We finished ordering and got to the next window and we paid and waited for our food. Overall it took about 10minutes for our food to be ready when we got it we started pulling off as my husband was handing out everyone's food he noticed they didn't put his sandwich in the bag they put a burger instead so I pulled back around so he could go talk to them inside. He explained that they gave him the wrong sandwich and when he told them that they kept saying they definitely put it in the bag so he came back out checked our bag and the kids bag and of cno blt chicken... he went back in and told him which they said they were 100% sure it was in the bag at this point there was no way I could prove except if they wanted to search my car I was so shocked that they made him come back out to look again! I told him to please get a refund and we aren't coming back over a sandwich that could have been easily fixed! They did give us a refund thankfully but wow what a hassle over a sandwich.

It is expected of the customer to dispose of their trash in the designated trash bins yet there is still someone that comes to routinely sweep and make sure the tables are in order. The same person is also responsible for stocking the condiment section next to the fountain machine, which gives the restaurant an overall model look of organization. The food is average for Culver's standards so everything tasted excellent and fresh. The peanut butter shake was correctly measured ingredient-wise with a hefty portion of peanut butter which rocked. The girl at the counter was nice and bilingual which was helpfully for some of the customers that only spoke one language. This was a great stop before a flight out of state and I appreciate how clean & of how well the store was taken care. Their homemade salsas were great (I tried the two spiciest but I don't know what their names were.) and I loved the grilled onions and jalapeno they included with the tacos. The last two times that I've done this they told me to pull to the second window. I stopped at the first window to get a receipt for taxes this time, but she never came to the window so I thought I was supposed to pull up to the second window as they made me do previously. She said she didn't have my order and that if I didn't get my receipt from the first window I needed to go completely around and get in line again. If you check my reviews, I don't usually give bad reviews but this is a consistent problem at this store and the unprofessionalism and rudeness has been discussed by multiple people that I know, so how many more are out there that have the same issue? Odds are, quite a bit. This is why I'm writing this review. I will say they do have two cashiers that are very nice. They are professional and personable. Perhaps that store should look at making them a manager. In addition, when I got to work two of the breakfasts weren't even what I ordered and my coffee was small and not medium. Good grief.

He said the salmon was phenomenal, and I enjoyed the chicken as well. We also ordered a bunch of vegetables on the side. The cucumbers were my favorite side and I did not care for mac & cheese. This is a cafeteria style restaurant, not full service. It's not clear one the website, so I thought I would mention this.
