8 Piece Chicken for $10 TUESDAY ONLY
Edwin C.

This is only for Tuesday $10 chicken bucket Service is fast and friendly! Food taste just like when I was a little kid (and probably the portion size, LOL) But for 8 pieces of chicken ONLY: half crispy, half Original for $10 (Tuesday only) then I'm winning!!! And best part my wife has a smile on her face! WINNER WINNER...you finish the rest cuz you already said in your head...

Two of the Six wings left. I ate 1 and my son ate 3!

Heard they had honey bbq wings on the menu again! Haven't had them since I was in high school/college. Driving by and made a u-turn to give them a try. At the drive through they had a big sign saying spicy wings are back, no advertisement for honey bbq. I asked at the window and they said they had them! I ordered 6 wings for $9.78. Dang!!! The drive thru window moved quickly and the nice gentleman was waiting at the window holding my bag when I approached. That's a first! But a good first! The wings were disappointing. They didn't look the way they used to look years ago. They were so dark and there was SO much sauce on them. The sauce used to be a lighter color - more like Honey. This looked more like bbq. Anyway the chicken was hot with heat (which is good) and very spicy as well (not good). Makes me think they took the same spicy wings they were advertising and slathered them in some bbq sauce. LOTS of it. I haven't eaten at kfc in years and won't be going back. Just wanted to try the honey bbq wings for old time sake.

Two piece fried chicken from KFC

Today, we decided to pick up KFC, one of the oldest fried chicken franchise around, for lunch because i haven't eaten it in years. I remember it being so moist and delicious. We ordered a two-piece leg and thigh meal, that came with mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuit. The chicken was dry, and very small, the leg can fit in the palm of my small hand and the thigh not much bigger. In contrast, the box pictured, is their smallest box, and not much bigger than my IPhone.. The biscuit was cold, and pretty obvious because it was not fresh. It did not took, feel, or taste fresh, and it would break like a cookie if you snapped a piece off. The second was a chicken, corn and mashed potato bowl with gravy. There was plenty of corn and gravy, but it was kind of runny. You definitely needed a spoon because the mashed potatoes and gravy was too runny told up on the fork without being mixed with the corn. I ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick it up, of which was very convenient. It might be awhile before I try it again. @YelpSacramento

Wednesday night pot pie. Lots of chicken! Would recommend.

A relative dropped off dinner from here on a Wednesday around around 5pm. Fried chicken bucket: 5/5. Just as tasty as it was in college! Very juicy on the inside. Arrived hot and fresh. Mashed potatoes and gravy was amazing. I know they are probably fake because they are too perfect. Creamy as can be. Coleslaw has always been great. I like that it's more runny than some. And that the cabbage is very limp. Pot pie: 5/5. Mostly chicken with a few peas, a carrot piece, and some potatoes. The crust goes all the way around the pie (not just on the top). Inside sauce was thick and hearty. FYI, I was told pot pies are only available Wednesdays.

This review is specifically for the chicken pot pie. They are actually very good and almost like homemade. Lots of chicken chunks and vegetables. The pie crust was very buttery and flaky. For around $6 they actually satisfy your hunger and cravings. Service was fast by drive through.

12 pc hot wings

It's been years since I've eaten KFC and man have things changed. My sister and I drove thru last weekend and ordered 2 large mash & gravy, 2 large Mac & cheese, and 12 piece hot wings. The sides are the same, they taste just the same and the portion hasn't increased or decrease. But, the wings are much different! They seemed to be much more breaded and I actually preferred what they tasted like a few years better... I was also super bummed to see they replaced their famous potato wedges for Cajun style seasoned fries...coke on! They were the only fast food joint to have potato wedges. Why would you change that to compete with Popeyes!? *slap in the face* The food may not be the same but the gentleman at the window was very professional and kind. He was very nice when asking me to park for my order and he walked it out without hassle. It'll probably take a huge craving...or my husband to get his teeth extracted again for me to return...unless they bring back potato wedges!

It was super good I loved it! The food taste great but the drink taste bad I don't like it that much but other was good

I like KFC grilled chicken. The corn on the cob, though, is almost always overcooked and hard to eat.

There was a point in time where I would come here on a monthly basis during my college days…read more I recently went back after 10+ years and it still serves great chicken. The restaurant still looks the same and you can dine inside again. I'm glad they survived COVID. I recently called in an order so I wouldn't have to wait for my food when I got there. The server/girl who answered the phone was really nice and great. She got my order down quickly and efficiently. I ordered the combo plate with half fried chicken, longanisa, upgraded to garlic rice and got extra gravy. I also ordered a side of 6 piece pork lumpia as well. The food is as good as always. It is a lot of food so I got 2 meals out of it. It really hit the spot. My only complaint was the rice tasted old since the texture was like day old rice and really dry. There is plenty of parking in the plaza as well. I'll have to remember to come back here soon.

Lots of take away orders being picked up, but there are dining tables and chairs to eat in as well. Chicken came out hot and crispy, meat was a tad of the drier sauce, and is served a long with a side of gravy. Which offset the dryness pretty well. I'd definitely go back and could consider this spot for catering in the future as well.

Yum! We had a pleasant cucumber salad in place of kimchi this time. It was a refreshing mix of onions, scallions, and Korean red chili powder yet not spicy. It was great to balance the spicy tteokbokki! The delicious yet fiery tteokbokki had nice chewy rice cakes, flat fish cakes, and a couple of seaweed wrapped japchae bundles. The scallions, onions in hot pepper sauce, and melty mozzarella cheese were delightful Seating was nice and open and the simple wood tables and chairs were nice and felt homely too. It consisted of fried chicken, bulgogi fries, potstickers, pickled radish, and Korean street corn. The potstickers were fried well, tossed in sauce, and were very crispy. The chicken was fried to perfection and had the perfect combination of sweetness to spicy ratio. Bulgogi fries were my favorite was the fries complimented the very flavorful chopped up bulgogi with cheese and green onions. The Korean street corn topped with cheese and pickled radishes were delicious, however both dishes are very easy to make at home and in my opinion are not special. Service was good as the employees were friendly and attentive. There were not very many customers eating here for dinner on a weekday. I'm glad moist towelettes were provided because eating this type of fried chicken coated in sauce is very messy!

Mind you it's 8pm now and I'm starving. Once my order arrives, the bag is not secure. The way the sticker is placed on the bag by the merchant (Wingstop) they did not secure my order. But instead of taking responsibility, the manager (whoever was working on December 23 at approximately 7 PM), tells me that out of ALL of the to go orders that they have ever packaged, I am the ONLY ONE whose package was not secure. The ONLY ONE EVER is what he said. That should go to show you how unwilling they are to work with a customer who is not satisfied with their order. Now I have to wait, I have no idea how long, before I find out through Uber eats if my issue will be resolved. In the meantime, Wingstop got $40 of my hard earned money without making any attempt to assist me with this issue. I do not recommend patronizing this location, especially if you plan on using a food delivery service.

Given how slow it was, we were surprised by the long wait--about 30 minutes. Although we planned to dine in, our food was served in to-go containers, which was a little unexpected. Still, we stayed and ate there. We ordered the grilled chicken salad and the chicken and waffles. I got the salad without croutons, with vinaigrette and grilled chicken. It was simple, but refreshing and flavorful--perfect for a hot day. The waffles were extremely crunchy, which I liked. Just be prepared: they have that deep-fried flavor, almost like a waffle-flavored funnel cake. You can definitely taste the oil, but if you don't mind that, it's delicious! The chicken was flavorful as well. As for the downsides: the butter was solid and wouldn't melt, and the syrup was cold. Both are key to a good chicken and waffle combo and should definitely be improved. Other than that, we'd definitely go back!

Which we find hard to believe for two reasons. 1. We have had a fundraiser here before and know how it works. 2. There is no way that out of the all extra customers they got that day, not a single person said they were there for the fundraiser. Especially since I was there myself and specifically said fundraiser. When my partner brought this up to management, Jorge Uribe was very rude and uncooperative. He was unwilling to help find a resolution and insisted that it was our faults. I've attached his and his team's emails confirming our fundraiser and him mixing up the days. This isn't one of those "let's speak to the manager moments" because it's very clearly that management is unwilling to speak at all or own up to their mistake. Especially when he got us confused with a different club and didn't read the dates, signatures or email threads clearly indicating who we represented. He has made no apologies for his mistakes or rudeness. Update: Jorge has made an "apology" where completely blames my colleague for his mistake.
