I've had way better KFC. The quality and looks of the original chicken is way over cooked and soggy-ish. The flavor is still there but the chicken just seemed and looked un-appetizing. I came in for lunch, expecting some good original KFC chicken...but the chicken seemed over oiled, over burnt, and been cooking for hourssss. I don't know, I am no food expert but I know how original chicken should look and taste like for KFC at least...(or has it been that long since I've had KFC...) Either way, the chicken is mediocre at best. But the biscuits were good, and the cole slaw and mashed potatoes still tasted the same from my childhood memories... its just the chicken.. Got the 20 dollar family meal (8 pieces, 2 mashed potatoes and cole slaw) The service however is great. Well greated the moment I stepped in, prompt and recieved my order really fast during lunch. The food is what it is. Nothing special there. KFC hasn't been the good old stuff in over 25 years... this review has nothing to do with the lackluster chicken. This particular location has the worst staff. I have gone 3 separate times and on each visit the person at the speaker/window is an idiot. Where do you find these people? Their communication skills are non existent. Instead of saying "sorry we don't have large cups" they just ignore your request and give you a medium. I used to go here when I was in 8th grade about 15 years ago. This place was the go to! Food was great, staff was upbeat and place was lively. Now a days the food is subpar the staff is hanging on by a thread and it's basically a desert inside. NO LIFE. Came here today to get the 5 pc tender meal and I have to say I'm very upset with what I got. 5 "tenders" which are probably a little bit bigger Than the nuggets from McDonald's and I didn't get a biscuit like the picture showed but I did get my side at least all for the whopping price of 9.78 MAN WHAT A THIEF KFC IS! Sad to say this but this kfc location needs to shut down or get revamped I suggest the first. In a world where the initiative is to eliminate single use plastics... and where deals are important cuz we are all poor KFC is doing a 0/10 job succeeding. $5 fill ups are now $6.49 and only multiple occasions I was not given the cookie. It's supposed to come with it, I am paying more than is reasonable for the meal to begin with... at least give me a f'in cookie. They did, however, give me 3 sporks. I needed 0 sporks. The service was slow and I was told to pull forward to wait for my one meal.I confirmed what she said, she didn't say to the side, or in a spot... so I was blocking the door, which seemed weird, but she said it. So not only did the guy behind me in line get his food right away he cussed me out for pulling forward and blocking a door he wasn't using. An email to KFC customer service provide fruitless. I waited patiently but a few were hanging out in the kitchen and had 5 people on break watching TV and sitting on the tables inside. An outpost of misery. Only come here if you're desperate. The staff is nice, but I can't speak for the shift leader - they did not open on time. There is no bathroom. They barely have a drink selection. They charged me 1.50 to put a spicy sauce on my strips. On the tax - they rounded up to the nearest 10 cents, unless the tax is higher than 9% here. Too much sun in the eating area. And to top it all off, there is a weird vibration in the restaurant. I prefer the vibration of my 13-year-old car. One good thing: the girl working the front counter changed my drink when I asked her too. As I said - the rank-and-file staff is nice. I wish they would be put in charge. read more

This food doesn't even deserve 1 star! I haven't been to KFC in a while but thought I try it out, and ordered the 12 pc honey bbq wings. When I got home I realized that the wings were cold, barely had sauce on them and honestly looked old. When I took my first bite I thought they tasted a bit off and as I continue I started to notice that they were disgusting. If this is the norm now they should be shut down as after eating a few wings I feel a bit sick. Not just the worst wings I've ever had but the worst chicken I've ever tasted. I'll say the staff is friendly, some of the kids from Glendale high BUT on many of time they won't honor the offers that are on TV or their own website which for a national chain is really shady. Also the chicken isn't the freshest under a heat lamp and in some cases when you bite into it it has cold spots. I don't recommend you go here for kfc if there are other options. Also parking and seating are terrible, I literally keep seeing cars almost get hit because the driveway and parking have little to no space between them, really is a hazard read more

They've messed up my order literally EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I have gone there. Despite me repeating back my order today 3 TIMES, they gave me mashed potatoes instead of potato wedges. Last time, I purchased and PAID for a dozen cookies only to go home and find they weren't in the bag. Make sure you double check your food before you drive away, I was dumb for giving them the benefit of the doubt this time. The food tastes like it's supposed to and it comes on time. Unfortunately I find the parking lot somewhat small but to others this may not be a problem. The inside of KFC itself at this location is rather compact, and with being six feet apart in order to halt the dissemination of the coronavirus, only two customers can remain within the building while the rest are required to stay on the side. Long wait...funny thing is that no one was in line. Eight = 1,2,3,4,5,6...what about 7 and 8?! They forgot to give us our full 8 piece meal. We had to drive back to pick them up and then enjoy our cold meal when we arrived home, UGHHHH! My husband called them to let them know that they got his order wrong and the worker implied that my husband was lying. My advice is to make sure your order is right before leaving a fast food chain like KFC. One star for the free small drink for waiting patiently. was the worst experience In My life. the chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. over the 3 meals I got only one was right. other two were both missing sides and has the wrong sides. seems like every time I go there they ever have enough of any item and have to wait for them to cook it and then is over or under cooked. I have to drive back to get the right sides and the sauces we have for and didn't get and when asked all they did was blame each other and acted like the didn't even care that My order was messed up not even a sorry. will never go back there again. one other thing they never have a full menu some stuff on the menu was X-out. really say since is the only one left in the area.
