The main issue seems to be speed over accuracy at the register. The team members take and read back the orders so fast that it's hard to catch mistakes on the spot. On our recent visits, a few customizations were missed (getting raw onions instead of grilled, or standard fries instead of Animal Style). Having to place a second order to get it corrected ends up wiping out the time saved by the fast counter line. I really appreciate In-N-Out's focus on genuine, person-to-person service instead of relying on mobile apps or delivery. However, since the human element is such a core part of the experience, slowing down just a fraction during the order read-back would make a world of difference. Alternatively, self-service kiosks could be a great addition to help visual orderers double-check their customizations before paying. We love this location and will keep coming back--next time I might just bring a written list to make it easier on everyone! Hoping the team can focus a bit more on pacing so the ordering experience matches the great quality of the food.

The buns were sturdy yet soft, substantial enough to hold up to the generous fillings yet somehow light. And oh my god the burger meat itself. Typically, burger meat is unseasoned and the main flavor you get is meat. But this burger, the meat itself was deliciously seasoned, almost like the meat you would get on a kebab. And the cheese, too, was not flabby and unremarkable but rather a thick, stretchy, flavorful melt that complemented the fresh toppings perfectly. Refreshing pickles and tomatoes, perfectly tender sautéed mushrooms, and plenty of the signature sauce. I will be back for this burger, and to try his other sandwiches. I do not mess around when it comes to burgers. This one is exceptional.

At this location, they never seem to bring food to the table like other McDonald's do, even when you're told to enter a table number. To make things worse, our food was cold. When I asked for it to be remade, they simply reheated the same food and gave us fresh fries instead of replacing the meal. While we were waiting, employees were making disrespectful comments right in front of customers, which was very unprofessional. A little respect and better customer service would have made a huge difference. This was disappointing from start to finish.

All that said, we were disappointed when we received our last order: 1. Packaging change (paper wrapped instead of cardboard box for the burgers) robbed the craveable edges of their crispness. Plus there was so much grease on the paper wraps it actually made it messier to eat than before. 2. The sauce has changed. The spice level increased (still not too spicy), but a side of sauce (which you pay more than a $1 for) is now sent in a premade branded packet. I have zero issues paying extra for a good sauce made fresh in-house, but instead of tasting like a fresh sauce made with mayo and spices, it now tastes of oil and spices and is not nearly as tasty. We noticed the difference on the burgers as well, so it seems like their sauce is all premade now and not nearly as good.

I live around the corner from this location. I go once per year hoping it would not be as awful as the previous visit. We were lazy and decided to check it out tonight. Man, were we surprised. We got the $10 6-piece share Original. The chicken pieces no longer resembled pigeon. They were good size,really hot and very juicy. Even the giant breast wasn't dry. The customer service was excellent. The employees were quick and friendly. I hope this location continues this improvement because people like me, who remember when KFC was good, will start to return. Thank you. read more

Been here several times and each experience has been a unsatisfying one. Place is never all that busy but for some reason it's takes forever for your food to be ready. The place is dirty and there are grease stains all over the floor along with the trash can resembling a volcano with all the trash flowing out of it. And sometimes if you walk in you have to wait even more just for someone to come to the cash register and take your order. Service is bad, place is not in a clean condition, and the wait time is wayyyy longer than it needs to be. read more

They gave me a hard time about my coupon even though the expiration date was a month away. They said they had never seen it before and called their manager to verify. Had not been to KFC in a long time, maybe more than 5 years. What the heck happened to the prices. 3 piece chickens strips with fries and coke comes out to $10. I used to pay $6 for the same meal. My family of four had lunch here and it cost me almost $60 dollars. I could of gone to sit down restaurant for that money. Way overpriced. read more

Now that all other KFCs in Glendale have closed, this place is taking advantage of the fact. They don't participate in any of the promotions that come out on TV and mess up our orders almost every time. We've given this place so many tries to see if something has changed, but it is to no avail. read more
