Love this place. We only go about once every 3 months or so. It can be pricey just watch what you order. But man is it good. I get my burger with A1 sauce. Great service here. We shall return. See our YouTube channel Coolest Life. read more

I have been to this location before, but must not have done a review. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures because I assumed I had previously posted them. I always order a little cheeseburger and little fries and today was no exception. Wait time for the food was quick and my order was correct. Would I prefer slices of onion on a burger instead of diced? Yes, but that's what they do at 5 Guys. Their fries are the best! My only complaint is the cleanliness of the store. There were no clean tables and there was trash and napkins and fries on the floor. It totally turned me off because then I wondered how clean the kitchen area was. read more

Food is always good, expensive but good, service was fast and friendly and is a consistency in the company. The place is always clean, bathrooms clean, and friendly costumer service. read more

Usually have great burgers at 5 Guys but this location for some reason has extreme difficulty making burgers based on the orders. Tonight was literally the 5th time we placed an order online for pick up but they put cheese on a burger we specifically asked for no cheese on. A couple times they've offered to remake the burger which is fine but after driving 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back only to find out the order was wrong is infuriating. If you check the order in the restaurant then you get everyone in there giving you attitude which is crazy when they charge $70 for a few burgers AND have the balls to ask for a tip. It's crazy they can't get it right, but we're going to have to go to a farther away location or just skip 5 guys altogether. read more

I'm super upset that they would give me a bag leaking with grease that got all over my car cushion, nice clothes, and other stuff. This is infuriating! read more

I have a broken jaw and the guy that took my order told me that he couldn't make them softer because "five guys feels they make their fries perfectly already". I was humiliated. And all I could do was leave because he basically showed me the door. And told me to leave. read more

Great food, plentiful portions and fast, friendly service. My new go-to for the best burgers and fries!

The fries have been really weird last two times in last cpl weeks. They seem stale . Idk what it is, but whoever cooking fries or food quality has been not even close to normal 5 guys fries. Pls fix this ASAP read more

Just got 5 Guys for the last time. The burger was awful and it cost $20 for a small fry and a double cheeseburger. We all KNOW that doesnt cost you anywhere near that much to make that. Absolutely ridiculous! Never again! read more

Stopped in to feed our family after we got off the plane. We were immediately greeted and our order was taken. The staff was so friendly and patient with my hungry family. Service was great! I can't believe it was over $14 for a little hamburger and small fry!! I ordered very well done but got even bloody buns!! Fries used to be excellent but not so anymore. Tuesday Feb 17, 2026, was upposed to be BOGO Cheeseburger or Regular Burger at FIVE GUYS on many, many social Media platforms on the old Interweb. Went to the store located at 8990 US301 and they admitted that they knew about the promotion but that were not going to honor it because.....they called Corporate and corporate did not respond with an answer. Lies Lies, I spent 30 min. On the phone with corporate representative (Susan). She said the promotion and code were valid . But she later added that she "thinks" that its only participating stores... she could not confirm that statemwnt........which it does not state on any of the advertisement(s) in any of the multiple platforms in which the promotion is described and advertised. Susan had nsured that I put the order online properly and hat the code was valid it posted on the order page ndicated 11.49 to be removed but it would not complete once in final purchase. Susan said to try a different store. We'll the closest is loke 30 miles away. Its a good burger, but not a 60 mile round trip burger. Terrible way to start your new business in a new store in a new mall in Parrish. Oh well. Life goes on, John Belushi would not approve. Nor would that Soup Nazi Character on Seinfield.....NO BOGO Cheeseburger for you or me. read more

Five Guys burgers are fast, food par-excellence . From the peanut shells in the bins, to the potatoes from (some obscure Idaho town) it's an excellent adventure. Did I say that I worked for years near there first store in Arlington Virginia. And the burgers haven't changed there still fast, fresh, good quality food. read more

I generally don't review fast food places unless i receive extremely terrible or extremely good service. In this case I had a terrible experience with another upscale restaurant not delivering my food and keeping me on the phone for a few hours trying to get a refund. It was 9:45 pm and my options were getting more and more limited by the minute. I noticed the lights were still on at Five Guys so I pulled into the lot to see how late they were opened. Fortunately they were scheduled till 10. I actually hate walking in with a big order right before closing but, in a state of desperation, I did so. I asked if it was too late to order and actually apologized as I ordered 6 meals and shakes. The staff were so genuinely friendly. They said it was no problem. Everything was cooked to perfection. The fries were nice and fresh. Thank you for being so consistent Five Guys. And Bradenton staff, thanks for being so friendly that late in the evening. I had a family to feed and you helped me get the job done. read more

Bad customer service with one employee and manager. My wife simply ask for military discount for food and Five Guys over at this address declined it. Which is a tragic at this location, As we were done ordering food, a young woman who was taking our order from the register was coincidencly taking photos of us in the back and gossiping because of what my wife said. We ask the manager for a refund and he Gave it to us but was smiling the whole time and said "it doesn't concern me like a prick". My wife left very upset and the manager said shutup to me as I said excuse me when he utter something slick to my wife No matter the situation You should not lash out on frustrated customers. read more

The food service staff was fast and friendly. When I ask for a military discount count the staff member went to ask the manager he said we don't give military discount. As a Veteran visiting the Bradenton, FL area I was disappointed to hear that from such great staff. When I think about it more and more food establishments are no longer honoring the sacrifices of military members except for Veterans Day. 24 years of service and couple of combat tours it seems to have been for nothing. I will say to food establishments that do still honor veterans. Thank You Dale Readus Retired Veteran read more

Five Guys has always been expensive for what it is, but good enough as an alternative to traditional fast food. BUT they are losing their appeal. Two single patty burgers, two colas, and one order of fries is up to $28. The burgers were okay, not great, and the fries were greasy and mushy. They really weren't very busy, so I suspect the fries had been sitting for a while. For the money, we could have had two quarter pounder meals with hot crispy fries across the street at McDonald's, and saved $8. I'm not a fan of the head banger music they blast at five guys, either, but that's just my personal preference.. read more

Recently moved to Palmetto after 25 yrs in Sarasota and looked for a place for my sons when I didn't want to cook. Something they liked. Ok, so I gave you a second chance. My order just arrived. Their fries were so good at one time (long ago) now they're greasy and limp! If you want a burger it's good, they can do better with their hot dogs too. It's a last on our decision to order from there only time we do is because we're tired of other stuff we order out for a meal. Bring back the great fries you guys started out with. read more

Little is not small Five Guys offers up good food, both in quality and quantity. For lunch I ordered their little bacon cheeseburger and their little fries. The burger comes wrapped in foil and is about the size of a softball. The fries in my photo in the little container was less than half of what we received, the rest loose in the bag. Our lunch was great, they make one of the best burgers around. I got mine 'all the way', lettuce, tomato, pickle slices, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, various condiments, and of course, crispy bacon and cheese. You can specify even more toppings. Their seasoned boardwalk style fries were also very good. A little order was enough for two of us. It was busy and loud when we arrived for lunch but quieted down by the time we left. The short line moved along nicely, our order taker did fine. It took more than a few minutes for the food, but worth the wait. It is an order at the counter and they call the number on your receipt when your food is ready. As far as items mentioned in other reviews, the pricing is a bit on the high side. We had two little bacon cheeseburgers, a little fry, and a couple of small drinks for about $21 plus tax. Five Guys has a distinct look of red and white tiles, with blown up articles and quotes applauding Five Guys. The look is such that you may expect an almost antiseptic place. Reminds me of White Castles in that regard. The place did not look sparkling clean, particularly the floor. Overall not terrible, just average or a little below for a restaurant. read more

This place is a mess. No one cleans the tables in the dining area. Dude wrapping the burgers squeezes them so hard you get a disgusting pile of what was a nicely prepared sandwich. Don't know what is up with the fries? Either they don't clean the fryer or the oil they use is rancid. The fries are nasty! read more

This was the worst place ever, The Food is to pricey, When it comes to ordering a drink a burger and small fries should not cost me $24 on top of that the fries were soggy ,mushy ,and gross, The Milk Shake was $5 and NOT worth it. You have a better chance of going dumpster diving then going to five guys. On top of that the name was misleading I was going for a fun time with five guys. Not some debilitated restaurant. The Oil for the food was pitch black, which means they don't clean out the oil, The place was a mess and all out a waste of my time and money. read more

When you come here, the initial service is where the stars come in; thats because these places all taste the same. When i came here i was greeted by a nice lady who got the order wrong but still was the sweetest thing alive who was honestly just trying to save us a buck. There were 3 people if us but we wanted 4 burgers. She still made it 3 because she didn't see another person. At the end, she gave us courtesy cups because all we wanted was a sip of soda water and well, she earned the tip for sure. I just wished they'd pay her a living wage so that the tip jar wouldn't exist. Given, the burgers was actually enough and we were just trying to eat with our eyes! I hope when we return we get her again. She's a true Gem. read more

I just want to know one thing, why in the world would they dice the onions to put on the burger? Shouldn't the onions be circular? Anyway, the diced onions kept falling out of my burger and I basically had no onions left. Not to mention there was so much mayo on my burger that it had no taste and the cheese wasn't even melted. I was very disappointed with my overpriced burger. Please tell your employees not to petite dice the onions. read more

First I'll address why I gave four stars instead of five. It's the price. This is a burger place where you'll pay more than $14 for a double burger, small fries, and a drink. Granted the amount of food you get is generous so depending on what you're willing to spend it might still be a good value. The taste of the food here is definitely worth five stars. This is where you'll find burgers that taste like the ones your dad made on the grill in your back yard without having to hear the drunk dad jokes while you eat. At least, I assume. I've not actually met your dad or been in your back yard. Perhaps I should've said they taste like the burgers my dad made in my backyard, but that was way too much typing on this tiny phone for me to turn back now. Regarding the burgers, little means one patty and not saying "little" means you want two patties. Also, I recommend the Cajun versus regular fries. The secret to which size fries you should order is this: Little = enough (almost too much) for one. Regular = enough for 2-3 people to share. Large = Why in the world do you serve this amount of fried potatoes?!? Jeez! Tip - If you have a peanut allergy then I suggest you use caution. Peanuts are served in large boxes. Complimentary snacks. Serve yourself. read more

One of a kind! Simple and to the point, food. They concentrate on their fantastic burgers and fries to make sure they are nothing but the best! The fries are the phenomenal , mainly because of the extra scoop! You get way more then what you expect. And the people, 100% genuine customer service. As soon as I walk in I didn't get some generic, forced greeting. I had a nice short conversation with the cashier and chef, very nice experience. The dinning room was well kept as well. While I waited for my order they have FREE peanuts for me to enjoy while I waited. This is the place to be!! 5 Guys you rock! I will defiantly be telling everyone about this place!! read more
