Literally the worst location. The franchise doesn't ever participate in jimmy John's deals on the app They made my sandwich wrong before and refused to remake it. Saying they will give me the toppings they messed up on the side but wouldn't remake my sandwich even if I brought the original one they messed up back. Apparently can only use one rewards a day but on the website it's one per transaction. Employees act like they create and enforce the rules. read more

Great sandwiches and really friendly staff. I definitely recommend. Anyone looking looking for a good sandwich and more importantly good service come visit. read more

Would not deliver 2.4 miles away to down town Bradenton. A straight drive down manatee avenue no turns or anything. Says it out of their delivery zone . Like come on . I tip generously driver missed out .how does the place say no to money and a short quick drive 4 mins down the street Too far????? read more

Advertises the app but when I went to redeem my free sandwich they said they don't do that at this location? Like what? Why would they advertise awards when they don't even honor them at the drive-through. I even ordered for the app. The workers were so rude about it too. read more

I have been ordering the same unwich from Jimmy John's for years, from all over the country and I have never been so disappointed as I was today. I paid $12 for 2 pieces of dry roast beef, 2 tiny tomatoes, and 3 pickles., warped in 2 slices of lettuce. I mention these numbers because the manager said this is the predetermined number of items on a unwhich. NOT any I have ever eaten from JJ's. I don't know if the policy changed or what. But I will not pay $12 for something weight less than 3oz, the half pickle weighted more! read more

Said open til 9 online but wasn't open at 7:30 with no signs saying they would close early

I've got to give up on Jimmy John's. This is actually The second time I've eaten their sandwiches & had the shits later that evening. 2 times is now more than coincidental. I've pinpointed it to their food because I got extra peppers on the spicy Italian and the butthole is burning while I butt barf. I mentioned this to a friend the last time & they mentioned they too had been sick from their south-mouth after eating a sub from the same location. Sorry, but freaky-fast gave me the leaky-ass one too many times. Someone, perhaps health department should check either there refrigeration or dates of product. read more

There was an old fellow that was completely rude. I asked kindly for a water cup and he responded in an unfriendly manner "no you have to buy a bottle." What kind of establishment doesn't have free water. Also the only water for sale was Dasani. Who drinks Dasani!!!! read more

I ate there a few times and they encouraged me to use the app so that I could get rewards points. Then when I accumulated enough points to get a free sandwich, I ordered the sandwich on the app, rode my bicycle to the store only to be told that they don't participate in the rewards program. To be clear, THEY ENCOURAGED ME TO PARTICIPATE!!! read more

I work 8 blocks away and order from here usually 4-6 times a month. They are always on time with their deliveries and I have never had a misorder on anything. The unwiches are absolutely delicious and seasoned perfectly! Thanks for a great job! read more

Always a fan of Jimmy John's freaky fast ability to create good sandwiches! Stopped here on a drive home from Orlando for a pit stop! Placed my order, and then went in to the bathroom. My unwich was ready when I walked out of the bathroom. Love that Jimmy John's offers the unwich for gluten free people like me! The unwich is a bit more difficult to eat, but it's a nice alternative to the bread options and other fast food options. Can't understand why this place has all the bad reviews - I'm telling you! Exceptional, fast and friendly service! read more

Jimmy John's - Bathroom fun facts. - Sandwiches Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

My wife and I ordered two unwiches from the drive-through this afternoon. When we got back to her office, we realized that they were both made on bread. We promptly started our return trip back to the store and she called the store to explain the problem so that they could remake our sandwiches. Once we got there, we had to wait in the long drive-through line again because the dining area was not open. When we got to the speaker, I explained to the gentleman that we did not have time to wait in line twice and was wondering if we could just get our sandwiches. This is when he explained that they were not made yet because we had to return the sandwiches they gave us first. It stands to reason that on a weekday during lunch hour, a lot of people do not have time to wait in line twice. When we finally got to the window, I asked for the store manager's name. I figured I would call him or her later and explain what happened. As it turns out, the franchise owner was standing right there so he came to the window. The problem was, and the first words out of my mouth after telling him our order was incorrect was, "...which is OK because everybody makes mistakes." He said, "ok..." so then I went on. I said, "the problem is that we called 10 minutes ago to have our order remade because we don't have time to wait in line twice, and nobody would even start remaking our sandwiches until they got the old ones back." This is when he started getting rude with me. He said, "the PROBLEM is why would we waste our product to remake your sandwiches? We're going to take the inside of your sandwiches and wrap them in lettuce." I proceeded to tell him that he can't do that because of a gluten sensitivity. He said, "well did anyone tell us that?" Then I explained to him that we come here because of how fast they are. And if we don't get their food quickly, we don't really have another reason to come here anymore. His response was, "no, you come here because our sandwiches are freaking amazing!" When I told him we wouldn't be coming back, his response was, "you're just punishing yourself because of an incorrect order." Well, sir, let me tell you why you should "waste" your product: because your employee got the order wrong. Period. It's called customer service! And your product is not so "amazing" that you can just forgo any level of customer service and expect people to keep coming back. A simple apology at any point in time from the owner could've ended this conversation. I was not being rude, nor was I asking for anything. I was simply letting him know what happened. Instead, he argued with everything I said. For example, I explained to him that our situation is that my wife is it practitioner and her next patient is waiting in the waiting room right now. His response was, "well, the last time I was at a doctor I waited an hour and a half, so whatever." Seriously?!? If this guy worked for me and I heard him speak to a customer the way he spoke to me, I would fire him on the spot. But, as the store owner, he gets to do it his own way. This is the way he chooses to handle his employee's mistakes. Unfortunately, he is teaching his employees how to deal with customers, as well. The guy that took our order and accidentally keyed it in wrong looks to be about 18. When he moves on in his career, his next employer is going to have to teach him that his last employer wasn't doing it right. It's really a shame. I feel bad for him that this is the mentorship he's receiving at a young age. This is really an unfortunate situation. My wife goes to this particular location about three times a week. She will never return again. I hope it was worth it to you! read more

Went today (Sunday Jan. 29) @ 2:30pm to get a couple subs to watch the NFL playoffs...lobby is closed so I sit in long drive thru line. I finally get to the speaker only to be told that they are out of the French rolls but I can choose from a limited selection of sandwiches on wheat bread or wraps. To run out of your most popular item 4 hours after opening seems like probably the worst managed restaurant I have ever seen. Management at this place should quit or be fired immediately. read more

We ordered the Roast Beef sandwich with cheese & tomatoes, coast $6.99!! We literally got one piece of Roast Beef on the sandwich!! When we called the store they told me if I wanted more meat I needed to order it with more meat that would cost more!!! Sandwiches good as always. It never ceases to amaze me to open the wrapper to find it not cut. Yes I know that I could ask for it to be but why should I have to. On another unrelated subject this location has an employee that is so loud in calling when your food is ready that it is impossible to eat inside. If the norm for calling out would be lets say is at a 5 this person is at a 20. We were planning to eat inside but this employee made it impossible. We were forced to retreat to our car. Peaceful with sudden unexpected outbursts of over the top almost screaming made our visit poor. read more

I just called Jimmy Johns on Manatee Ave in BRADENTON and asked if I could get delivery. Without answering the question, the man shouted 'what's you address' so I gave it to him and he quickly replied that he didn't think they could go to my location. I said I was less than a mile from him. There was a hesitation - then he yelled 'holy crap what's your phone number. I gave the phone number and clearly aggravated he shouted to give him the number again. I said it appears that there is s problem and I will see if I could get someone to pick up ....And he slammed the phone in my ear.. Bye bye Jimmy Johns. You just lost another customer. read more

Skip calling the management. Just call corporate. I wasted 45 minutes trying to get my order correct. How hard is it to put sprouts on a sandwich? Or replace a wrong order with a fixed one. Apparently they'd rather give me my money back than make a turkey tom with sprouts. I usually love jimmy johns and won't let these fools ruin the name. read more

Those high school kids that work there where so loud and out of control that the father with the 2 kids left even before they gone done eating! That's how bad it was! I like to go here when I'm in a hurry. Consistent quality, sandwiches are tasty and don't fall apart. And it really IS super fast.

My family has tried Jimmy Johns four times and I have to say that the fourth time will be the last. Each time we placed our order online and each time there was something incorrect with at least one of the sandwiches. Last night I ordered a BLT with extra bacon and no mayo. To begin with, the bun was as hard as a rock. I literally could not eat it. This was the second time I ordered a BLT - once with the regular amount of bacon and the second time with extra bacon ( at an additional charge of $1.75 ) - and both sandwiches had the same amount of meat. To top it off there was one slice of tomato on the entire sandwich. All three of the sandwiches had an excessive amount of shredded lettuce- I mean to the point of being ridiculous - apparently to cover up the small amount of meat and cheese. The employees working the drive through were unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. It did not appear as though there was any adult supervision and the three employees got into an argument while I sat waiting for my order. I picked up my order at 5:45pm - all of the other nearby restaurants were experiencing a "dinner rush " whereas Jimmy Johns had no cars in the parking lot and I was the sole customer at the drive through. Our three sandwiches and one bag of chips cost $22.00 and not one of us could eat our entire sandwich. Not because of the size, but because of the poor quality. read more

Food is always good but the service -- oh my! Ordered a #12 which comes with avocado spread -- no avocado spread . I went back to the counter to ask for a little side of the spread and was told it would be extra. I said that it was supposed to be on my unwich but was not. They asked me to bring the u which back up so they could see-- say what? Because you didn't believe me. I unrolled the unwich in front of them and he said it was behind the chesse-- I pulled back the Cheese -- nothing . Now I have a totally unrolled unwich . My husband ordered Cheese on his, paid the extra dollar-- no cheese. Ordered a pickled.. didn't get it until we asked. Give u a napkin??? They're behind the counter so that you had to reach into their workspace. Freaky Fast-- maybe. Freaky weird service. read more

Very uncaring staff. The music was so loud I couldn't hear the clerk repeating back my order. I asked him to speak up and he said "he was just repeating my order". I explained that I couldn't hear him, but it didn't matter. He didn't want to say it again. Fortunately the order was correct. If you want great service, go to the Jimmy John's on Cortez road. Been there numerous times and have had a great experience every time. read more

Here's a review for ya.... ya suck. Not sure how the store looked or how ept the people were but when husband brought the sandwiches home... those were the saddest things I've ever seen. The guy at the 7-11 was giving away samples of sandwiches he was making and those samples made these "sandwiches " look like a turd on a cracker. No.... just say no to Jimmy John's.. Subway is never in any danger of being put out of business by this. read more

Ordered for a group of coworkers. Had NO idea that each sandwich is increased by one dollar for delivery which was NOT freaky fast. The amount added up to 8 dollars more and I gave a tip not knowing. When I called the manager of the store a 20 something woman with broken english said " yah it sucks. I'm sorry." I can give you the owners email. We live Jimmy Johns but a nearly hidden fee of 8 extra dollars for a group is ridiculous. Thank you but No thank you. She's right "it sucks"! read more
