We had a pleasant cucumber salad in place of kimchi this time. It was a refreshing mix of onions, scallions, and Korean red chili powder yet not spicy. It was great to balance the spicy tteokbokki! The delicious yet fiery tteokbokki had nice chewy rice cakes, flat fish cakes, and a couple of seaweed wrapped japchae bundles. The scallions, onions in hot pepper sauce, and melty mozzarella cheese were delightful Seating was nice and open and the simple wood tables and chairs were nice and felt homely too. It's no surprise to find out about the many locations!

It's a nice, casual spot with several TVs throughout, so I could definitely see this being a good place to grab some food and watch a football game. The staff was friendly and gave us time to look over the menu without feeling rushed. I'm not a fan of spicy mayo, so I asked about other options and they suggested a few, including ranch, which I went with. Our order also came out pretty quickly. My son really enjoyed his Bulgogi Fries. I thought they were okay, but they had a sweetness I wasn't expecting. After a few bites, the flavor just wasn't for me. The portion is also on the smaller side and better suited for one person. Overall, good atmosphere and friendly service. The fries weren't necessarily bad, just not my preference. I'd come back and try some of their other menu items.

Upon entering the restaurant, the man at the register greeted me with a warm welcome. I ordered take out and ordered their combo. It came with Afghan Naan, Basmati Rice, Charbroiled Beef and Chicken topped with veggies and Tzatziki. So delicious! I would return again. It was definitely worth it. They sell Baklava at the front register and that is something I would like to try one day. The place is clean and the workers there are extremely nice.

And having also gone to thos place for lunch, and because I really enjoy Mediterranean food. I decided to give it a try for dinner. Stopped in around 8:30 and were the only patrons in the restaurant for that part of the evening. I looked over the menu and asked several questions about dishes, and decided on the two meat plate. I ordered the chicken and beef skewers option, which came with rice, a vegetable medley of shredded lettuce, cabbage and carrots, and pitabread with a green sauce in the side. Total: $21.00 Everything was fine until, I took a bite of the rice and realized there was plastic in my food. *see picture* I hadn't eaten much of the food yet, and unfortunately was pretty much dknewith my meal after that. Overall: Female staff member was really nice and very helpful in. She was also very social. Meal was a little on the pricier side in my opinion, for a two meat Kabob plate. Jist good g off other similar Kabob dishes I get being around $15. Food tasted good, but I couldn't get past the plastic in my food and didn't finish the rest. And unfortunately most of my food was left when I found it, since it was near the top of rice.

Kabob Palace - It'd be nice if there were booths on the side but there are these two seater tables.

People recommended this place instead of Raising Cane's chicken but I can't see why as the chicken was so dry I couldn't finish my meal because of it. Cane's isn't mindblowing by any means, but I've never had dry tenders from there. 2 stars for the good service and sauces.

We decided to go to Kiki's because we'd had a great experience at a different location years ago,…read moreand every other restaurant nearby was packed--while this one was nearly empty. Given how slow it was, we were surprised by the long wait--about 30 minutes. Although we planned to dine in, our food was served in to-go containers, which was a little unexpected. Still, we stayed and ate there. We ordered the grilled chicken salad and the chicken and waffles. I got the salad without croutons, with vinaigrette and grilled chicken. It was simple, but refreshing and flavorful--perfect for a hot day. The waffles were extremely crunchy, which I liked. Just be prepared: they have that deep-fried flavor, almost like a waffle-flavored funnel cake. You can definitely taste the oil, but if you don't mind that, it's delicious! The chicken was flavorful as well. As for the downsides: the butter was solid and wouldn't melt, and the syrup was cold. Both are key to a good chicken and waffle combo and should definitely be improved. Other than that, we'd definitely go back!
