I came into this wingstop at around 3:30 today. I haven't been back here in the last two years because my previous experience was not so great. Today, I decided to give it a try again as it's my home Wingstop .The staff was very friendly and I hardly waited anytime at all. When I say the food was delicious, I mean it was amazing! My fries were super fresh and my wings were perfectly seasoned. All the workers deserve a well deserved day off because it was so much better than I was expecting. Thank you Wingstop read more

Awesome service. Place is well ventilated and wings always come out fresh and crunchy

Ordered carry out for a 20pc for $20 deal. The order was on time. Wings were nicely crispy and good seasoning on each flavor. I will say they gave barely any fries for a large fry . Louisiana Rub - 8/10 1st time trying. Love a dry rub and had some kick to it. Hot Lemon Pepper - 8/10 if you love hot and lemon pepper you'll def love this. Lemon Pepper - 10/10 amazing every time! read more

So I should have checked the reviews before I ordered from this location. I haven't eaten all day and it's raining so I decided to order some wings through Uber eats. Mind you it's 8pm now and I'm starving. Once my order arrives, the bag is not secure. The way the sticker is placed on the bag by the merchant (Wingstop) they did not secure my order. But instead of taking responsibility, the manager (whoever was working on December 23 at approximately 7 PM), tells me that out of ALL of the to go orders that they have ever packaged, I am the ONLY ONE whose package was not secure. The ONLY ONE EVER is what he said. That should go to show you how unwilling they are to work with a customer who is not satisfied with their order. Now I have to wait, I have no idea how long, before I find out through Uber eats if my issue will be resolved. In the meantime, Wingstop got $40 of my hard earned money without making any attempt to assist me with this issue. I do not recommend patronizing this location, especially if you plan on using a food delivery service. read more

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. They currently have a special - 20 wings for $20. I ordered 40 wings. I tried the hot honey, Louisiana rub, spicy Korean Q, Garlic Parmesan, and lemon pepper. Everything was good but I didn't really care for the Louisiana rub or the Parmesan. Staff was friendly and we got our first order of wings quickly. It took a little longer for the second order of 20 wings. We were the only ones eating in the restaurant. I would order here again. read more

Got the combo pack of wings here. Came with 3 flavors, I liked lemon pepper the best. The wings are very crispy and very flavorful. They are generously seasoned too. The voodoo fries were ok. A bit too soggy for my liking. Veggie sticks were clean and fresh. Overall it hit the spot though. Would definitely come back! read more

Most vile location I've ever seen, employees not following sanitary protocols, not acknowledging any of the customers and also not washing hands after cleaning supplies are being used - while going back to cook food. The food was overcooked and oily somehow, dry and it's a reminder to just never come back. Managers unwilling to help with the situation either so I'll be contacting the corporate team - just all around a terrible location and the food is even worse. read more

Ordered food for pickup between 430-5 pm, checked phone app at 435 and it said food was ready at 419 pm??? Drove there and picked it up, fries were cold. I asked for fresh fries, they were not happy but replaced them. She said the fries were hot. They were not, this is why I don't order food delivery, but even picking up myself...food was ready when they wanted it ready, which was 10 minutes before my requested time. read more

It's my favorite wingstop in Sacramento. I know all Wingstop have bad reviews it's a chain restaurant. Doesn't stop any of us. This is the most consistent wingstop. It's also a plus that chiptole, Jamba juice and sees candy, and many other restaurants and stores in the same plaza. I find here that it's the least amount of errors. read more

If you'd like to experience having bugs in your food, this is the place. We ordered 50 wings take out and my wife had a live bug (shown in the photo and video) inside/on her wing while she was eating the wing. The bug literally dropped on her plate when she took her first bite. And She is pregnant....anyways We then called this Wingstop and they asked us to bring the wings back. They also said they would contact their manager to see what they could do to make up for our inconvenience. However, when we took the wings to the Wingstop, they told us the best they could do was to give us a refund. Then the restaurant manager started to question us and indirectly accusing us of placing the bug in the food! She even asked me "what do you want". Most ridiculous part is offering us 15 wings complimentary It is unfortunate that this business does not care for their customers and reputation. I decide to file complaint and seek legal actions. If you want your food clean and with no bug, this place will disappoint you. And please do not offer 15 wings for free after you messed up the order and ruined an individual's night! read more

Came here on a Tuesday and asked about any Tuesday specials, the young inexperienced kid with a funny haircut said no, we don't. Then the coworker next to said yes we do then he turned around to her and started speaking in Spanish saying no we don't don't say anything. Pretty rude and lazy employee. Then the same guy said there's a 30 to 40 minute wait if you want to eat here trying to talk me out of eating there. I had my kids with me so I didn't want to be rude or make a scene so I just said OK thank you and walked out. The interior was very dirty chairs everywhere. The few tables that were there were not clean. I will never go here ever again. do yourself a favor and hire people that want to be there and make your business look good don't hire people who don't want to be there and are lazy read more

If I could give them 0 rating I would. They don't EVER check their customers orders. Don't even speak English right and have some ghetto music in the background. They for SURE dont know what well done mean. I asked for well done and the guy told me he cooked them for 17 mins. When I opened the box, they were softer than a plush mattress to touch. The wings also had white doughy looking stuff still on some of them. he asked would I like for him to put them back in. I said yes. But when he brought them back, some were still soft. Won't be back to the location. it's a 2.2 for a reason. I wish I would have checked the rating before I went read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time someone mentions they want wingstop i literally cringe. Today was no exception. As soon as we opened the front door, there was a puddle of someone's spilled drink. You must be blind to miss it, but I guess that's not important. We placed an order to go. Not only did it take hella long for us to get our order our fries were the oldest nastiest soggy mf fries you ever seen. Like honestly for $20 a meal please do better. The lobby is loud with the employees talking loudly calling names, not to mention the floors were sticky and dirty. Save your money, better yet go to McDonald's you will be happier there. read more

Not always consistent but wingstop is wingstop! We dined in Monday night and it wasn't too busy inside but they definitely had a good chunk of online orders being made. Service was great, friendly encounter with the cashier. The wings came out piping hot and perfectly crispy. The fries were great that night, wasn't too crispy or too soggy -- a nice in between. We sat inside and there are a few tables to sit at. There's also a window to look into a kitchen and you can watch them make the wings/sauces which is pretty cool! We tried out the new flavor that was a mixture of garlic and lemon pepper? It was soooo good especially since I'm a huge lemon pepper fan. The atomic was interesting, has a bit of a kick so I recommend it for those who enjoy trying out hot sauce-d wings. Wingstop ranch will always be some of the best ranch I've ever had. read more

Wasn't the best experience. The cashier wasn't the most helpful. 4 tables still had trash on them, so we couldn't find anywhere to sit. Our order of wings took 20 mins longer than what they estimated. I felt like wings and fries were overly salty. The employees don't look happy to be there. And I overheard the couple next to me say that their food was cold. read more

It's been a very long time since I've ordered from this Wingstop, typically because I'm closer to the Elk Grove florin location. However, I was shopping in the target center and decided to order online. I got the meal for 2: 6 chicken strips and a bunch of boneless wings with a side of fries. I feel like we were given more than what we ordered because the pieces were so big! The wings were all sauced generously and they were delicious. Fries were a bit cold and soggy. I wish they would put them in a similar container as the wings, so they stay warm. Restaurant was closed for dine in but they seemed to keep it very clean and organized. Seems like a huge improvement from the previous owner. read more

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a Wingstop. Walked in and waited nearly 30 minutes for a simple order of wings and fries. When I finally got it, the wings were lukewarm, soggy, and barely sauced. Fries were cold and undercooked. Staff seemed more focused on chatting than getting orders out. I've been to other Wingstop locations that were solid, but this Elk Grove spot needs serious improvement. Not coming back. read more

I ain't mad at these guys. They have been consistently good for a good while now. I enjoy getting wings here and used to not years ago.

I don't eat out much but sometimes I have to stop and get something to eat and chicken wings and fries are the best bet at Wingstop. The combo offers a soda with that and it really hits the spot. read more

Terrible experience. Our order was supposed to be ready between 6:05 - 6:10, but it wasn't done until 6:40. To make things worse, even though the order was under my husband's name and he came to pick it up with his ID, they still refused to give him the food. Instead, they insisted on seeing his credit card, which he left at home. They however accepted a photo of my credit card with my name on it, which made no sense and was completely unnecessary. The lack of organization and poor customer service made this experience extremely frustrating. To add salt to the wound, when my husband came home with the food, we were missing two orders of our large veggies. It wasn't worth our time and hassle to go back, but we won't be ordering from here again. read more

Showed up on time for my online order. Staff member Khereen greeted me and stated my order is not yet ready. Please be advised that, the staff member did not bother to communicate with her fellow staff on the food line and had only checked the "Ready Orders" only. I patiently waited approximately 35 minutes before approaching the staff again. Another staff helped me this time and had asked staff member Khereen if she helped me previously. She stated I dont remember. Other staff member mentioned that they can complete my order in 5 minutes. I declined stating i will not wait any longer. I would not want my food rushed to be made and have a chance to be disappointed again. I have had issues like this with this store in the past but have given this them chances. I came in on a Tuesday around 4:30pm The place was empty and thE tables were trashed. The tv was blasting so loud I could barley hear anything. There was 4 people waiting for their orders and the line was none. I waked upp to order and I immediately noticed that they were not in uniform. I placed my order then when I asked for my cup for my soda bc I ordered a combo they told me the machine was not operating... and they offered me a canned coke. I placed my order at 4:40 and I can see through the disgusting window looking the kitchen no one was moving. There was 4 employees standing around back there and the cashier in the front scolding a new employee about hiding in the bathroom aand not notifying her. Mind you there was people waiting and just me sitting waiting. 4:55 they're still standin around texting on their phones with no gloves and touching all the food. 5pm comes around and I'm like what the hell is going on.... In comes 3 more employees and they switch shifts I was pissed I wanted a refund at this point ... There was a guy also arguing that he's been waiting for an hour and I felt bad for him because he was there before me and the cashier which I assume is the owners wife was very rude to him and kept repeating her self that " it takes 17 minutes to cook your wings you haven't been here for an hour" and she wanted to prove her point so bad she checked his receipt. Then when she noticeed it was a long ass wait she then said there's more ordered that came in on the phone and online before him. He asked for a refund she wouldn't stop telling him that she can't do that and she was going to give him his food. Her husband stepped in and he was being very bully-ish and was getting loud tell the man that "I'm not going to refund you because you are telling me to!!" But after back n fourth he did it anyways...... wow I got my damn food at 5:25pm and I was confused the cups and the trays and the to go boxes were all generic no name. Seems like these franchise owners are being dirt cheap and not following the rulees of being a franchise owner. I really felt like I wasn't in a Wingstop AT ALL and more like a mom and pop shop. This place needs to get shut down as soon as possible it's not a good look and or someone else needs to come save it and the Wingstop name. read more

If I could give zero I would. Don't go here. The service is trash. The worker Maria will smirk in your face and be sarcastic. She will also touch fries with dirty bare hands before dumping into the fryer (literally witnessed with my own eyes) she tried to act like I was crazy when calling it out and then her coworkers ended up dumping the fries in the trash. I will never spend my money at this wingstop ever again. The manager refused to come inside to speak with me however kept calling the employees (as I'm sure they watched from the parking lot and or was possibly one of the workers) and eventually called the cops on me because I demanded to speak to a supervisor/ manager. Crazy work. I'll take this higher as it's one thing to be rude and have lousey customer service, but it's another thing to put the customers health at risk by not handling food with dirty unsanitized hands with no gloves.
