The only thing this location has going for it is the secret recipe! The customer service doesn't exist. And they forget a lot of items! When asking about the missing items the team member was very rude. I ultimately walked away with an unfinished order, barely warm chicken, and a flat soda pop. Zero stars! Forced to give 1star. Service sucks! Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes (5 at the order kiosk) and not a word was spoken from anyone. Heck, at least give notice that they acknowledge the customer's existence. I guess they don't want my business. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!! Terrible! I went though drive thru and they had me park in a parking space next to others waiting customers. After 30 minutes I see cars coming and going. So I go in and they forgot my order. The employees did not all have their faces covered with masks. The kid came up to me and leaned on counter with pants half way down to knees sagging and said "hey man I don't have your kind of chicken cooked. Want something else? ". No I want my meal I ordered. They went to cook tenders, and when they finished cooking them, he was looking weird and picking at them. Did not give me any biscuits. Fries was cold and saggy. Tenders was tough like not cooked throughly. Nothing like the photos on the menu. After a couple hours got lightheaded and upset stomach. Won't be returning. read more

Pulled up to order the guy was busy and did give me an apology for not really listening to me. I stated that was no problem I understand. Gave my order pulled around to the window to pay. The young man at the window cracked the window stuck his hand out to take my card ran my card gave me my food cracked the window again to return my card then I asked for a receipt as I have to show a receipt so I can expense the cost of the food. Sorry we have no printer paper. I pull away check my Buffalo sliders there is sauce on one end of the 4" long chicken strip. Macaroni is super cooked like it had been on the burner for sometime. Their volume of customers are so low it's a wonder they stay open. Given their low volume they clearly cook a batch of chicken early in the morning and let it sit all day. Once you get it you can taste the old staleness of their food. All their sides are lukewarm and their wedges are abhorrent when served stale but they do it anyway. The staff spends more time shooting the shit and goofing off with one another as opposed to customer service. You complain to corporate and they pretend to mail you a voucher but they never do. I won't miss it. KFC wonders why they're getting their ass kicked by Chic Fil A nationally and this location is a great example why! KFC fresh and hot is amazing but this place wouldn't know that because they don't give a damn! read more

I tried to get chicken from this location last weekend but they were out of extra crispy. So I tried again this weekend only to be given the wrong chicken. I brought into lobby and was given the correct chicken. I guess I should have looked closer as I ended up with cornbread instead of biscuits and the mashed potatoes had no gravy on them. Well every store has a bad day but I will never return to this location. I go there because it's close but by far the worst. It's never busy so not sure why the employees never have fresh food. My chicken is always old mid-day like it's been sitting out too long. The fries are always hard like leftovers, the biscuits are unmentionable. I was once told there were only enough wedges for one order so I had to get mashed potatoes instead. Why they refuse to make fresh hot food I am not sure. The pothole in the drive-thru should be a sign of poor management. At least I haven't died yet but definitely wasted my money more than once. This is THE SLOWEST KFC THAT IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED there were three cars in the drive-through when we arrived and zero cars in the parking lot at 12 noon. We are going on 30 minutes waiting for food in the line. I'm from California and my uncle says this is typical modus operandi for this particular KFC! I am getting soooo fed up with not getting the complete order even though you pay for it. This time there were no biscuits for two dinners. It was take out. I tell my husband to always check before leaving but of course he didn't. I always do. So I decided that I'm just going to forget fast foods & stick with cooking my own meals. It's nice to have a break at times & buy a meal but it's either not getting the whole order (but paid for it) or left overs from lunch & it's barely warm or dried out, etc. Need to train better & take pride in your work no matter the job & make the customers happy or just lose the customers & money. read more

Terrible customer service! They gave me the wrong order and when I went back to the store to get my correct order, the employee argued with me. I came back with the receipt to get my money back, and the manager of the store did not say anything to me. I expected at the very least an apology, but he didn't even greet me. He just gave me my money, I said "Have a great night." and he didn't respond. I am appalled at the lack of customer service at this restaurant.
