I gave it 2 stars just because the view was beautiful and the food was hot. Other than that, the workers have horrible attitudes and give dirty looks. Not sure why, but their attitudes can definitely improve and not stare at someone into blank space when they are kindly asked for more sauce. It seems that the location is pretty busy so I'm sure they have a nonstop shift, but still. Not worth the workers attitudes. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's in the world and that I have visited honestly. The workers are rude and dismissive. The location was dirty with no one paying attention to tables etc. It was a 40+ minute wait for food. Ontop of that the kiosk don't dispense receipts and you can't order with a cashier. Had to ask for a refund after a 50 minute wait. Manager wasn't happy about it either but had no issues having people wait that long for a 10 piece nugget meal. read more

Rude workers !! There is no one who is working at the registers. A worker told a couple that was in line waiting to order to go to the kiosk and order instead of allowing them to order at the counter. Another couple ordered on the kiosk and put their table number where they were sitting for them to bring them the food . This woman was parked in the middle of the drive-through exit, she was dressed inappropriately, and when asked to move, she was quite rude, even though she was the one in everyone else way. with her hazards on, so nobody could get past. The service is very slow. The employees never came out to deliver our food so we had to walk in to the chaos of the establishment, to collect the food ourselves. I placed an online drive up order and waited FORTY MINUTES. Finally, I went in to see if my order was ready, and there about 20 people waiting for their orders. There seemed to be quite a few people behind the scenes in the food prep area, but they looked very confused and inefficient. I'm sorry if you're understaffed and your store is circulating on social media as the "most beautiful McDonald's in the U.S.," but you have to do better. Train better, recruit better, pay better so you can get better people. Or at least put signs out and close your drive up ordering because in the 40 minutes I was waiting, I didn't see anyone at all come out to deliver any orders. read more

While the food taste good, getting there was a problem. Some of the workers are just downright rude. For no reason other than you're there and they don't want you to be. CHECK YOUR ORDER. We live very close by, so going here is a no brainer, but 9/10 times, our order is wrong. Ask for no mayo. Get it anyway. Ask for one burger patty instead of two. Get zero meat. Things are constantly left out and we always have to go back in or swing back around the drive thru to get it fixed. And they don't care. The fun- I enjoy going to McDonald's when we travel internationally or move somewhere new. The spam breakfast is really good! Comes with rice, soy sauce and eggs. Seasonally they have haupia pie and the McTeri- which is a super delicious teriyaki burger They close the lobby for seating at 7, which I find odd. You can still come in and order, but must sit outside....and while all the signs say the lobby is open late, they will very rudely tell you differently. Got to try McDonald's in Hawaii and see what they offer compared to the mainland, we ordered deluxe platter with spam, egg and Portuguese sausage. They claimed they couldn't do the half-and-half drink I originally wanted, so I didn't argue and simply asked for a Sprite instead. The two stars are for the view it has,, food was horrible. I never knew pancakes were supposed to be crunchy. Spam was a great thing to use as a frisbee. Have young grandchildren that love Happy meals and very close to their home, but the service from this location is the worse! Even when using the app to place orders, the wait time is ridiculous, the drive thru is minimum 20 minutes. And they still send you to wait in the parking lot. But the last straw was them NOT including the chicken McNuggets in the Happy meal!
