The ONLY ONE EVER is what he said. That should go to show you how unwilling they are to work with a customer who is not satisfied with their order. Now I have to wait, I have no idea how long, before I find out through Uber eats if my issue will be resolved. In the meantime, Wingstop got $40 of my hard earned money without making any attempt to assist me with this issue. Which we find hard to believe for two reasons. 1. We have had a fundraiser here before and know how it works. 2. There is no way that out of the all extra customers they got that day, not a single person said they were there for the fundraiser. Especially since I was there myself and specifically said fundraiser. When my partner brought this up to management, Jorge Uribe was very rude and uncooperative. He was unwilling to help find a resolution and insisted that it was our faults. I've attached his and his team's emails confirming our fundraiser and him mixing up the days. This isn't one of those "let's speak to the manager moments" because it's very clearly that management is unwilling to speak at all or own up to their mistake. Especially when he got us confused with a different club and didn't read the dates, signatures or email threads clearly indicating who we represented. He has made no apologies for his mistakes or rudeness. Update: Jorge has made an "apology" where completely blames my colleague for his mistake.
