Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. They currently have a special - 20 wings for $20. I ordered 40 wings. I tried the hot honey, Louisiana rub, spicy Korean Q, Garlic Parmesan, and lemon pepper. Everything was good but I didn't really care for the Louisiana rub or the Parmesan. Staff was friendly and we got our first order of wings quickly. It took a little longer for the second order of 20 wings. We were the only ones eating in the restaurant. I would order here again.

Got the combo pack of wings here. Came with 3 flavors, I liked lemon pepper the best. The wings are very crispy and very flavorful. They are generously seasoned too. The voodoo fries were ok. A bit too soggy for my liking. Veggie sticks were clean and fresh. Overall it hit the spot though. Would definitely come back!

If you'd like to experience having bugs in your food, this is the place. We ordered 50 wings take out and my wife had a live bug (shown in the photo and video) inside/on her wing while she was eating the wing. The bug literally dropped on her plate when she took her first bite. And She is pregnant....anyways We then called this Wingstop and they asked us to bring the wings back. They also said they would contact their manager to see what they could do to make up for our inconvenience. However, when we took the wings to the Wingstop, they told us the best they could do was to give us a refund. Then the restaurant manager started to question us and indirectly accusing us of placing the bug in the food! She even asked me "what do you want". Most ridiculous part is offering us 15 wings complimentary It is unfortunate that this business does not care for their customers and reputation. I decide to file complaint and seek legal actions. If you want your food clean and with no bug, this place will disappoint you. And please do not offer 15 wings for free after you messed up the order and ruined an individual's night!

If I could give them 0 rating I would. They don't EVER check their customers orders. Don't even speak English right and have some ghetto music in the background. Came back to return the wrong order and got my order and there were NOT even enough chicken that I ordered. This location with the quality people disgust me. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER.

It's my favorite wingstop in Sacramento. I know all Wingstop have bad reviews it's a chain restaurant. Doesn't stop any of us. This is the most consistent wingstop. It's also a plus that chiptole, Jamba juice and sees candy, and many other restaurants and stores in the same plaza. I find here that it's the least amount of errors.

Someone spilled a drink literally at the front door but I guess no one will clean it up

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time someone mentions they want wingstop i literally cringe. Today was no exception. As soon as we opened the front door, there was a puddle of someone's spilled drink. You must be blind to miss it, but I guess that's not important. We placed an order to go. Not only did it take hella long for us to get our order our fries were the oldest nastiest soggy mf fries you ever seen. Like honestly for $20 a meal please do better. The lobby is loud with the employees talking loudly calling names, not to mention the floors were sticky and dirty. Save your money, better yet go to McDonald's you will be happier there.

Not always consistent but wingstop is wingstop! We dined in Monday night and it wasn't too busy inside but they definitely had a good chunk of online orders being made. Service was great, friendly encounter with the cashier. The wings came out piping hot and perfectly crispy. The fries were great that night, wasn't too crispy or too soggy -- a nice in between. We sat inside and there are a few tables to sit at. There's also a window to look into a kitchen and you can watch them make the wings/sauces which is pretty cool! We tried out the new flavor that was a mixture of garlic and lemon pepper? It was soooo good especially since I'm a huge lemon pepper fan. The atomic was interesting, has a bit of a kick so I recommend it for those who enjoy trying out hot sauce-d wings. Wingstop ranch will always be some of the best ranch I've ever had.

The server/girl who answered the phone was really nice and great. She got my order down quickly and efficiently. I ordered the combo plate with half fried chicken, longanisa, upgraded to garlic rice and got extra gravy. I also ordered a side of 6 piece pork lumpia as well. The food is as good as always. It is a lot of food so I got 2 meals out of it. It really hit the spot. My only complaint was the rice tasted old since the texture was like day old rice and really dry. There is plenty of parking in the plaza as well. I'll have to remember to come back here soon.

Lots of take away orders being picked up, but there are dining tables and chairs to eat in as well. Chicken came out hot and crispy, meat was a tad of the drier sauce, and is served a long with a side of gravy. Which offset the dryness pretty well. I'd definitely go back and could consider this spot for catering in the future as well.

We had a pleasant cucumber salad in place of kimchi this time. It was a refreshing mix of onions, scallions, and Korean red chili powder yet not spicy. It was great to balance the spicy tteokbokki! The delicious yet fiery tteokbokki had nice chewy rice cakes, flat fish cakes, and a couple of seaweed wrapped japchae bundles. The scallions, onions in hot pepper sauce, and melty mozzarella cheese were delightful Seating was nice and open and the simple wood tables and chairs were nice and felt homely too. It consisted of fried chicken, bulgogi fries, potstickers, pickled radish, and Korean street corn. The potstickers were fried well, tossed in sauce, and were very crispy. The chicken was fried to perfection and had the perfect combination of sweetness to spicy ratio. Bulgogi fries were my favorite was the fries complimented the very flavorful chopped up bulgogi with cheese and green onions. The Korean street corn topped with cheese and pickled radishes were delicious, however both dishes are very easy to make at home and in my opinion are not special. Service was good as the employees were friendly and attentive. There were not very many customers eating here for dinner on a weekday. I'm glad moist towelettes were provided because eating this type of fried chicken coated in sauce is very messy!

Given how slow it was, we were surprised by the long wait--about 30 minutes. Although we planned to dine in, our food was served in to-go containers, which was a little unexpected. It was simple, but refreshing and flavorful--perfect for a hot day. The waffles were extremely crunchy, which I liked. Just be prepared: they have that deep-fried flavor, almost like a waffle-flavored funnel cake. You can definitely taste the oil, but if you don't mind that, it's delicious! The chicken was flavorful as well. As for the downsides: the butter was solid and wouldn't melt, and the syrup was cold. Both are key to a good chicken and waffle combo and should definitely be improved. Other than that, we'd definitely go back!

Which we find hard to believe for two reasons. 1. We have had a fundraiser here before and know how it works. 2. There is no way that out of the all extra customers they got that day, not a single person said they were there for the fundraiser. Especially since I was there myself and specifically said fundraiser. When my partner brought this up to management, Jorge Uribe was very rude and uncooperative. He was unwilling to help find a resolution and insisted that it was our faults. I've attached his and his team's emails confirming our fundraiser and him mixing up the days. This isn't one of those "let's speak to the manager moments" because it's very clearly that management is unwilling to speak at all or own up to their mistake. Especially when he got us confused with a different club and didn't read the dates, signatures or email threads clearly indicating who we represented. He has made no apologies for his mistakes or rudeness. Update: Jorge has made an "apology" where completely blames my colleague for his mistake.
