Food was fine, but main doors were locked with employees inside. When I attempted to open the door, the employee inside pointed at me and laughed while I was trying to get in the doors. 2/17/22 Our order: 2 chicken pot pies and a large side of coleslaw. We sit down at home to eat and the crust is great as it usually is however, the chicken is hard to find. I eat about 1/4 of the pie and there's hardly any chicken to be found. Very disappointed. It's got more carrots and gravy than anything else. Good thing the coleslaw and crust was good as usual otherwise they'd rate only one star not two. When my wife called to speak to the manager about the lack of chicken, the manager who's name is Jean replied that she puts a pound of chicken in each pie. REALLY?? She said they shred it up so fine you can't see it. REALLY??? IF that's the case why did we find a few pieces of shredded chicken in there? Did they miss "finely" shredding up those pieces? My wife replied that not only can you NOT see it you, can hardly taste it. We have long days where cooking isn't something we want to do, hence we go and get food that's cooked for us. We don't need lies, excuses, bad service and least of all sarcasm. Because of this pandemic the prices of food has been going up, okay we have to live with that and eat out less. However when we do go out to eat, quantity, quality and customer service can't and shouldn't be compromised. Right off the bat I had this bad feeling because there was on car in front of me and they took 10 minutes to makeup their mind and order, I watch thru my rear view mirror grew and grew and also saw a car drive thru the drive thru the wrong way. This has to be the worse service ever! The lady who took our order was very nice. The female manager on the other hand was very rude. The manager prepared our food, put it on the counter and said here's your order. I checked the bag and majority of our order was missing. I told her nicely after waiting 10 minutes for our order that we were missing several items. She looked at the receipt and said ok. It all started with the ordering process- the drive through mic was glitching and was unable to clearly hear the worker. I would put in my order, then wait to hear an acknowledgment, however none was given. Then, I had to repeat my order again and clarify that I was ordering a meal with a drink. We went to KFC at about 7pm on May17th for dinner, I don't like going thru the drive thru because they usually get our order wrong, but as we tried to open to doors, there was a sign on it saying that the restaurant was closed because the bathroom overflowed. Waited almost 10 minutes for them to take our order and once we finally got our food it was not worth the price we paid. Drive thru was quick. We ordered the Nashville chicken strips. These are mine and my husband's favorite. HOWEVER, for some reason this location only drizzled the sauce on the chicken strips. I have no clue how this location has such a low rating when we got exceptional customer service and our food was delicious and very well priced. Came here due to Denny's being backed up as usual and I'm super glad we did. Lei was amazing! She stopped cleaning and greeted us as soon as we walked in and excused herself so that she could wash her hands before helping us. As we were sitting down waiting, she walked our food over to our table even though she didn't have to. She then advised us that we could take a survey which would let us get free food, always a positive lol. She always had a smile on her face. I went in today with my husband and it was HORRIBLE! There were 3 workers and a manager. The manager was working the window AND taking the front line orders. The 3 in the back would not come and take orders they kept telling the manager "they dont know how!" They weren't even helping her make the food for the orders and mind you she had alot of drive thru customers yelling at her so she had to make and bag orders herself. Poor thing she was so frustrated that she ended up having one of the guys lock up the front door and close the dining area. And the guys she had lock the door thought it was so funny. All of them just kept laughing at her while she kept yelling and asking for help. I work in retail/sales for 10+ years and what I seen today was sooooo unacceptable. They all should be fired and that poor manager needs a raise or some sort of compensation for her stress and frustration today. That was too much. However, I'm not sure if it is the microphone equipment or if the cashiers are just hard of hearing, but we usually have to repeat our order several times and somehow they still end up getting it wrong.
