Ugh. I generally love Wing Stop and this location is closest to home. But do yourself a favor and drive to the one off Florin. I'm not exaggerating when I say EVERY SINGLE TIME we have ordered from this location our order has been jacked up. Either tossed in the wrong sauce, missing dips, unseasoned fries, or in tonight's case missing an entire order of wings. And equally annoying is that the service is just as jacked up as the food. Well, I am happy to report that I returned to this Wingstop, after a very long period of avoiding this place, and the food was pretty good and not super oily. Thankfully they didn't over-salt the food. I, reluctantly, went A.C. (after Covid-19) hit. I was promptly greeted with a young lady that had a big smile that I could see despite having a mask on. Yay (:. I did a pone order. They said the food would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived about 40 minutes post-phone order. I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes, which was fine. I was actually happy that I was able to easily change the sauce that I ordered over the phone. Payment was fast and easy. There were no places to sit and wait for the food (which is the new way of life). I decided to wait in my vehicle because of my back pain and I went back and forth to see if the food was ready. The worker was not able to give me a concrete time when the food would be ready... Maybe they could have messaged me... if I had the app? Or called me when it was ready? Only because they were a little late to having it ready... No biggie for me though. But if someone has mobility problems it might be nice if they had some type of notification system... If anyone knows if the app has an actual real-time notification system please let me know. Maybe they do have it? The parking lot: crazy. The parking lot is fine during certain parts of the day, but it is really too small for all those businesses. That's just a minor inconvenience. I found a close enough parking spot. When it gets dark I like to park closer to the entrance though. This, parking close to the door, might be difficult, but not impossible. The neighborhood: Great. Never had any problems. It's pretty safe. The wings were good, hot and perfectly cooked. I am so glad that I gave them another chance. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because of price. I know, I know, in/expensive are subjective. I just think their prices are a little high. Maybe I will check to see if they have deals or coupons. We thought it was only the lemon pepper wings but then we smelled all of them and they all had that chemical smell. Wingstop has gone down in quality 100%. This Wingstop should be CLOSED PERMANENTLY. I stopped by with my party of 7 on a Thursday night around 9pm and we ordered a whole bunch of wings! We went with the party pack which comes with 50 wings, french fries, veggie sticks, and 4 dipping sauces. It was great that we got to split how many of the bone-in and boneless we wanted. We went with 10 boneless garlic parmesan wings and 40 bone-in wings (10 garlic parmesan, 10 lemon pepper, 10 Cajun, and 10 BBQ). The wings were good, honestly. The fries were fine; I'm not a huge fan of the salt/sugar mix in them but it did the job of accompanying the wings. The total cost was about $70 which is great for 7 people. In addition, for such a large order, we were served pretty quickly - within 10 minutes or so. Wingstop is definitely not my go-to place for wings but this experience wasn't so bad! The cook handed me my order and never bothered to check it. Ordered well done garlic parmesan but looks like they went cheap with the parmesan cheese and the person told me the cheese melted. Hey New Management, You have a rude girl who works in the back. I have never ever had an issue with this wing stop up until today. I just picked up my order and I made the order off of DoorDash and a very sweet girl was trying to help me get my stuff and my drinks but somebody in the back was yelling at her to make sure I confirm my order as a Dasher Driver. I can only imagine how this restaurant treats actual dasher drivers because she was yelling at me and the cashier that was helping me, basically telling the cashier to tap my own phone to confirm I picked up the order for DoorDash. I explained to her multiple times the order was for me and I already showed the girl and confirmed my pickup. But she kept speaking over myself and the cashier, yelling "make sure she confirms her fcking order" and another male cashier was just laughing about it. So great job new management. Great job. Ordered food for delivery directly from Wingstop website. It was delivered to me through a third-party delivery service. The delivery driver handed me my food with the seal ripped open and the food went through. clearly tampered with. When I contacted Wingstop they told me I would have to contact DoorDash. When I contacted DoorDash they told me that they can't refund me because Wingstop has all my payment info. DoorDash was clearly willing to refund my money but they got no help from Wingstop. once the food leaves the store no one is responsibility and anyone can do whatever they want to your food. TIFU by not listening to my instincts. Just realized I've been giving the place "second chances" for years now. I always order online so there's no miscommunication, and arrive a little early to make sure I get the order while it's hot.
