This wingstop is HORRIBLE , my wings were the best part but their customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE, i hear (particularly tall manager) (i asked for his name, it's LUIS) them YELLING at their employees, and talking behind their backs in spanish, it obviously reflects on the "new" management. I was an English teacher.I know I speak clearly. I wanted 6 bone in chicken wings with mild sauce and ranch dressing. I made sure to say potato salad was my side and not the french fries. I sent my husband to pick up this combination. He has not learned that in Elk Grove a buyer needs to check out what food items have been put in the bag before walking out. I've learned that! Very sad to say this is our last time going to this Wingstop and we will be encouraging everyone we know NOT to come to this specific location. The last 3 times have been horrible experiences. 1. They tell you it's always a 20 min wait when we have to wait 45+ minutes. While waiting we even notice they never change up this time even though we see in store there will be a way longer wait. 2. They have messed up every one of our orders! Whether them forgetting a meal completely from the bag, a ranch or two, it's always something. 3. Customer service isn't the greatest. It's clear they can care less even when we point out something is missing. No apologies or care. Today we went in and specifically told the staff the last couple times we've been here have been bad experiences due to missing food and excessive wait times. The staff member said the wings were all in one carton. Got home and a whole order of wings were missing! Asked for a manager and they were hesitant to give us any info. No apology. No compt meal or anything to try to make this right and us having to go back and forth twice just to get the dinner we purchased! And get this - even after going back, the meal was STILL wrong! Honestly shameful. Do not come here! The supposed "supervisor" Aaron did not help at all and was one of the staff who didn't care to help us one bit. Contrary to what's stated on yelp, this location is actually still open. However, I hope it does close down in order to reopen and hire new management/staff if that's really necessary. There needs to be some kind of reformation. I didn't think of it much the first or second time, but it has been a handful of times that I ordered from this wingstop and they have forgotten something from my order. I usually have someone pick it up for me and they always make sure to ask if everything is in the bag, in which they say yes, only for me to discover that there a missing items (ex: drinks, fries, veggie sticks, a THIRD of the wings) I've had to call to come back in every time to pick up the rest of my order (and they seem to be clueless when I arrive). Where is the communication? Not sure what is happening at this Wingstop. They are really slow and have messed up my orders the last few times I was there. You can not order online for this location. Slow. Slow. Slow. Slow. Slow. It's extremely inconvenient that this location doesn't accept online ordering, especially during this pandemic when everywhere else is delivering. The employees at this Wingstop didn't seem to have any idea what they are doing. The girl at the register was clueless about what promotions they had going on. When more than one customer brought up a deal that Wingstop nationally has, they were just told, "Oh, we don't do that here." She seemed new, which is fine, but it didn't look like she was supported at all by anyone more knowledgeable. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. There are now 4 guests who have been here over 40 minutes waiting for our orders. There's one person cooking and he doesn't seem to be in any rush to complete the orders. I got my order at the 52 minute mark without any apology or concern. There is apparently a manager in the back and she's doing absolutely nothing to help the struggling staff out front. Their tip can says to leave a yelp review. I probably wouldn't encourage that when the service is so poor. read more

We arrived on the time our food will be ready by listed on the email. There was no one in there besides two guys behind us. We paid for my order and sat there to wait.
