I went through the drive thru line, Tre took my order and was incredible!! I really enjoyed talking to him and I'm surprised they even have people outside in the heat. I think that's one of my only problems with this franchise. I also think all of the front counter employees are amazing and deserve a raise since they do so much work dealing with large groups of people. read more

Of course I had to try the new waffle sandwich! Overall, I'd give it an 8.5/10. The waffles are yummy, but the chicken is hot, so the waffles get mushy if you don't eat fast. It's more of a mechanical problem than flavoring. It's also very sweet. The waffles taste maple flavored and it also comes with syrup, but I didn't feel the need to use it. read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Standard chickfila with awesome service and quality food. The only downside is you can select curbside pickup on the app but once you get to the restaurant there's no curbside pickup. I hope they can adjust their settings on the app to clear up confusion read more

They seemed to have changed the franchisee / management since my earlier review.... It's now a standard chick-fil-a as opposed to the flaming mess it was before. Solid food, long wait times, a bit pricier than other similar alternatives. So, at least it's improvement. read more

Our first time at this location and everything went well. The service here was absolutely on point. I did not order ahead in the app and thought there might be a long wait but ordering was fast and our meals came out quickly. We ended up going back to order a treat after our meal and it was just as quick. The place was very clean and the food was hot and fresh! We interacted with a few different employees, and everybody seemed genuinely interested in providing great service. The owner happened to be there as well and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be coming back to this location! read more

Food was great and well priced. This employee Jeremiah was incredibly nice and charismatic and he truly made the chick fila experience my pleasure. Great place great people. Give my guy Jeremiah a raise!!! read more

How do I order breakfast and then when I pull up to the window they aren't serving breakfast ?

I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A - 807 W 3rd Ave, and it was all thanks to my server, Jeremiah. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. He made sure my order was perfect, checked in to see if I needed anything, and did it all with a great attitude and a smile!!!! read more

Workers there were rude , move way too fast to still be messing up orders . Not only that when I come and to address the situation workers and manager give terrible attitude and verbal responses instead of trying to make the situation better . They need to work on this . Very unprofessional. read more

These are worth their weight of gold they absolutely cook no lot great food staffs friendly helpful their great for community

Went here a few days ago with my daughter, the service was lovely and the food was pretty good. They did forget my barbecue sauces however.

3.5 stars?? Another awesome set of reviews by folks who have way too high expectations for a fast food place. Let me break it down geniuses... Most employees are not climbing the corporate ladder, they are working to make money to support life, theirs, their family, ect.... Sounds preachy?? You bet! By in large, Chick fil A runs a pretty good business, other then not being open Sunday, when an awesome chicken sandwich would be great. For the most part everyone is friendly, try going to a Popeyes...way different experience Finally, you get your food in a matter of minutes. Hence the moniker "fast food". Ok, my rant is done, I get it, people are sensitive, you look at em wrong and the nasty reviews come out. Thor right. But...this place has good chicken sandwich's, good service and good ambiance. Chicken ambiance's son!! read more

Gave me the wrong sandwich. Ordered delux with colby. Was given plane spicy without cheese.

I go to this place once a week! I order the same thing every time. The last two orders were incorrect! I called the store left messages and never received a call back. It might be their pleasure when you are paying it is not their pleasure when you have a concern. read more

I came to this location as a last minute dinner decision and am glad I did. Everything is done through the drive thru currently due to the pandemic. Chick-fil-A - Market salad, no cheese - Fast Food Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Went drive through. Have never had a bad experience but this one wasn't great. My food took a while and I didn't order much but when I got it. Ice cold. The only thing hot was my Mac and cheese. Sandwich and fries were completely cold as if they'd been sitting for a while. I'm really disappointed because I eat here a ton because my job is close by. I'll be back and I hope it'll be better. read more

Such a reliable fast food restaurant. This is easy on the road and service was great, even fixing an error in the order at no additional charge. The maple bacon chicken sandwich was a great promotion, and everyone in my party was happy. read more

Unfortunately, the service at the Grandview location has been very poor the last 4-5 times that I come in or through the drive-thru. To sum up my latest experiences: it's the gross, wilted lettuce on the deluxe sandwiches, soggy buns due to sandwich assumedly just sitting ready in the bag for awhile, or just plain giving me the wrong food when I order. I am a huge Chick-Fil-A fan, and it's getting to the point where I might have to look at another location... which is disappointing. read more

I wish I could say I'm one of those people who visits chick-fil-a frequently, but to no ones fault, I am not. But my mom and I were looking for somewhere to get a good salad to go. The southwest chicken salad was amazing. It was so rich and filling and not bad on calories at all. The service was fantastic as usual, but I'm sure they get that a lot. But I highly recommend this salad! read more

Chick-fil-A is a welcome addition to the neighborhood! It's easy to get in and out. The parking lot is large, and there is a drive thru. Inside you'll find a surprisingly upscale fast food environment. I was really impressed by the overall interior decor. There's a small kid's play area. A minor point; there isn't a self service drink station. So, anytime you want a refill you have to bother an employee. A small annoyance. WiFi is available. Don't forget they're closed on Sundays. It's fast food, but I was impressed with the number of fairly healthy options. Grilled chicken sandwiches, salads, and grilled chicken tenders along with the traditional fried versions. I opted for the grilled chicken sandwich (about $4.50). A wheat bun (gluten free available for $1.50 more), large chicken breast, lettuce, and tomato. This was an excellent choice. Perfectly and simply prepared juicy chicken perfectly complemented by the cool lettuce and tomato without any heavy sauces. Outstanding! Combo meals are of course available and served with their awesome waffle fries (or a selection of healthier choices). Indulge in the fries once in a while, though. Crispy outside and fluffy inside without being greasy. The staff were extremely friendly and gracious. After you order, you stand to the side and wait for your name to be called. Staff thanked everyone in a really genuine manner. Chick-fil-a is a great option for either an indulgent or a healthier fast food meal of very good quality! read more

So glad this CFA is open in Grandview-- it's been here a few years now, but prior to this one opening, I'd have to drive to Grove City, Reynoldsburg, or Polaris to get my CFA fix. I actually was so excited when I heard it was opening, I thought it was a cruel joke someone was playing on me--couldn't even believe it! Hah! I've been through this drive through a few times. My order usually consists of nuggets and waffle fries with TONs of Polynesian sauce. It tastes just as good every time! My mouth is watering just thinking about it right now. lol I also just recently got introduced to the new peach shake. My grandpa raves about it so I tried it and it is fantastic! Such a nice, summer, refreshing treat. I am usually a chocolate/cookies & cream milkshake fan, so I didn't expect to like this as much as I did. The peach chunks get stuck in the straw, so it's a milkshake you have to be patient with, but so darn good! :) The staff here is always super friendly (no shocker there given that it's CFA!). The last time I did the drive through, the young man taking my order was just so kind, even complimented my shirt (which I don't even know how he saw since I was in my car! lol). Such a nice guy! Can't wait to be back-- I'll have to make it a regular thing until they retire my beloved peach shake for the summer! read more

Chick-fil-A - The peach shake is a must try! Only available in summer, but soo good! - Fast Food Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

I'm a huge fan of Chik-fil-a. They stopped giving to the anti-LGBTQ group years ago so I have more of an inclination to support them. Always a fan of their great customer service: "It's my pleasure." And always a fan of sweet tea! Can't get any hardly anywhere in Columbus except at Hot Chicken Takeover. Everything always tastes good. Literally. You cannot go wrong with any meal. I love the fried chicken sandwich and the fries are amazing! Sweet tea and lemonade are fresh! They're a selling point. Drive thru is great too. But parking is also pretty extensive so no issue here! So glad they have it close to campus! read more

The always pleasant and genuine greetings the employees use never fail to put me in a good mood. Unlike many other fast food places I never feel like my order is hassling them. The breakfast bagel is wonderful with a nicely toasted chewy multiseed bagel loaded with generous fold of egg and cheese and sausage. The breakfast burrito is just okay simply because despite potato, egg, and cheese it is bland. Just a bit of cilantro or even some sauce in there like mayo would really bring it to life. This place is on the expensive end of fast food but I'm okay with that given how excellent the service always is. read more

I'm a long time fan of this fast food restaurant. My one purpose for today's visit was to try the new Mac n cheese. I heard the commercial last week and they made it sound so good. Now, I've only had one thing on their menu I didn't like- which was the cool chicken wrap. Everything else is incredible. This Mac and cheese is the best I've ever had ANYWHERE! It's so creamy, but also has a thick layer of a bit more chewy cheese on top. The flavor was perfect, noodles nice and soft without being mushy. I'm obsessed. I ordered the size medium and also got a medium fruit cup, because you know, health. I wish I would've gotten a couple more macs to take home. You must try it!!!! read more

I used to work at chickfila. This location was very good when it opened but has gone downhill. Every time I get large fries now they're half full. They're charging for a large and giving less than medium fry amount. Should not be that way. I go here a good amount after work. Overall, a pretty good spot. The past two times I've gone the workers outside did not respond with "my pleasure" to my "thank you". Otherwise, I like the establishment. The lemonade here is fire idk if they put extra pulp in it or what but they're killing it in that regard. 4/5 would recommend and will return. read more

We like this location for our Chick-fil-a fix. The service is always friendly and efficient, whether you order inside, use the drive thru, or order ahead via their app and do curbside pick-up. Occasionally, something has been forgotten, and they always correct it on the spot if we notice there, or if we figure it out at home, they credit for a free one of the missing item on the app that we can redeem on our next visit. Family favorite things to order include the chicken sandwich, the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken strips, grilled nuggets, mac 'n cheese, and, of course, the wonderful waffle fries! Their lemonade is also fantastic. Their kids toys are cute - you can ask for mini board books for the younger kids (I think it's 3 or 4 and under) or swap the toy in entirely for an icedream treat! read more

Typically a huge fan but this was the worst Chick Fila experience ever! The fries were cold, the chicken didn't taste fresh. Rude customer service. Iced tea tasted like water. When I asked for a drink refill the girl only put pop, zero ice (the cup was empty prior to the refill). When I asked for ice and she said "you should have told me that first". The restaurant smells and was not clean. Will not return - drive 12 mins North to the Sawmill location for the amazing experience and food you expect from Chick-fila. read more

Chick-Fil-A is a welcome arrival to the Grandview neighborhood! Ambiance The inside is all clean and new, and it has a modern (dare I even say upscale) interior. There is a small children's play area and of course a drive thru. Service Everyone was quite friendly inside, and there was almost no line at noon on a weekday (there was a bit of a drive thru line). When I received my order and said thank you the employee said "my pleasure" which is always such a classy response more akin to a high end hotel or restaurant. Food Two words - waffle fries. Try these! They are very, very good. Crispy outside with a fluffy potato interior. The chicken sandwich had a good sized juicy fried chicken breast with a mildly crunchy coating as well as a few pickles. Personally I like this simplicity without heavy sauces or cheese. Their coatings (on sandwiches and nuggets) tend to be "wetter" and a bit less of a "dry" type of crunchy than their competitors. The sandwich itself runs about $3.50, but I had a free meal card they had been mailing out to generate business for their new location. Check your mail for these! They give you one free item a month for February, March, and April. Overall their food is definitely higher quality when compared to other fast food venues. Mojo Overall this is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Higher quality fast food with lots of juicy chicken options and unique waffle fries. Try it today! But not on Sunday since they're closed Sunday so everyone can go to church. read more

Man. I LOVE Chick-fil-A and when I saw this location, I was stoked. I generally don't write reviews for fast food chains but I am hoping this one will grab their attention because they really need to get their act together. I realize they just opened four weeks ago but I feel like some of the mistakes being made should have been worked out in the first four days. In addition to the drive-thru line moving at a very slow snail's pace, they completely got my order wrong. I didn't notice until I got home because I was in a hurry after losing so much time waiting in the drive-thru line. They also were trying to make me take an ice cream that they had made by mistake so I really should have thought better than to drive off without checking so part of this is on me but come on, Chick-fil-A! You're supposed to be better than the others! I really hope that they get their act together because I straight LOVE me some them. read more

I really like this chickfila, however I found blood in my chicken so other than that I think their staff is really nice and are underpaid

SOOOOOOOO EXCITED to have a Chick-Fil-A on my side of town, just steps from my office building! CFA is the all-star in fresh food and wonderful service! No one does it better than Chick-Fil-A!!! My first visit to this location was nothing short of spectacular. There was a very long line due to the grand opening, but my order was placed and received within 5 minutes! I cannot wait to visit again once the initial bustle is settled. There's goes my 2018 weight loss resolution. *shovels waffle fry into mouth* read more
