    Mini Cheeseburger Sliders

Went there on a Sunday for lunch. No wait time. The service was good. Food came out fast. The sliders are good and the perfect meal. The loco moco is also a good choice, the gravy is tasty. The air conditioning must've not been working well because the restaurant had a few desk fans. It was a little warm.

Went around 2pm just after the lunch rush... Can't beat the salad bar... Love me some mac salad with my main course. They have one of my favorite appetizers from Canada called Poutine. In Hawaii, the Ruby Tuesday's did a good play on words with this dish. It's called the 'PUA TING!" Get it? Poutine: Pua Ting! Hahahaha! I love it... The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Great place to bring friends and chat with for a while.

This is one of my favorite places to eat at because they have the salad bar which is unlimited. This was the first place I met my boyfriend so this is my spot to eat with him. Brings back a lot of memories. Food is pretty good. I always get the salad bar here. The workers always makes sure the salad bar is restocked. It usually comes with a dish. The cheeseburger sliders are good. I usually get full by the time I hit two plates of the salad bar. Ambiance is cute and there's a bar to have drinks. You can also order food as well. I would definitely come back over and over.

Service is always great when dining in at this location. We were asked if we prefer a table or booth because we had our granddaughter with us, and offered a highchair; she was fine in the stroller so we didn't take it. The service was fast and our food was brought out nice and hot.. The BLT breakfast sandwich came with hash browns which were buttery and perfectly crispy. The sandwich was huge! The bread was slightly sweet, the bacon was crispy and the eggs were fluffy.. really delicious! My husband got eggs with fried rice and Portuguese Sausage, and said that everything was good, but the rice had a little too much shoyu for his liking.

This is my favorite place for Salad Bar unlimited. Service always pleasant. Atmosphere is great. Have a bar for the borrachitos and tables from two people up to parties of 6 and more!! Well, without making you wait any longer...,this is the healthy and delicious salad I made myself for "Valentines" dinner !!

Ruby Tuesday in Windward Mall Shopping Center Kaneohe. Smokehouse Burger: cheddar cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, barbecue sauce, and crispy onion rings. Ruby Tuesday's burgers are served with 100% USDA Choice beef on a toasted brioche bun with fresh lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles. $18.29 For a dollar more, the fries were replaced with loaded baked potatoes. The potatoes were small sizes so they gave two! And they were delish! Top Sirloin Combo: 8 oz top sirloin served with choice of two sides with half-rack of ribs $32.79. The two sides chosen were Ceasars salad and house salad. They both had pumpernickel shaped like croutons! That was different and good. The top sirloin, although requested medium rare, came out medium. We gave it a try. Delicious, tender, and flavorful! The half rack of ribs was meatier than expected and the mango bbq sauce was delicious! Well, it didn't have much mango taste but we love bbq sauce so it was all good. Both salads were fresh and crisp as well as it's toppings. Loco Moco: a local favorite, I had to try it here. One ground beef patty on a bed of white rice, then topped with two extra large over easy eggs and smothered with demi-glace! $18.29 So ono Ruby Tuesday said. And they were right! Gave those over easy eggs a nudge and they flowed down the half inch thick hamburger patty. We were here to celebrate a birthday! Two scoops vanilla ice cream with a choice of sauce, chocolate, strawberry or caramel chocolate. We chose the caramel chocolate sauce. When the sundae was brought, no singing or birthday candle but that's okay, my girl was shy. Our wait help would have sang but he wished my girl a happy birthday. The ice cream sundae was good! Very smooth, not too sweet and the slight drizzle of caramel chocolate was not over powering sweet either. Perfect combination. Our food was very good. Compliments to the chefs. The dishes were exactly to our tastes. We didn't have to wait long for our meals either. Our wait help John was polite, attentive and cordial. Always came with a smile, and answered our few questions patiently. Since Ruby Tuesday is in a mall, there is ample parking. Reservations are required for parties of ten and more. Our wait was 20 minutes. We waited just a little over 20 minutes. When a table was ready, they texted us. There are chairs to sit and wait just outside of the restaurant so very convenient.

Hubby and I came for lunch on a Sunday . It was around 11:30am, no wait time and we were quickly seated. We both chose the endless salad bar. My hubby got the add on with the soup. He said the tomato bisque was good, but a little sweet for his liking. The Portuguese soup was good, so he had 2 bowls of that. One suggestion I would make is to have a place to place the tongs for each item on the salad bar. The tongs have to get placed on the food, so there were some items I didn't take because the tongs were touching the food. Not sure how sanitary this is. Our server (I think her name is Allison) was very attentive.

Walked in on a Wednesday night around 6:15 without a reservation for a table for 4. We were able to get seated without having to wait. We ordered a classic sampler to share and we each got a burger. First thing that came out was the sampler, it came out hot, no complaints. Exactly what we expected, our waitress even offered us extra chips to finish off our dip. Our burgers came out shortly after, I got the smokehouse burger and it was a decent burger. Great place to grab a quick casual last minute dinner, with friends or family.

Sat at the bar and Mackenzie B took care of my order. Everything was flawless... the atmosphere, the food, the food prep and Mackenzie... and ya know, after saying that I am now realizing that it is tough to write anything else. R.T.: Don't change anything. Food order: Cheeseburger - sub beef patty for turkey patty. Oh and they burned the onions just enough, as requested. Tonic water with lime X2. Now back to work a 12 hr shift. Ugh!!

The portion on the chicken felt smaller than the last time I came here, but the service was prompt, and the food flavorful. The soup was wonderfully cheesy, and the mushrooms and chicken were soft and tasty. The bacon strips weren't my favorite as they were soft, but the mashed potato bits were nice and crunchy. I wish there was more cheese sauce on the chicken but it was still good, if not as big as I remembered.

The tasting room is small and cozy with a super chill, welcoming vibe. Parking can be a little tricky, but once you're inside, it's worth it. I tried a bunch of beers, and there's definitely something for everyone: - Equal Parts - super light NE IPA, easy to drink and really refreshing. - Nozzle Up - a lager with a lot of flavor, I really liked this one. - Cherry Berry Pie - so good! Not too sour, not too sweet, just right. - Waikane Fruit Snack - a smoothie sour. It looked a little weird at first, with some separation, but once mixed, it was way better. I'm not usually a smoothie sour fan, but this one surprised me; not gritty like others I've had. -Paradise - this one wasn't for me, just had kind of a strange taste. We placed our order online from about 15 minutes away. The app indicated our order would be ready in 20 minutes, so the timing seemed perfect. To avoid arriving too early, we even waited a few extra minutes before heading inside. When I entered through the parking lot entrance, there was no employee at the pickup area. Another customer was already waiting for his order. After a few minutes, an employee appeared, helped him, and quickly returned with his food. When it was my turn, I gave her the order name. She checked the computer, confirmed the order existed, and told me, "Okay, your order will be out shortly." Instead, I waited another 30 minutes with no communication, updates, apology, or explanation. My husband eventually came inside because he couldn't understand why I had been gone so long. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after us, sat down, and ordered food were already being served. We watched employees walk by repeatedly, but no one provided any information about our order. Finally, the same employee who originally helped me came out carrying two bags. One of them was ours. What I don't understand is: where was the manager during all of this? Why was nobody monitoring the pickup area? If management knows customers regularly enter through the parking lot entrance for takeout orders, why is there no dedicated person checking on them or at least acknowledging their presence? Unfortunately, the frustration didn't end there. After finally getting our food and heading home, we discovered the order wasn't even correct. We paid extra for flats only, but still received a few drumsticks. We also received the wrong sauce. The order allowed us to choose up to four sauce options, and the one flavor we were most excited about was the one we didn't get. Waiting more than 30 minutes past the promised pickup time would have been disappointing enough. Being completely ignored during that wait was worse. But after all of that, receiving an incorrect order felt like the final straw. Mistakes happen. Orders run behind. Most customers can understand that. What is much harder to understand is being completely ignored for over 30 minutes with zero communication and then receiving food that wasn't prepared as ordered. Had this been a one-time experience, I probably wouldn't be writing a review. But this is the second time we've been left standing around wondering if anyone even knew we were there. At this point, it feels less like an isolated incident and more like a recurring problem with how takeout orders are managed. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to do a better job with customer communication, order accuracy, and management oversight of the pickup area. We paid extra for specific items, waited far longer than promised, and still didn't receive what we ordered. That's simply not acceptable. Sadly, we'll be thinking twice before ordering from this location again. And frankly, I don't think they care.

Multiple screens make it so there is not a bad seat in the house. We also hoped to find a place with more of a "neighborhood/locals" energy to chill and relax our tired dogs (feet) in...and also, if it wasn't asking too much, hoped that it would have a fun vibe. (*Check those criteria off). "Icing on the cake", for us would be if the location had decent food. (Check that one off and put an exclamation point behind it--as the nachos we had were, "Fire".) As fate would have it, a lucky break was to be had as we walked in to the very-full bar. There, before us, were two stools at the bar (*the last remaining spots in the place) and they happened to be open. Side note: The bar has a speak-easy attached to it, and one day, we are gonna try it. Going there has been mentioned a few times when we have chatted with locals and tourists regarding memorable and unique things to do. Our servers were pleasant and accommodating despite the fact that the place was "choke widd plenty-kine cust-a'mah" (local pidgin for, full of customers). It's a hard balancing act to make patrons feel welcomed, but also not leave other thirsty tables waiting for too long. The two pretty blondes working that afternoon did a fantastic job at this. My seasonal sour beer hit all the right notes, and my wife seemed to enjoy her less exotic tap beer (Blue moon with an orange slice--served ice cold). There is a ton of beers to choose from here. Lighting in the Kailua Tavern is kinda darkish (not a problem, as I like me a dark bar sometimes). The locals were very-welcoming. One guy offered his table to us when he noticed our food had arrived and our plates were a bit pinned in. Also, anyone who happened to be sitting near us immediately engaged in friendly banter about the games. One guy of Tongan decent, who was probably 6'5" and had muscles piled-on to his massive frame came over and leaned in very close to ask, "Hey DEN, Bradah, YOU MIND FOR IF I GO DANCE WICH YOU DATE?" (*That didn't happen, I thought channeling a classic moment from the bar-scene in, Animal House, would be funny...but like the Toronto Blue Jays in the late innings of last night's game, "Swing and a miss". ) The Kailua Town Tavern was the opposite of a swing and a miss for us. It was fun and a good place to "chill"; the vibe was what we had hoped for; and of special note were the steak strips on the nachos, as they were superb.
