This store can not get an order right..EVER. I think the staff must mess up the orders on purpose. They think it's funny to piss off the customers. How can someone who works in a chicken place can't tell the difference between a drumstick and a breast? They must put on a blindfold and the grab whatever is close. Cole slaw is cold. Mashed potatoes are hot. Yet they still confuse them. No more drive thru orders for me. I get home, call the store to tell them about their mistake and no one answers the phone. Used the drive thru on the way home one night when my water was turned off at home. Got chicken sandwich dinners, about $25. Got home and laid out the meal, chicken on sandwich was really dark fried. Took 3 bites and chicken tasted like fish!! They don't even serve fish so all I can figure is the oil was rancid. Guest ate 1/2 the sandwich, I stopped after 3 bites and threw it away. Sides were just OK. Guest later got sick. No excuse for serving that. Will never go there again. Wrote corporate. They apologized and sent a voucher. I don't care about the voucher, didn't do it for that purpose. When you spend good money for food, you should get good food! read more

We ate here at about 12:30 on a Sunday. The restaurant was relatively clean, as KFC restaurants go, person at the register was pleasant, but this was the greasiest chicken I have ever had. It looked nothing like kfc original chicken. The greasy skin and coating was dark and soggy. I peeled the skin off, the meat was juicy, appeared to be cooked okay, but the grease permeated. My husband, who ate three pieces including the skin, was very uncomfortable that night with food poisoning like symptoms. He had cereal for supper, so we're pretty sure the chicken caused the discomfort. read more

I regularly dine at KFCs throughout Tampa, Brandon, and Orlando, but this was my first time here. I always fill out the survey, and when I return, I usually order a $5 fill up meal, and add the free go cup, for later. As I was traveling this made for a perfect road snack. The young lady at the register was new (and very polite) said that she thought I had to order a drink to get the go cup, and when I explained that the meal came with a drink, it shouldn't be a problem as I have done this dozens of times, at a multitude of KFCs. She asked the manager, who simply grunted a loud "No" followed by a "He still has to order another drink". Not once did he speak directly to me nor even make eye contact, even though he was standing directly in front of me. Ny friend was ready to leave, but as we had tickets for a local event and our time was limited, we ordered anyway, forgoing the go cup. During the confusion the young lady had accidentally entered the aforementioned drink and when she asked the manager to remove it, he walked over and glared at me and my friend, while voiding the drink. He proceeded to glare at us for the remainder of our meal (we actually left after sooner than planned as my friend had become very uncomfortable). Again, the young lady at the counter was very friendly, it was the male manager who was being unprofessional. The food itself was not very good. The mashed potatoes were cold, and my friend's popcorn chicken was cold, as well. The chicken strips, in my 3 piece meal, were laughable, and about 1/2 of the size that I get from EVERY OTHER KFC I have gone to. I'm not sure why the differnce. Perhaps they are cutting the strips in half, to save money. I haave no idea, but I have never had this poor quality at a KFC before, so I was pretty shocked. Go to this location MULTIPLE times a week since its close to work, I always go with a coworker, EVERY time we go the service is horrendous the girl that works the drive through is super rude and our orders are always wrong!. Most of the time when you are placing your order through the drive through they never let you finish placing your order before you here them cutting you off with your total! MIND YOU I still have to order everything I wanted. They need to retrain staff or just hire new one all together. read more
