Great Chicken Salad, generous portions. We first discovered Chicken Salad Chick while living in Lake Oconee, GA and visiting Milledgevile, GA. CSC was good then and this store lives up to the name. Service is great with a clean dining area. read more

I had a very good experience at chicken salad chick with my family. I highly recommend their broccoli salad. It is absolutely delicious. They also had delicious cookies and many other items which we all enjoyed. They had good service too! read more

This place was awesome. Never been! Had it recommended. It's so nice and clean inside. The lady at the counter was possibly the nicest most helpful person ever. Food was solid, and didn't feel like it was expensive. Would definitely come back! read more

Not gonna lie, it is real good chicken salad but it is way to expensive for no good reason. They came to the hospital I work for and the prices were exorbitant! I looked at their menu and I cannot even compare cause they don't show the prices of their salad by scoop. It is delicious don't get me wrong but with the prices they have I'm not going to try it again. read more

Where is the Chicken Poblano Soup? It paired so nicely w a sandwich. And Wheatberry Bread? Ordered regularly, but have ceased bc it's not a complete meal anymore and you cannot add basic additions like mayo to your sandwich. Expensive too. read more

Food was amazing oml like if I could I would rate it higher, service was amazing and it's giving early 2000s but in the cool way. I'm from Michigan and we need one that's not so far away read more

Delicious chicken salad! I had a variety, with Fancy Nancy, Jalapeño Holly and Cranberry Kelli. All so yummy, but Fancy Nancy was my favorite! I like that you can substitute a side for another scoop! Plus you get a pickle AND a cookie! I will be back to try the other flavors! read more

Been driving by and wanted to try. Great sandwiches. Gotta go back and try different variations Mac and cheese was awesome. Quick service.

Good sandwiches, friendly folks and a nice clean establishment. Only did takeout and only thought is a bit too much mayo. Otherwise, good stuff Planning to open additional locations in the hood. Good luck! read more

Excellent and varied chicken salad options. Quick efficient service. A few vegetarian options also.

The price is right! Healthy menu, great service and food. A definite go-to place for lunch.

This is one of my favorite spots for lunch. There were two within miles of my place in Jacksonville that I would frequent. When I moved to Bradenton, it was sad to learn the closest one was in west Bradenton almost 20 miles away. Now, to have this location open in walking distance from work I am one happy girl. Linch is always fun here. The child gets mac and cheese and my go to is the half sandwich and cup of soup. This trip, though, was just to grab two large containers of chicken salad. The flavors I chose were Olivia's Old South and Kickin' Kaye Lynne. They were so yummy. A repeat visit with have to be had this weekend. read more

I also spoke up on Uber Eats. However haven't heard back. I've been to this location and many others...I bought lunch for myself and another co worker last Thursday. I told my coworker...who had never had this restaurants food...to be prepared...this is the best you'll ever get! I did so with confidence! In short, the pasta was dry and bland ...the chicken salad melts we had were unspectacular at best. Off day...maybe!?!! But I was embarrassed and disappointed. read more

Love the chicken salad chick that's very good I will be the one to buy again and again

The place was very busy but plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Nice menu and plenty of choices. I didn't really care too much for the loaded potato soup, but I absolutely LOVED that grape salad and the original chicken salad sandwich. Staff was very friendly and they bring it to the table for you. The place was very clean as well. I'll definitely be back to try more stuff but mainly for that grape salad lol!! Oh I have to add the price is GREAT! I paid like $12 for all of this and it came with a yummy cookie! read more

OMG how did I not know that this place existed before now?! I love love love chicken salad, as does the friend I was with. We stopped in and wanted to try everything!! We each had croissant sandwiches and loved every single bite. We even tried to figure out how we could come back before our flight left the next day! What a great restaurant concept! The service was okay; it wasn't outstanding but the workers weren't rude either. I can't wait to come back and try more! read more

Usually a huge fan of the food.... But the last 4 times I have ordered here they have messed up the order (online/over the phone). 3 of the times they have given regular pimento cheese when I specifically said spicy. And the most recent time I asked for a classic carol BLT and they gave me a sand which without bacon, lettuce or tomatoes. Is someone working there high and can't figure out a proper order ? It's really disappointing. read more

Extremely rude employees and not professional at all. So I had some work to do and few hours to kill so I decided on lunch at Chricken salad chick. Was very excited to try for the first time which was expressed. I was approached by cashier to lower volume of my podcast bc of an echo. I happily lowered the volume to nearly not being able to hear it with the speaker up to my ear. Then secondly was approached again by different employee to lower the volume and complaining could hear all the way in the back (I was no where near register. As far away as I could be) and also claimed customer were complaining, (no one approached the counter to complain so this too was a lie) then was told to leave. I had just received my food and was not able to take 2 bites. I later recognized the cashier as the best friend of my boyfriend's ex girl. I do not know this woman but she hates me for some reason. This was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. This employee is so irrelevant in my life I didn't even recognize her for a while and held a full conversation while ordering with her. She apparently knew me and staying to myself and not bothering anyone was not good enough. I had to be removed. Very unfortunate and ruined the whole experience I had been looking forward to for years due to so many people wanting me to try it out. Hoping no one else has to experience this unfortunate situation. Stay aware!! read more

Grand Opening was a lot of fun with a Dj and a growing number of people interested in the event. Employees were extremely sweet and had big smiles on and ready to help. I came around 4:30 am and there was already people in line for the contest to win prizes such as free chicken salad for a year or small prizes like bags and water bottles. Still getting to know this spot but I am trying everything I can at this point. Good looking place and area read more

In the current climate of fast food restaurants charging outrageous prices, Chicken Salad Chick is an excellent value and very tasty. I had a delicious and generously sized sandwich (the Cranberry Kelli chicken salad on toasted whole grain) with a choice of side (also a generous portion and very good), a pickle, and a yummy little cookie, all for $9.99. Can't wait to try some of their other menu items! read more

Chicken salad chick: the name says it all! They seem to specialize in salad of the chicken variety and I must say that I'm impressed. The chicken salad is sure to satisfy all ages and the sides are excellent companions. The little cookie you get on the side is a perfect end to a satisfying meal. The service is usually pretty quick. The only improvement I can think of is that the decor reminds me of a Baptist Potluck - LOL!!! Nothing wrong with Baptists though, just an observation. Definitely give this place a try! read more

Great place! My wife recommended it and we stopped in for lunch. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The entire experience was very pleasant. Refreshing as a matter of fact in today's world. We each had the chick menu item with the broccoli salad and I added a scoop of lemon basil. I can't remember the name of the other chicken salad flavor. But, it was good. The broccoli salad reminded me of Whole Foods broccoli salad. It is very tasty. And the shortbread cookie or I'm sorry. Butter cookie at the end. Yeah it's fantastic too. Wish I brought a few of those home. Or maybe not? I will definitely be back because there are some flavors of chicken salad that I want to try. Definitely give it a try. read more

Was so looking forward to trying this place as I love chicken salad. Well this is chicken mush with added whatever suits your fancy. Had a wrap and that was stale as was my husbands. My boyfriend & I got Chicken Salad Chick while in Bradenton and had quite an enjoyable lunch. I would compare it to Panera Bread, but better quality. We both ordered a Chicken Salad BLT ($8.99), which comes with your choice of chicken salad. I tried the Kickin' Kay Lynne (based off the cashier's recommendation) and my boyfriend tried the Jalapeno Holly. The BLT also comes with your choice of side/soup/extra scoop, pickle, and shortbread cookie. I got the broccoli salad and my boyfriend got the mac & cheese. We both agreed the broccoli salad and Kickin' Kay Lynne were the winners. For the price of the combo, you sure get a lot of food, which is great. But, we thought it would be somewhat of a healthy lunch choice, but all in all, the calorie count was massive. I recommend giving it a try, but it won't be a daily go-to for me. read more

The food here is spectacular- if you like chicken salad- which I do! What great sandwiches!

Their chicken salad sandwiches do not disappoint! I came here to get lunch with my coworkers and our boss. The establishment is decent size, you make a line and place your order at the counter and if you're dining in they will bring it to your table. Sort of reminded me of panera however is MUCH better, has a family feel to it, with the price and service, it can't compare. It is not all corporate like panera bread. I decided to get their Classic carol chicken salad sandwich, on toasted whole wheat bread with a broccoli cheddar soup as my side that comes with crackers as well. Wow both so delicious, I was so stuffed! It also came with this small cookie which was the perfect size dessert I needed after my meal. They have fountain drinks, ice teas, but I decided to get the water. My co workers decided to try other chicken salad options and loved them as well. I will definitely be back soon, it's also great they're in a small shopping plaza so you can do some errands and get some lunch before or after. read more

The croissants were old and dry. Very little chicken salad on the sandwich. We have gone to this location many times. So disappointed.

Convenient location on Lockwood Ridge Rd. In the shopping plaza. It's a corner location so they have lots of seating and windows. The selection of all different types of chicken salad blends and pimento cheeses was impressive. I had the "Fruity Fran" with a broccoli salad, both were excellent. The food was served quickly and the service was friendly. They even had some free samples of their newest flavor, "Greek Goddess". The meal was also served with a small complimentary sugar cookie. read more

I went late afternoon on an impulse to try the Thai chicken salad. The place appeared very clean and the cashier was attentive. I got a premade container of Thai chicken salad which unfortunately, has no taste. I see the cashews and carrots mentioned in the description but there is no Thai flavor or any particular flavor. It does seem very fresh but is totally bland. read more

Don't bother ordering online. Order wasn't filled until a line of at least 30 was empty. Went to the counter on arrival. Thought it was being filled. Only had 2 cups of soup and a premade small chicken salad. Went to ask a second time about my order since the cooks were standing at the window waiting for orders I presume. Plenty of help behind the counter. Guy acted as though I was bothering him asking after almost 30 minutes since ordering. No receipt was given and you can't give feedback without it. read more
