Mind you it's 8pm now and I'm starving. Once my order arrives, the bag is not secure. The way the sticker is placed on the bag by the merchant (Wingstop) they did not secure my order. But instead of taking responsibility, the manager (whoever was working on December 23 at approximately 7 PM), tells me that out of ALL of the to go orders that they have ever packaged, I am the ONLY ONE whose package was not secure. The ONLY ONE EVER is what he said. That should go to show you how unwilling they are to work with a customer who is not satisfied with their order. Now I have to wait, I have no idea how long, before I find out through Uber eats if my issue will be resolved. Terrible experience. Our order was supposed to be ready between 6:05 - 6:10, but it wasn't done until 6:40. To make things worse, even though the order was under my husband's name and he came to pick it up with his ID, they still refused to give him the food. Instead, they insisted on seeing his credit card, which he left at home. They however accepted a photo of my credit card with my name on it, which made no sense and was completely unnecessary.
