Possibly the worst service ever by a fast food restaurant. At least the food was good, thus the two stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. read more

Didn't know what to eat for lunch and because it still close for dine in I guess we decided to eat here. Drove into the parking lot and I saw on their window tiny tacos I know its been here a while but my husband said he going try um and I said get me my chicken sandwich. He did order the tiny tacos but he said so look so little bit he ordered a order of curly fries. Well to our surprise the tiny tacos were good. I told my husband its like a regular taco minus the lettuce and hot sauce. He said its better than the regular tacos. Because he said the tiny tacos was crunchy not like the regular taco. I told him same thing. But he said not. Oh well. Now its time to try the sourdough patty melt before it goes away. read more

I use to like Kaneohe Jack in the Box but lately it has been terrible. Missed orders one time but decided to give them a second chance before writing a poor review. Went there tonight and ordered the club chicken sandwiches with a coupon. One would think when they offer coupons that they would take some pride in what they serve. These sandwiches were tasteless. Even the bacon has any taste to it and the buns were cheap and fell apart on us. Seemed stale. I will not buy any food from this fast food establishment again. No I don't recommend this Jack in the box if your expecting to walk in and order. While doing laundry next door. I took my 2 sons to get something to eat from Jack in the box not realizing that both dinning area entrances are closed even though there's signs stating dinning area is open. I get it they dont want folks to sit and eat but having the registers at the counter closed is ridiculous.
