Our first time at this location and everything went well. The service here was absolutely on point. I did not order ahead in the app and thought there might be a long wait but ordering was fast and our meals came out quickly. We ended up going back to order a treat after our meal and it was just as quick. The place was very clean and the food was hot and fresh! We interacted with a few different employees, and everybody seemed genuinely interested in providing great service. A minor point; there isn't a self service drink station. So, anytime you want a refill you have to bother an employee. A small annoyance. WiFi is available. Don't forget they're closed on Sundays. It's fast food, but I was impressed with the number of fairly healthy options. Grilled chicken sandwiches, salads, and grilled chicken tenders along with the traditional fried versions. I opted for the grilled chicken sandwich (about $4.50). A wheat bun (gluten free available for $1.50 more), large chicken breast, lettuce, and tomato. This was an excellent choice. Perfectly and simply prepared juicy chicken perfectly complemented by the cool lettuce and tomato without any heavy sauces. Outstanding! Combo meals are of course available and served with their awesome waffle fries (or a selection of healthier choices). Indulge in the fries once in a while, though. Crispy outside and fluffy inside without being greasy. The staff were extremely friendly and gracious. After you order, you stand to the side and wait for your name to be called. So glad this CFA is open in Grandview-- it's been here a few years now, but prior to this one opening, I'd have to drive to Grove City, Reynoldsburg, or Polaris to get my CFA fix. I actually was so excited when I heard it was opening, I thought it was a cruel joke someone was playing on me--couldn't even believe it! Hah! I've been through this drive through a few times. My order usually consists of nuggets and waffle fries with TONs of Polynesian sauce. It tastes just as good every time! My mouth is watering just thinking about it right now. lol I also just recently got introduced to the new peach shake. My grandpa raves about it so I tried it and it is fantastic! Such a nice, summer, refreshing treat. I am usually a chocolate/cookies & cream milkshake fan, so I didn't expect to like this as much as I did. The peach chunks get stuck in the straw, so it's a milkshake you have to be patient with, but so darn good! :) The staff here is always super friendly (no shocker there given that it's CFA!). The always pleasant and genuine greetings the employees use never fail to put me in a good mood. Unlike many other fast food places I never feel like my order is hassling them. The breakfast bagel is wonderful with a nicely toasted chewy multiseed bagel loaded with generous fold of egg and cheese and sausage. The breakfast burrito is just okay simply because despite potato, egg, and cheese it is bland. Just a bit of cilantro or even some sauce in there like mayo would really bring it to life. I used to work at chickfila. This location was very good when it opened but has gone downhill. Every time I get large fries now they're half full. They're charging for a large and giving less than medium fry amount. Should not be that way. Now, I've only had one thing on their menu I didn't like- which was the cool chicken wrap. Everything else is incredible. This Mac and cheese is the best I've ever had ANYWHERE! It's so creamy, but also has a thick layer of a bit more chewy cheese on top. The flavor was perfect, noodles nice and soft without being mushy. I'm obsessed. We like this location for our Chick-fil-a fix. The service is always friendly and efficient, whether you order inside, use the drive thru, or order ahead via their app and do curbside pick-up. Occasionally, something has been forgotten, and they always correct it on the spot if we notice there, or if we figure it out at home, they credit for a free one of the missing item on the app that we can redeem on our next visit. Family favorite things to order include the chicken sandwich, the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken strips, grilled nuggets, mac 'n cheese, and, of course, the wonderful waffle fries! There is a small children's play area and of course a drive thru. Service Everyone was quite friendly inside, and there was almost no line at noon on a weekday (there was a bit of a drive thru line). When I received my order and said thank you the employee said "my pleasure" which is always such a classy response more akin to a high end hotel or restaurant. Food Two words - waffle fries. Try these! They are very, very good. Crispy outside with a fluffy potato interior. The chicken sandwich had a good sized juicy fried chicken breast with a mildly crunchy coating as well as a few pickles. Personally I like this simplicity without heavy sauces or cheese. Their coatings (on sandwiches and nuggets) tend to be "wetter" and a bit less of a "dry" type of crunchy than their competitors. The sandwich itself runs about $3.50, but I had a free meal card they had been mailing out to generate business for their new location. Check your mail for these! They give you one free item a month for February, March, and April. Overall their food is definitely higher quality when compared to other fast food venues. Man. I LOVE Chick-fil-A and when I saw this location, I was stoked. I generally don't write reviews for fast food chains but I am hoping this one will grab their attention because they really need to get their act together. I realize they just opened four weeks ago but I feel like some of the mistakes being made should have been worked out in the first four days. In addition to the drive-thru line moving at a very slow snail's pace, they completely got my order wrong. I didn't notice until I got home because I was in a hurry after losing so much time waiting in the drive-thru line. They also were trying to make me take an ice cream that they had made by mistake so I really should have thought better than to drive off without checking so part of this is on me but come on, Chick-fil-A!
